Wage and salary systems, always influence different classes of society, and have high impact on macro-economic issues of society, including the production and distribution of income. Therefore, should present the best system with respect to justice-oriented functions and also the main function of the macro-economic level, to achieve progress and justice in society, comparing the different wage systems. Justice is always, one of the fundamental principles of Islam, and always, by using Islamic rules, should be discovered the principles of justice in different circumstances of time and place. Therefore In this study, based on comparative study between different patterns of wage, and with revisiting the concept of justice, we will follow the pattern of wage that first, amounts to the proper functioning of the economy by influencing key macroeconomic variables; and secondly, has high compatibility at the macro level, matching indicators of equity in income distribution. The result of study indicates the model of share production can be successful in relative to other models. The characteristics of this model are as following: higher productivity and production, creating a more balanced demand, top inhibition of economic recessions, higher utility for the working class, and high consistency with macro equity in income distribution.
