The place of Islamic financial system’s design and codification in terms of the principles and operational process in Islamic-Iranian progress model is an excellence path for development of our country. Islamic finance can noble Islamic economic models in three functional dimensions include financial instruments, markets and institutions. Accurate execution of Islamic financial system requires evaluation of basic aspects of Islamic economics/ finance in order to lead to stability progress. Bagher Sadr (Rhmth) argues Islamic economics and finance models are in genesis stage whereas, school developed foundations and frameworks (infrastructure) and models (superstructure) in Islamic economic system. Considering the exploratory nature of Islamic finance, the place of Islamic finance in mentioned model should be designed.This paper determine the role of Islamic finance in Islamic-Iranian progress model and strives to present a roadmap based on Islamic thoughts and local area patterns. Thus it focuses on the role of Islamic finance in the model by explanation of principles, norms, goals and functional parameters governing Islamic financial system.

Wage and salary systems, always influence different classes of society, and have high impact on macro-economic issues of society, including the production and distribution of income. Therefore, should present the best system with respect to justice-oriented functions and also the main function of the macro-economic level, to achieve progress and justice in society, comparing the different wage systems. Justice is always, one of the fundamental principles of Islam, and always, by using Islamic rules, should be discovered the principles of justice in different circumstances of time and place. Therefore In this study, based on comparative study between different patterns of wage, and with revisiting the concept of justice, we will follow the pattern of wage that first, amounts to the proper functioning of the economy by influencing key macroeconomic variables; and secondly, has high compatibility at the macro level, matching indicators of equity in income distribution. The result of study indicates the model of share production can be successful in relative to other models. The characteristics of this model are as following: higher productivity and production, creating a more balanced demand, top inhibition of economic recessions, higher utility for the working class, and high consistency with macro equity in income distribution.

The preparation of «the Islamic-Iranian Progress Model» is a purposeful effort to build a civilization based on the Islamic-Iranian identity. This paper has tried to show that this model could not be developed without reference to the wider socio-economic history especially the history of Islamic-Iranian civilization. It is based on the fact that no one can understand the patterns that rule different communities without referring to history. Muslims from third to fifth Islamic centuries reached a level of economic prosperity that European nations only achieved after some centuries. In this study we attempt to introduce this approach and show how to extract a valuable and dynamic progress model from historical valuable stocks. The results of this paper show that the preparation of the Islamic-Iranian Progress Model needs a change in the method of economic studies, the use of historical methods and applying the institutional approach to the history of Islamic-Iranian civilization.

The exchange rate risk can be hedged using different approaches; one of which is the correct selection of the counterpart exchange, exchange portfolio diversification and entering hedging transactions. The direction of the exchange transaction should be in a way that trade is done based on real needs of producers and consumers and incorrect speculation gets minimized. Because of that, directing the transactions toward real sector of the economy can be a clue. Introducing an instrument compatible with Moghavah economy can be a theoretical solution in this stage. The point, which is worth mentioning here, is the usage of the securitization literature based on real goods and services. The entrance of real goods and services into the picture can solve some problems like the unavailability of the based goods, the Ghomar doubt etcetera. In this research, we try to introduce new Islamic instrument called: «Two-sided exchange Sukuk» which can be used to cover the exchange risks facing the Iranian economy and banking system.

Theoretical endeavor started before the Mashrute, has come to a focal point in the recent decade and this is just because of the determination of the scholars to present an affirmative progress model which can be called both Islamic and Iranian. The main question that should be answered now is that: under what circumstances can we call a progress model Islamic? In Iran, there are different views regarding the Islamicity of an idea or policy. In this paper, these views are examined and finally a conclusion is provided. Finally, it is suggested that one of these approaches should be chosen and considered as a base and controversies should be put aside in practice.

Pattern is a comprehensive map for moving in supreme path and so, surveying the aspects and principles of this moving is of great importance. The 22th verse of Mulk sura of Holy Quran can be viewed as a conceptual model for this moving. According to this verse, moving from an Islamic perspective is based on two pillars: understanding Haq path and Sirat al-Mustaqim and going through it; i.e. harmonic and correct motion through Haq path (Mashy-e Sawi).Progress is the other aspect of the pattern. In Islamic thought, progress is «expanding capacity» and «developing existence». In this regard, «Welayee Justice» has the necessary and sufficient capacity for heading Islamic-Iranian Progress Pattern because justice is the only essential, regulable and measurable value.
