The paper deals with the supply of customer services in the sector of tourism trade in the Czech Republic. We have focused on the group of travel agencies which plays an important role in the tourism of our country. Customer services can help agencies to have better relationships with their customers and also support to keep competitive advantage. The main goal of this paper is to find out types of provided products of travel agencies on the Czech market, divide them to special groups and described them. Moreover we focus also on customer services in the travel agencies, their description and sorting. The last part informs about some important trends on the Czech market of travel agencies. The first paper of this paper briefly describes tourism trade in the Czech Republic and theoretical aspects of customer services. The second part informs about a research as implemented at some important Czech travel agencies. There is a short description of the research methods here. This chapter also includes some tables and graphs showing the most important research results. The third part stresses some remarkable conclusions from the research.
