Cloud computing technology as a new information and communication technology assists organization to change the use of production and it service. Meanwhile the organization managers by identifying their requires can experience outsourcing with the help of cloud computing knowledge. The aim of this study is to provide a model for information technology is based on cloud computing adaption. After studying literature and identify factors influencing the adoption of cloud computing on IT outstanding and composition the combination of theories related to the acceptance of innovation such as: Innovative of diffusion theory (IDT), Technology acceptance model (TAM), framework Technology Organization Environment (TOE), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).The proposal model has been approved by experts in first step and manages and then it has been tested in IT Farhangestan honar. As a result of this study, knowledge of clerk, support of Mangers, security are the most important in cloud computing at out sourcing of IT which are helpful to the organization.

The research on strategic human resources management framework and its important role in attracting, retaining, and empowering employees is emphasized. The aim of the research is to answer the question whether strategic human resources management to attract, retain and empower effective or not. Based on this hypothesis was considered in the design and conceptual model for research Where strategic human resource management as an independent variable that consists of the following variables selection, participation, performance appraisal, compensation and training, and attract, retain and empowerment were considered as the dependent variable. The research aims to study, study population, employees were selected branches of the Agricultural Bank city of Urmia is the number of branches to 13 branches. 210 is equal to the population size according to the formula for determining sample size and sample size of 136 people. Results After collecting and analyzing data with software spss and pls confirm the results revealed three main hypotheses.In other words, the strategic management of human resources and a significant positive impact on attracting, retaining, and empowering human resources is among the staff of the Agricultural Bank city of Urmia.

Given the importance of maintaining a presence in international markets and competition in present world, innovations affecting the Saderat Bank can play a role in achieving the Bank' s goals. Due to this, it is essential that every organization explore sections which embrace the innovation process and explore some of the obstacles and problems related to this process to provide solutions to facilitate and impel the organization to move toward effective and creative action. In order to accomplish this, after studying the literature innovation particularly innovation in the area of banking services, the present study deduce the effective factors in organizations. The sample proportional to the sample size of the population of this study was determined by Krejcie & Morgan table. Survey research was conducted correlational. The innovation atmosphere and entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire was distributed among the participants. After collecting the questionnaires by using statistical coefficients depending on the type of variables (Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression) were calculated and analyzed. Hypothesis test results indicate that there was a significant relationship between all aspects of innovation atmosphere and corporate entrepreneurship in Saderat Bank in Mashhadcity. It is hoped that this study, in addition to Saderat Bank in Mashhad, organizations such as experts and managers of organizations, especially financial institutions, research centers and universities and researchers in the field of innovation management investigative decisions in their optimum benefit.

Forecasts of cash flows are considered by investors, creditors, firm employees and rating institutions. Investors regard cash flows as the input of their investment models allowing them to make decisions about returns resulted from the divided profit and capital. Creditors are interested in the decisions of paying the firm obligations exchanging with them and the employees are concerned with cash flows in terms of job security and persistence of activities of firm that they are working there. Persistence of activity and the firm ability in timely payment of debts are also highly important for rating institutions. The main purpose of the present study is the investigation of forecasting cash flows among 97 firms from the listed firms of Tehran Stock Exchange from the beginning of 1388 to the end of 1392.To investigate the research hypotheses, it was used from panel data regression model. The results showed that the costs of sold goods and the public and administrative costs have significant impacts on forecasting cash flows, however, sales, change in the payable accounts, change in the receivable accounts, change in inventory, tax and cash flows of the last year have not significant impacts on forecasting cash flows.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of knowledge management activities on non-financial performance of organization. Seven non-financial factors including of leadership performance of organization, performance of employee, policy and strategy, participation and resources, organizational processes, customer and society of European foundation for quality management (EFQM) model were used as dependent variables. Besides, four main process of knowledge management were considered as independent variables in Azerbaijan Electricity and Water companies. Total number employee was 549. Using Cochran formula, 142 were chosen to be study. A questionnaire was conducted for data gathering. Reliability of the research tested by Chronbach’s alpha with 0.939 which is acceptable. The results of descriptive statistics and testing the hypothesis by one sample t test revealed a positive effect of knowledge management on non- financial performance of organization. In the last section of the study some important points recommended to improve the knowledge management performance.

The main objective of this research designabilities futures on personal time management skills and creativity and innovation in the media companions sports radio network in Iran.The study was a descriptive - correlation and analysis. To achieve the research objectives of the questionnaires capabilities futures Parsa and colleagues, personal time management skills Hafezi and questionnaires were used creativity and innovation Moghimi and colleagues. For data analysis software were used SPSS.V.20 and AMOS.V.18.The results show Future studies could capabilities for managers and employees to do sports radio network planning to improve personal time management skills and create better and creativity and innovation in organizations and media suitable opportunities for staff sports radio network affect.

This study aims to investigate and explain spirituality in the workplace and its three dimensions (meaningful work, sense of solidarity with others and alignment with organizational values) have been conducted with job involvement. In terms of the above research purpose, in terms of data collection, descriptive and co relational. The study employees of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research, which is the time limit for the year 2016, were selected by simple random sampling. A sample of 300 respondents of this study was to gather information from questionnaires MILIMEN and others (2003) and job involvement questionnaire Congo (1987) to spring up using standardized questionnaires its validity was confirmed as formal. Cronbach alpha reliability also through a spirituality questionnaire 0.935 and 0.840 job involvement questionnaire was calculated.The results showed that the spiritual status and job involvement among the research community has been moderate. In addition, according to the calculated correlation coefficient (0.607) and achieved significance level (sig=0.000) between spirituality and job involvement is positive and significant relationship. So one of the ways to improve job involvement is improvement of spirituality in the workplace.
