In order to comprehend the content of Hadith, there is a need for a right method which is named ‎‎"Fiqh al-Hadith". To ‎obtain the meaning of the text of Hadith without this kind of the science ‎would lead to mistake and misguidance. To avoid this risk ‎there were formed many endeavors by ‎Muslim learned men to attain a proper understanding of Quran and Hadith that the science ‎of ‎Usul Fiqh was a sample.Many of the great figures of Hadith in their comments on Hadith ‎collections have used of methods and ‎rules that may help us in knowing method, criteria and ‎grounds of comprehending Hadith. One of these works is a book by the name ‎of Al-Favaid Al-‎Toosiah by Shaikh Horr Ameli. This book due to the position of the writer and its explaining the ‎difficult narratives has ‎a main significance and in it we may find many important points and ‎subtleties and also the solutions for different objections and ‎fallacies not mentioned in other ‎books.In this paper we have tried to articulate the grounds of Shaikh Horr in understanding ‎Hadith ‎with an analytical-descriptive method. Some of these grounds are as follows: to posit the ‎text, to assure about the authentication of ‎Hadith, removing the uncertainty in hadith, to form a ‎family group for Hadith, to know the words used in Hadith, knowing the causes ‎and conditions ‎of the issue of Hadith, considering the context of Hadith, to know the message of the proverbs ‎used in Hadith, to ‎solve the conflicts in Hadiths, and observing the Quran and other narratives ‎and etc.

The Holy Quran is a friendly letter from our creator that contains many facetiaes, delicacies and ‎profound ‎implications for the guidence, growth and perfection of human as God’s successor.‎ The more accurate knowledge and understanding of verses of Quran, as an epiphany of his ‎divine ‎names, is an incipience for their appearance in human and it requires a kind of awakening, ‎awareness ‎and insight to the divine laws of creation which are called “Yaghze” (awakening) in ‎mystical literature. ‎The human effort to achieve the absolute perfection has been interpreted as a ‎journey to God that its ‎requirement is departure from self and strong determination for ‎unification with God that will not be ‎achieved except by awake and aware humans.‎In a vaster scope of meaning, it could be said that this ‎awakening means to avoid any kind of ‎negligence and ignorance that has covered, such as dust, the ‎purity of the heart, cleanliness of ‎appearance and most importantly, the entrances of human’s living ‎insight such as hearing, vision ‎and heart. ‎This research attempts by searching for the concept of “Yaghze” in the context of various ‎verses ‎of Quran and expanding the definitions, descriptions and divisions of khajeh Abdullah Ansari in ‎‎the first destination of basics, in “Manazel Alsaerin”, to explain the connotations and ‎denotations of ‎this term, having ‎conscious hearing and vision and companionship with spiritual leaders; in the ‎same way, inclination ‎toward redundencies, procrastination, lack of determination and volition, ‎not understanding of the ‎differencies between appearance and reality and the like.

"Peace" as ‎‏ ‏the one of fundamental concepts in social and political studies has been considered by ‎‎many scholars and has been several definitions. Most definitions of the concept of peace are ‎versus of ‎war and defined by the negative approach, the "absence of war”. New approaches by ‎using positive ‎and proactive view and in order to establish lasting peace, the concept do not ‎define versus of war, ‎but all offensive factors that disturbing the peace are considered and by ‎choosing inner and mental ‎perspective are seeking to build sustainable peace.‎But, comparing the definition of the Quran about ‎peace shows us the similarities and difference ‎in this field. Telling words in the Quran, which is ‎equivalent to the conventional peace-term, is ‎‎Selm. Selm by two shapes "Selm" and "Salm" represent ‎faithful - internal peace and objective – ‎exterior peace. Accompany of the Selm in the Holy Quran with ‎concepts like justice, rights, ‎dignity and faith provides a different definition of peace. Islamic peace has ‎inner and positive ‎view to the peace, which shall be drawn it in a positive approach to fair terms and ‎holy purposes ‎and the next value of peace is the premise of religion and justice goal and it is not an ‎absolute ‎and final value that achieving it in any way became higher goal than the no peace section‎.

Presuppositions and precomprehensions have a role in encountering the Holy ‎Quran and its ‎contemplation. The belief in the lack of access to a final comprehension is ‎among the most ‎important claims based on the interference of the interpreter's ‎presuppositions, ‎precompre hensions, interests and expectations and also the ‎contemporary sciences and ‎knowledge in the text comprehension and interpretation.Believing in the same subject Mojtahed ‎Shabestari says the readings are different as a ‎true and real matter and the final comprehension ‎can not be achieved in the texts ‎interpretation. However, Javadi Aamoli rejects this claim and ‎believes that the ‎interpreter can pass from his own precomprehensions and presuppositions and ‎reach a ‎final comprehension. He thinks that the contemporary sciences and knoledges are not ‎‎effective on the interpretation, although interpreters sometimes interpret based on the ‎‎contemporary needs.This study has analyzed and criticized the mojtahed Shabestari ‎and Javadi ‎Aamoli's opinions on the precomprehensions and presuppositions effect or ‎their lack of effect on ‎the comprehension and interpretations of the holy texts‎.

The Holy Quran is an instruction of human life until the day of resurrection. Therefore, must ‎‎constantly respond he needs to be. God's plan for this job is a comprehensive and everlasting of ‎‎this book, Both are necessary to Terminate of prophecy. One type of relationship with the Holy ‎‎Quran that emphasis there on and referring to the needs is a “Cross Question”. Speech to the ‎‎Word of God Means Presence Silent book In human societies, solving problems, resolve concerns ‎‎and playing the role.‎‎“Cross Question” means that supply questions to The Holy Quran and get answers. It’s ‎‎something beyond ordering Interpretation, Quran by Quran Interpretation and commentary of ‎‎Quran ‎and having serious differences with them. The cases start of text Holy Quran but Cross ‎‎Question start of society's problems, Nevertheless isn’t a Interpretation by Vote because ‎‎Interrogator recourse to The Holy Quran with questions not associated with response.‎On the other hand, high levels of Cross Question special for ahlol beyt but for various reasons ‎‎this is not confined to them. This article in addition to addressing frequency words “Cross ‎‎Question” in The Holy Quran, whit referring to theory of Martyr Sadr about thematic ‎‎interpretation, investigate related topics by methods analytical and descriptive‎.

Ibn Jarir al-Tabari, owner of the comprehensive interpretation ‎of‏ ‏Statements‏ ‏for‏ ‏each of‏‎ ‎‏the ‎Quran, ‎‏in the interpretation of the verses he ‎notes the matter of differences between reading and ‎according to his criteria he ‎chooses one method of reading. With study and contemplation in ‎cases that ‎Ibn Jarir adopted one of reading methods, we know that in many cases he ‎confirms the‏ ‏‏coordination of reading with‏ ‏priority and‏ ‏recency of verses one of ‎method of reading and ‎chooses his reading according to that method‏.‏Given the‏ ‏importance of this issue, ‎‏this‏ ‏article, ‎‏while‏ ‏express the ‎meaning‏ ‏of‏ ‏words‏‎, authority‏‎, ‎‏priority and‏ ‏recency‏ ‏and history of‏ ‏function of style and ‎way in‏ ‏the interpretation and‏ ‏reading, ‎‏deals with‏ ‏analysis‏ ‏of one of Tabari’s‏ ‏criteria, ‎‏disposal of reading that is coordination of reading ‎and priority and‏ ‏recency.

The arrangement of the verses in each Surah of the Holy Quran was an issue ‎of inquiry among ‎Islamic scholars in different ages of Islamic period. The ‎first scholars spoke of "Nazm" and ‎‎"Munasaba" and the recent ones ‎introduced the ideas of "the Surah as unity" and "the thematic ‎unity of the ‎Surahs".In this article after a quick look at these attempts, some of the new ‎theories ‎of text analysis and their theoretical bases have been mentioned and ‎their potential of explaining ‎of arrangement of the verses has been ‎examined, considering that the main function of the Holy ‎Quran is guidance ‎and remembrance. Applying "cohesion theory" and "relevance theory", "the ‎‎referential model" is proposed for description of the arrangement of the ‎verses in a Surah and is ‎examined in a long Surah‎.
