Happiness or joyfulness is one of the basic human needs that has been considered by positive psychologists in recent years. Happiness and joyfulness are of fundamental importance to the mental, psychological, physical, and social health of humans. Since children are the important members of society, their happiness will be the context and foundation of a society with a high quality of life. this study has been aimed at investigating the relationship between the quality of marital relationship between parents and children’ s joyfulness. This research is conducted by descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population of the study includes the parents of children aged 7 to 12 in Ardabil city, Iran. The sample size of this study is 154 parents of children aged 7 to 12 years in Ardabil city chosen by simple random sampling. The tools used in the present study include the Marital Relationship Quality Scale of Basby et al. (1995) and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire by Argyle and Lue (1989). Data were analyzed by means of Pearson analysis as well as regression tests. The data confirmed, there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of parents’ marital relationships and children’ s happiness. Moreover, there is a positive and significant relationship between each of the aspects of the quality of the parents’ marital relationship, i. e. cohesion, agreement, besides marital satisfaction of the parents with the children’ s happiness. Conclusion Therefore, one of the factors that can play a positive role in children's happiness is the quality of parents' marital relationships. Therefor it is necessary to address the issue.

Marriage mediation is one of the traditional processes in starting a family. Revival and strengthening of marriage meditation through educational empowerment of mediators has an effective role in facilitating marriage and preventing the harm of divorce. Accurate understanding of marriage mediation problem and needs is a one of the main prerequisites of the effective educational empowerment. Therefore, this study by using a mixed method seeks to identify problems and needs of marriage mediation in Mashhad and its relationship with educational empowerment from the perspective of family experts. At the first, the focus group was conducted and then a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and was distributed between 600 of 996 marriage meditators. According to the results, needs such as "the ideological awareness and commitment of the marriage mediator, the ability to assess the readiness of the girl and the boy for marriage in terms of social and emotional maturity, effective communication, the issue of verification, etc. " were most prevalent. Also, interview to experts in order to more accurate examination of educational needs and its relationship to educational empowerment highlighted priorities such as "the skill of detecting the readiness and maturity of the individual for marriage, being in the same level, the patterns of introducing the girl and the boy in the marriage mediation, the skills of effective communication, art of expression, etc. " Finally, according to the obtained information, an initial model for empowerment of marriage mediators in three level introductory, semi-specialized and specialized were suggested by the present study researchers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Stress Coping Strategies of mothers on the Physical and Emotional performance of children 1 to 6 years old during the COVID-19 Epidemic The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Stress Coping Strategies of mothers on the quality of life of Preschool Children during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The method of this study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included all mothers with children aged 1 to 6 years. The sample consisted of 325 mothers who completed the questionnaires online. Data were collected using Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation (Ciss), TNO-AZL Preschool Children Quality of Life Questionnaire (TAPQOL), Early Maladaptive Scheme (YSQ-SF). The analysis of research data was performed by path analysis method and LISREL The results of the fitting indices confirmed the theoretical model assumed in the research and showed that in addition to the direct relationship between the mother's coping styles and the child's physical and emotional performance, between these two variables through liberation and distrust schemas. There is an indirect relationship (p <0. 01). The findings indicate that maternal coping styles in times of corona crisis affect the physical and emotional functioning of children aged 1 to 6 years through release and distrust schemes. Thus, training of appropriate strategies for mothers to reduce the maladaptive schemas and to teach proper coping strategies for increase quality of life of children is essential.

Identify the challenges and obstacles to women's social empowerment in relation to the creation and purpose of women's creation, from the perspective of the Holy Quran and Islamic traditions; The purpose of this article is. The main issue is the importance of women's empowerment in development programs and the implementation of these projects in the cities and villages of Islamic Iran according to Western principles and independent of Islamic principles. While it is possible to provide solutions for the social empowerment of women in accordance with the creation of a new Islamic civilization from Islamic sources. Muslim scholars differ on the obligatory ruling on women's social activity, which after examining the Qur'anic principles and narration, the need for women's social participation and the need for women's social empowerment in the Islamic society seems more correct. Research using qualitative content analysis has addressed the problems of women in the individual, family and social dimensions of women for social participation in Islamic sources. These problems, including weakness of belief and personality or lack of explanation of family rights and duties or mixing in society, have been identified in Islamic texts. The Holy Quran and Islamic traditions have stated the strategies of women's social empowerment in the form of explaining the duty and worship of God, presenting desirable female role models in social participation, determining the conditions of women's presence, highlighting priorities, and so on.

Human life, with its unique characteristics, is one of the most precious blessings of God the Merciful, which is always exposed to events and destruction. On the other hand, time management is of particular importance; That is, in order to achieve one's lofty ideals, a believer must increase the quality of productivity of his life with purposeful and intelligent planning in order to reach his goals sooner. Accordingly, the believer must put certain objective and practical methods at the forefront of his affairs; That is, he created a kind of transformation in the realm of his actions and behaviors so that he could make the most of his life. The wise answer to this question: "What are the practical methods of time management? " Inspired by the verses, the aim of the research is to show the practical life of the Prophets in four ways. In the West, the first book on time management was published in the late 1950s; But much earlier, in Islamic sources, it was referred to as the optimal use of life and the various opportunities of life or order. The research method of this article is one of the narrative types of revelation (reporting and analyzing the medals of verses and narrations) and collecting data in a library and software method and processing the text of the article is descriptive and analytical.

This study is about and examines experiences of female school principals from the balance between work and life. The current research uses a qualitative approach with thematic analysis research method. Contributors are 120 female school principals of the city of Paveh whom, by purposeful criterion-oriented sampling method fifteen people of school female principals of Paveh city were selected and their experiences from the balance between work and life have been examined with semi-structured interviews. For the sake of validation, review method of results by participants, and to increasing trust in results, method of External audit technique has been used. Finally, a Colaizzi methods for eight themes and twenty categories has been extracted by analysis method with titles including: time management technique, management ability, commitment, good family conditions(education and appropriate growing and cognitive conditions of children, family conditions, selection and sincerity in family relationships and their understanding of vocation conditions), role lightening (gain experiences, organization, colleagues and help desk service’ s cooperation, change in conditions of service), mental and spiritual health of job (appreciate and feeling the pleasure and peace of work and serving the people, cheerful spirit and vitality, psychological refinement), the importance of the monetary dimension, moderation at the level of your and others expectations (fit the expectations according to the conditions, creating fitness at the level of others expectations and convincing them about the conditions).

The current study aimed to determine the psychometric properties of the attachment behaviors scale in Iranian married people. The research method was correlational, and the statistical population is all married people in Iran. According to the research problem, the researchers have determined their target population as married people among the university centers of Tehran, which among whom (from staff and students) 271 individuals (156 women and 115 men) were selected through convenience sampling from Imam Hussein University Center of Strategic Studies and Alzahra University dormitory. The research instruments were the Attachment Behaviors Scale by Sandberg, Novak, Davis, & Busby (2012) and the Four ENRICH Couple Scales by Fowers and Olson (1989). Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. Results showed that Attachment Behaviors-Self and Attachment Behaviors-Partner were two distinct factors. The confirmatory factor fitness indicators except for RMSEA of Self subscale were in the accepted range. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for Attachment Behaviors-Self and Attachment Behaviors-Partner were respectively. 71 and. 82. Considering the psychometric properties of the attachment behavior scale and its focus on objective behaviors in married relationships, using this scale in research work and planning more accurate and efficient interventions to strengthen secure attachment bonds in married people is recommended to family counselors and psychologists.

one of the challenges that sharia is facing is the claim that Islam has a biased view towards men's rights. and there is gender discrimination against women in Islamic law. The claimants have tried to justify their theory by presenting examples of jurisprudential rulings that at first seem to be discriminatory. In order to respond to this challenge in the field of criminal law, the Islamic legal system in the field of legislation to punish guilty women has been explained. This study has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and after explaining the moral principles of legislation to punish guilty women in Islamic jurisprudence, women's specific criminal sentences in the field of public disclosure, expulsion, homosexuality, apostasy, the quality of the Hadd, the place of detention and delay in punishment in special circumstances have been stated. It, s found that the legislation of punishment for women in Islam is based on the two principles: a dignified view of women and the observance of justice. it is found that Islamic Criminal law not only does not have a biased view of men but it can be seen from some of the rulings that this law seeks to facilitate and mitigate punishment for women. The purpose of the study is to show that differences and distinctions in the rulings don't indicate that the rulings of the Shari'a are discriminatory; rather, what can be acknowledged is that some Shari'a rulings are different between men and women because they differ in biological and psychological characteristics.
