The aim of this study is the investigation of the presentation model for of management by value and its the impact on organizational excellence in Mazandaran Islamic Azad university. This study is objectively application AL and methodologically correlational descriptive. Statistical population of this study includes all faculty members with the rank of Assistant professor Associate professor and professor. Statistical samples were 212 and selected by the use of Cochran formula and they have been chooser by random stratified sampling. We have used researcher self-made questionnaire of management by value and standard questionnaire of EFQM model. its reliability was achieved by Cronbach's Alpha formula and they were 0.98 and 0.97 respectively. In order to data analysis the resultant, The structural equation modeling With the help of partial least square method was used by statistical software PLS. The results of path coefficients showed a significant relationship between management by value and organizational excellence the variables.76.7 percent of organizational excellence has been approved by management by value. Also model fit indices indicate that the proposed model is an appropriate fit.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between strategic thinking of managers and their readiness for organizational change was carried out at the airport of Khorasan Razavi province, and applied research in the field of non-causal research, descriptive analytical hypothesis is detection. The study population consisted of 146 managers and employees airport. In this study, to collect data to determine the strategic thinking of managers and questionnaire of readiness for organizational change Gutter John and Peter Drucker, was used. To analyze the data and test research hypotheses, the normality of the data distribution and kurtosis parameters were evaluated. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation test we can say: Between systems thinking and organizational change readiness for a significant positive relationship exists between strategic intent and readiness for organizational change is a significant positive relationship exists between the scientific approach and the readiness for organizational change on the basis of a significant positive relationship exists between bringing intelligence and readiness for organizational change there is a significant positive relationship; The thinking at the time and the readiness for organizational change there is a significant positive relationship between strategic thinking and a total readiness for organizational change at airports in Khorasan Razavi province there is a significant positive relationship. Based on the results, it is suggested a model for the implementation of strategic thinking in the development of airports in Khorasan Razavi province and their performance is evaluated accordingly to organizational change for improving performance of observable and measurable.

This study investigated the effects of organizational structure and organizational climate on knowledge management, and their relationship with innovative behavior is also studied. Since innovation is a critical tool for creating value and sustainable competitive advantage in organizations and knowledge is one of the sources of innovative behavior, this study attempt to influence the organizational structure and organizational climate on knowledge management and innovative behavior in insurance industry. This study form the purpose perspective is applicable and form analytical techniques is descriptive and implemented. For data collection we used standard questionnaires to test the hypotheses. Finally, this study shows there is a relationship among knowledge management and innovative behavior with considering the role of organizational structure and organizational climate in Guilan Insurance Industry.

Entrepreneur is someone who accepts financial risks to enter into business to develop and expand new products through creativity and innovation and to overcome rivals. Women entrepreneurial has a prominent role in the economy, economists, know entrepreneurs as economic growth and development in the community. Given the current situation, and large bureaucratic state, the government is facing with youth and women unemployment and to solve this problem is to identify the factors influencing women entrepreneurship and barriers to provide entrepreneurship development by cultural diversity and finding new sources of women' s entrepreneurship. For this purpose, qualitative research and theoretical study, library, interviews in field offices method are used. Of the population among entrepreneurs 130 people in Tehran 4 people, 77 people Semnan, 4 people, were opened interviewed randomly targeted and unstructured and elements and obstacles have been extracted among interviews, results indicate that environmental barriers have greater effect on women's entrepreneurship that needs government's support for entrepreneurship development.

In this study, using time-series production and power consumption between the years 1967-2013 and deployment of predictive models Box Jenkins, artificial neural network and gray system in addition to the forecasts for the coming years using the standard average percentage of errors the accuracy of prediction methods were also studied villages. The results showed that the highest accuracy in the prediction of Box Jenkins methods and artificial neural network to predict the power consumption is the highest accuracy. Context: This study is done with investigate purpose the role of Think Tank on Refah Bank Policy of problem detection. In fact, the nature of public policy and organizational process as one of the most important tools of public administration, provides a framework for decision making and problem detection.Purpose: Independent variables Think Tank and the dependent variable were analyzed Problem detection with the component (understanding the organization and the environment, creating and proposals possible, evaluate options and the final selection, implementation and follow-up) from the logical processes of problem-solving doctor Danesh Fard.Method: This research result is applied and the target is descriptive - survey. The study population was composed of 400 members of the think tank. But based on simple random sampling only 60 members were chosen. Data gathered by a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by professors and experts. Its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.819. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality of the data and for the relationship between the variables of one-sample t-test and Friedman test was used to rank the components.Finding: According to Friedman's test solutions is expanding in terms of Experts and the second priority is the implementation of the evaluation.
