Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of emotion control on students' positive thinking about social anxiety. The method of the present study was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The population of the study included high school students with social anxiety disorder who referred to educational and clinical centers in Zahedan in the academic year 1401-1400. 40 students were selected by available sampling method and then each of them was replaced by random sampling in two experimental (n = 20) and control (n = 20) groups. The instruments were employed in this study included, Ingram and Wisnicki positive thinking questionnaire, Lajersa social anxiety questionnaire and emotion control training. Emotion control training was provided to the experimental group in 8 sessions which each session eas 90 minutes, but the control group did not receive training. Research data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance. The findings of this study showed that emotion control has effect on students' positive thinking about social anxiety; In such a way that the subjects in the experimental group in the post-test stage have significantly more positive thinking and less social anxiety. According to the results, it is suggested that emotion control be used as one of the effective adjunctive therapies in improving positive thinking and reducing students' social anxiety.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the current research is to predict the social skills of adolescents based on parenting styles and incompatible patterns of parents. The statistical population of the present study consists of all adolescents (12 to 17 years old) of Tehran city, of which 100 adolescents are engaged in studies in the academic year of 1400-1999 in the form of cluster sampling in such a way that first, Tehran city is divided into 2 parts. North and South are divided and then 5 schools are selected from each region and in the next stage 2 classes are selected from each school and in the last stage 5 students are randomly selected from each class. The research findings showed that there was a relationship between parenting style and social skills and the correlation coefficient between these two variables was 91%. In other words, it can be expected that changes related to parenting style of parents can be predicted by using social skills. There was a relationship between the social skills of adolescents and the incompatible schemas of parents, and the correlation coefficient between these two variables was equal to 91%. In other words, it can be expected to be able to predict the changes related to the social skills of adolescents using the initial maladaptive schemas.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Today, one of the most important concerns of education is to increase the quality of learning in students and solve learning problems in them. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate and determine the effect of having positive thoughts on self-confidence and active learning of students in Zahak, Sistan and Baluchestan. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was performed on seventh, eighth and ninth grade students of Zahak, Sistan and Baluchestan schools in 1401. Students were assessed using a questionnaire containing questions related to positive thinking, self-confidence and active learning. Finally, the data were entered into SPSS V20 software and analyzed. Results: In the present study, 190 students were included in the study and evaluated. The mean age of participants was 14. 24 ± 0. 87 years and the minimum and maximum ages were 13 and 16 years, respectively. 50. 5% of the students were girls. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the positive thoughts score of the participants in the present study and their self-confidence score (p = 0. 000, r = 0. 674). As a result, it was found that with increasing students' positive thoughts score, their average selfconfidence score also increased. Also, a significant correlation was found between the positive thoughts score and the students' active learning variable (p = 0. 000, r = 0. 712), so that the students who had a higher positive thoughts score had a significantly higher active active learning score. There was no significant relationship between students' age and educational background with positive thinking, self-esteem and active learning scores, however, female students had higher positive thinking scores than male students. These findings were statistically significant (P = 0. 007). The mean scores of self-confidence and active learning did not differ significantly between the two sexes (P> 0. 05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that having positive thoughts in students is associated with increased self-confidence and active learning.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching positive thinking skills on the life expectancy and self-efficacy of second year high school students in Tabriz. This research was a semi-experimental type that was conducted in the form of a pre-test and a post-test with a control group. The research sample was selected by random cluster sampling of 40 people and then (20 people in the experimental group and 20 people in the control group) were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The experimental group received eight sessions of forty-five minutes of positive thinking skills. All subjects were evaluated using Scherer's self-efficacy questionnaire and Snyder's life expectancy questionnaire. The results of the analysis of covariance showed that the teaching of positive thinking skills significantly increased self-efficacy and life expectancy in students. The results of this research showed that the method of teaching positive thinking skills can be used as an efficient method to increase students' self-efficacy and life expectancy.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between mother's employment in the early years of childhood (part-time/fulltime), quality of mother-child relationship and perceived social support with social adequacy in adulthood. Materials and methods: The current research method is descriptive correlation (regression). The statistical population of this research was all the female students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the academic year of 2019-1400, and 105 people were selected as the sample of the research using the available sampling method among all the female students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad who had working mothers in the first 3 years of their lives. And, was selected. The participants completed the Social Adequacy Questionnaire of Fellner et al. (1991), the Multidimensional Social Perceived Scale by Zimmet et al. (1988) and the Mother-Child Relationship Scale by Fine et al. (1983). In order to analyze the data, indicators and methods of descriptive statistics, mean and standard error of the data were used; and inferential statistics were used to obtain Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression by SPSS-26 software. Findings: Based on the obtained data, perceived social support from friends and others, behavioral skills (19%, F=9. 162) and family support, cognitive skills (11%, F=8. 228) and motivation and expectations (9% predicts F=7. 852( are among the components of social adequacy. Among the components of the parent-child relationship, positive affect predicts behavioral skills (10%, F=9. 192) and role aversion predicts cognitive skills (11%, F=9. 988 (. Discussion and conclusion: As a result, it can be said that perceived social support and parent-child relationship can predict a person's social adequacy in adulthood.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on the psychological flexibility of patients with coronary heart disease. The research method is semi-experimental with control group. The statistical population of the research includes all patients referred to Javad Alaemmeh Heart Hospital in Mashhad in the year 2021. The statistical sample of the research included 30 patients from the available people, according to the entry and exit criteria of the study, 15 people were randomly placed as the experimental group and the other 15 people were placed in the control group. Then acceptance and commitment treatment sessions were implemented in the experimental group; Finally, the posttest was taken from both experimental and control groups. Analysis of covariance test was used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that acceptance and commitment therapy in the experimental group was effective in increasing psychological flexibility compared to the control group (P<0. 05). According to the research findings, acceptance and commitment therapy can be used to increase psychological flexibility.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to the effect of listeningto music (music therapy) on spiritual intelligence on students of Islamic Azad University of North Tehran. And were replaced in two groups of control (15 people) and experimental (15 people). Also, the homogenization of control and experimental groups was done based on characteristics such as age, economic status, employment status, level of education, etc. To collect data from the Goldberg Mental Health Questionnaire (1972) with a reliability of 0. 89 And Abdollahzadeh (2008) spiritual intelligence was used with a reliability of 0. 93. Also, music therapy sessions were performed in 8 60-minute sessions on the subjects in the experimental group, then both groups performed the post-test. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of covariance between groups. The results showed a significant difference between the mean scores of the two groups in the general post-tests and in the dimensions of the subscales proposed in this study. Findings showed that music therapy significantly increased the level of spiritual intelligence in the experimental group compared to the control group (P <0. 05). Therefore, these results can be said: the effectiveness of music therapy on all subscales of the intelligence questionnaire. Abdullahzadeh's spirituality, including the components of understanding and connection with the source of existence and spiritual life, was confirmed with 95% confidence.

Abstract: 

This research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of mindfulness-based therapy on the quality of sexual relationships and negative self-future thoughts in couples in Isfahan city. have been. In order to reach the above goal, among all the couples who visited counseling clinics in the city of Isfahan, during two months (April and May), 40 people were selected as available sampling to answer the research questionnaires, which were 20 people were randomly placed in the experimental group and 20 people in the control group. For this purpose, two questionnaires, Kendall and Holon (1980) and Samani's (2011) sexual relationship quality questionnaire were used. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using the test and control groups using the statistical method of analysis of covariance. The results showed that mindfulness-based therapy has a significant effect on the quality of sexual relations of couples in Isfahan city. Mindfulness-based therapy has a significant effect on negative self-future thoughts of Isfahan couples.

Abstract: 

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotion-oriented training on academic help seeking behavior and Social adjustment in high school students in Tehran in 1399. Method: The method of this research is quasi-experimental and for data collection, pretest-post-test design with control group has been used. The statistical population of the study consisted of all high school students in Tehran, among whom, 30 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling and randomly assigned to the experimental group (15 people in each group) and control (15 people). The experimental group underwent emotion therapy training in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group remained on the waiting list. The tools used in the present study included academic help-seeking behavior (Ryan and Pantridge, 1997) and California individual-social adjustment (Clark et al., 1953) which were used in two stages of pre-test and post-test. The analysis of the information obtained from the questionnaire was performed through SPSS-V24 software in two descriptive and inferential sections (analysis of covariance). Results: The results showed that emotion-focused therapy improved academic helpseeking behaviors in high school students. Also, the results showed that emotion-oriented therapy increased individual and social adjustment in students. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, emotion-focused therapy is an effective intervention in improving students' academic help seeking behaviors and Social adjustment.

The importance of childhood and old age is not hidden from anyone in order to pass this period correctly and healthily. The statistics announced by the World Health Organization show the beginning of the aging of the population in the world، and since people were suddenly left out of the society without considering the conditions، capabilities and abilities of people and only on the basis of age conditions in a certain age range of a generation، the depression caused The feeling of ineffectiveness and rejection، especially after retirement، was considered a great threat to the elderly society. Enjoying a productive and quality healthy life with an acceptable life span and free from illness is a right of everyone، which in the school of Islam، the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 25) and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic (Principles 29-2 and 43) Emphasized And on the other hand، the busy young generation in the fast-paced and machine-driven process of current societies often does not have enough time to spend time with the two generations before and after، and according to the necessity of the matter، conditions must be provided for both the elderly and the children، so that the children can benefit from a generational environment. Abstract: 

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between job stress and job burnout with the mental health of police officers in Ramhormoz city in Khuzestan province in 1400. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research included all the police force personnel of Ramhormoz city in Khuzestan province, of which 200 people were considered as the sample size using Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling method. The method of data collection was based on three standard questionnaires of job stress (Harris, 1995), job burnout (Maslash, 1981) and mental health (Goldberg, 1972). The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method, and its value was above 0. 7 for all three questionnaires. Likewise, content validity was used to test the validity of the questionnaire, and for this purpose, the questionnaires were approved by the relevant experts. The analysis of the information obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was done through SPSS software in two descriptive and inferential sections (Pearson correlation test and multiple regression). The results of the research showed that there is a significant negative relationship between job stress and its components with mental health, and there was also a significant negative relationship between job burnout and its components with mental health. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures and programs to increase the mental health of the organization. This issue is very important in the police force organization, which is facing a lot of stress and burnout due to the inherent nature of its professional role and responsibilities.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to compare marital conflicts in people with and without corona anxiety. The method of the current research was cross-sectional causalcomparative. The statistical population of this study included all parents of Tabriz families. The sampling method was purposeful. The sample size was 30 parents with corona anxiety, 30 parents without corona anxiety. All the subjects were evaluated using Barati and Thanaei Marital Conflict Questionnaire and Corona Virus Anxiety Scale (CDAS). The data analysis method was multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results showed that there is a significant difference in marital conflicts between two groups of parents with and without corona anxiety. (P<0. 01) Therefore, by providing timely and appropriate interventions and training to reduce the anxiety caused by corona disease in women and men, marital conflicts can be reduced.

Abstract: 

Timely diagnosis and treatment of hyperactivity can play an important role in solving students' problems, and considering that children's personality is formed before the age of seven and the sensitivity of the issue, we decided to investigate this disorder. The purpose of this qualitative research was to improve the relative improvement of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder in preschool students. The research method was case study and its implementation method was action research. In order to answer the research questions by using scientific methods such as observation, interviews and questionnaires and by using various sources such as books, magazines, theses and. . . gathering the necessary information related to the existing problem and Their analysis identified effective factors in creating the problem. According to the results of the research, economic, cultural, social, environmental and family factors and heredity and genetics were identified as effective factors in the occurrence of problems, and as a result, play-therapy methods, cognitive techniques, balance and equilibrium exercises, Aram building, strengthening concentration, etc. were chosen to treat this disorder. After confirming the validity of the selected solutions using different parameters and with the parents' support, the solutions were implemented and based on the available evidence and with the help of the Connors parents' questionnaire, it was determined that attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder improved to some extent. It has been found and the amount of impulsive behavior has been reduced. Therefore, the findings of the research showed that a combination of the above methods was effective in the treatment of the individual.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of effective treatment based on acceptance and commitment on the anxiety of patients with asthma. This research was semi-experimental in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research included all patients with asthma in Kashan city in the first half of 2013, 40 people were selected by available sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. For the experimental group, 8 two-hour sessions of therapeutic intervention were performed weekly. At the end, a post-test was taken from both groups. Data collection was done in pre-test, post-test and follow-up through Beck's anxiety questionnaire (1988). The research data were analyzed by analysis of covariance test. The obtained results showed that the treatment based on acceptance and commitment had a significant effect on reducing the anxiety of these patients. Also, the follow-up after one month indicated the continuation of this significant effect. Finally, the results of this research showed that this treatment, like other treatments performed, can be considered as a desirable treatment option and provide significant improvement.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to Modeling structural relationships of uncertainty intolerance with worry mediated referral thinking, metacognitive beliefs and perfectionism in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. In terms of purpose, this research was applied, and in terms of method, it was a descriptive type of correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the people with generalized anxiety disorder in the treatment centers of Sari city, to determine the sample size according to the number of observed variables and assigning a coefficient of 10 for each observed variable (20 observed variables in the model), and taking into account Due to the possibility of incomplete questionnaires, 220 people were selected as the sample size in a purposeful way (according to having the criterion of generalized anxiety disorder). The data collection method is based on five questionnaires: Friston et al. 's uncertainty intolerance (1994), Pennsylvania worry (1990), Ering's referential thinking (2010), Wells's metacognitive beliefs (1997), Spitzer et al. 's generalized anxiety disorder (2006), and Hill's perfectionism ( 2004) was done. The analysis of the information obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was done through spss22 and Amos23 software in two descriptive and inferential parts (Pearson correlation and regression structural equations). The results of the data analysis showed that the research model was fitted and in total the effects of direct and indirect paths indicated that intolerance of uncertainty, referential thinking, metacognitive beliefs and perfectionism had a significant effect on worry and 86 percent of the variable of worry among those suffering from anxiety disorders inclusive, can be explained by the above independent variables, and 14% of this endogenous variable is explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract: 

Background & Aims: Promoting religiosity and religion among students is a very important and key thing that can lead to key results in training prominent personalities for the future of any country. Previous research has discussed the effect of religious factors on personality traits, but so far no research has been found to examine the role of religion from the perspective of Qur'anic stories on personality factors. . Therefore, considering this gap in the research background, this study seeks to investigate whether Quranic stories can affect some of the personality factors of students such as resilience, communication skills and their religious identity or not. Materials & Methods: The research method of this research is a quasi-experimental pre-test and posttest with a control group. In this project, two groups of subjects were studied, which means that in the first stage, people were divided into two groups (A and B). In the next stage, an experimental group was exposed to teaching and studying religious stories, while the control group was not trained at all. After the mentioned trainings, the individuals of both groups were tested again (post-test) (resilience questionnaire, communication skills, religious identity). The statistical population of this study includes all female high school students in the first year of education in Zabol city, which according to the obtained statistics is equal to 270 classes with 5500 people. According to the statistics in education, the annual grade point average of all schools was obtained, considering that it was not possible to gather students from all schools in the city in one space due to administrative problems and obtaining licenses, the eighth grade of the three schools According to the education counseling of the city, they probably had a weaker communication status and were studying in the second semester of the academic year 1401-1400. They were selected from among the schools of the city. After selecting these three student schools, 30 eighth grade students from each school were randomly selected. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that the intervention of teaching Quranic stories caused statistically significant changes in improving communication skills, religious identity and resilience of adolescent girls in the experimental group. Discussion and Conclusion: Finally, according to the obtained results, it can be suggested to education that in compiling Quranic books in schools, the existence of Quranic stories in the content of these books should be used more. This research can also be used for special groups such as child care centers for abused and orphaned children, child care centers and centers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to compare moral education among male and female students of the first secondary school in dayyer city. The method of this research was descriptive and comparative. The statistical population of the present study was 1847 male and female students of the first secondary school in dayyer city, who were selected through cluster sampling of 318 using Cochran's formula. The tool of data collection in this research was the Moral Education Questionnaire of Mosadeghi Nik and Koshi (1400). Was. Analysis of the research hypotheses was done using the t-test of independent groups. The findings showed that the average moral education score of female students is higher than that of male subjects, or in other words, the moral education of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening moral education among students, it is possible to greatly help to increase their cognitive and religious areas in schools.
