Abstract: 

Background & Purpose Increased competition regarding the employment of students, financial sources, and quality employees has resulted in increased attention to third-generation universities in order to create a set of features and achieving a distinctive brand. Therefore, this study intends to design brand acceptance pattern of entrepreneur university in higher education system. Methodology The mixed method has been used in this research. In the qualitative part, the grounded theory method was used, and in the quantitative part, structural equation modeling was used. Qualitative instrument included interviews with 18 university experts, but the researcher-made questionnaire was used as the quantitative data collection instrument. Findings Data analysis revealed that 474 initial codes were identified. Then, they were divided into 75 concepts and 26 major categories. Based on the systematic approach by grounded theory method, the identified codes were categorized into six components of casual conditions, basic conditions, intervening factors, strategies, and consequences. Conclusion The above-mentioned model leads to the employment of the most quality elements in the competitive market through changing the educational system and creating a positive image. The main consequences of these measures include an advanced military industry, achievement of scientific authority in the Islamic world, and increase in public welfare within the society.

Abstract: 

Background & Purpose Nanotechnology is one of the most important drivers of innovation. Due to the importance of this technology, in the present study, the structural and functional components of the nanotechnology innovation system in Iran has been analyzed simultaneously. Methodology The research strategy is quantitative and the data collection tool is questionnaire. The statistical population includes policy makers, firm’, s managers and university professors in the field of nanotechnology. Data collection was done analytically-descriptively through information obtained from questionnaires, documents and reports published in the field of nanotechnology. Findings Findings show the weakness of interactions between the actors of the nanotechnology innovation system. Also the resource mobilization function is in a more appropriate situation and the function of creating legitimacy is in a weaker position than other functions, which somehow confirms the existence of systematic problems in the innovation system of nanotechnology in Iran. Conclusion Strengthening interactions between actors in the Nano-technology innovation system, as well as further support for strengthening the function of legitimacy, can have a positive impact on the conditions of this system.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim the most challenges issues with organizations that developing complex products is the uncertainty and ambiguity, The phenomena associated with these challenges are the limited knowledge and experience of identifying the growing complexities of products and the interaction of these phenomena. Therefore, this paper aims to identify and model the innovation challenges associated with the development of complex aerospace products Methodology The present research is applied in a practical, mixed-method way. Thus In the qualitative approach section through interviews and Fuzzy Delphi method from experts, the challenges of innovation of complex products were identified and in the quantitative section, using Structural Equation Modelling (PLS), hypotheses were confirmed, modeling and explaining relationships were performed. findings In this paper, complex product development challenges are categorized into three groups: complex product development risks, complex product development process characteristics, and complex products features, and Modeling fitted very well with the presence of relevant structures and markers. So The results of the paper show that the complex products features have a positive, direct and significant effect on product development risks and development process characteristics. Also, the development process characteristics have a positive, direct and significant effect on product development risks. And more important result is that, the development process characteristics as a mediator affect the relationship between the complex products features and the product development risks. . Conclusion Considering the directly effect of development process characteristics on development risks of complex products and also the mediating role of development process characteristics in the impact of features of complex product on complex products development risks, so the role of development process characteristics in process configuration and structure is important. .

Abstract: 

Context/Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management capabilities, flexibility and strategic agility with the mediating role of business model innovation on firm performance. Methodology The objective of this study is practical and it is descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of it is Iranian insurance firms. The sample size was determined to be 422 people by the use of G-Power software version 3. 1. questionnaire knowledge management capabilities, Akram et al. (2018) questionnaire was used, to assess strategic flexibility, Miroshnichenko et al. (2020) questionnaire was used, to assess strategic agility, Omoush (2020) questionnaire, business model innovation from Asemokha et al. (2020) and to assess firm performance, Venkatraman & Ramanujam (1986) questionnaire was used. The validity and reliability of the research tool were confirmed and the data were analyzed via Smart PLS software version 3. Findings Findings showed that knowledge management capabilities, strategic flexibility and agility, directly and indirectly through business model innovation, have a positive effect on firm performance. Conclusion Creating and applying knowledge management capabilities, strategic flexibility and strategic agility simultaneously, via business model innovation, not only improve firm performance, but also help managers learn how to improve firm performance in dynamic environments.

Abstract: 

Context/ Purpose Today, due to manufacturing SMEs resource and financial constraints, using the open innovation is one of the basic approaches in these companies. The research aims to present a multilevel model for success factors of open innovation implantation. Methodology the first stage, the effect of each success factor of Open Innovation on the others determined by fuzzy revised DEMATEL based on views of 12 experts,Then, Interpretive structural model of studied factors plotted in 3 level called base, strategic, and operational layer respectively. Findings In terms of importance open innovation success factors divided by 3 levels called base, strategic, and operational layer. The most significant level dedicated to the base layer including Economic Factors as the most influential indicator on the others, Universities, research Institution, and IT Support System. Competitors, Partners, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Learning, Employees and Reward Systems in the strategic layer and suppliers, organizational structure, and Ecological issues (secluded factor in the model) are at the operational layer. Moreover, success factors are ranked based on effectiveness, and their causal nature is also identified. Conclusion Given the importance of results, managers of manufacturing SMEs advised to reduce the risk of R&D and increase the odds of organization survival by changing opening their innovation process. Besides, developing of partnership with universities, research institutes, and Strengthening the IT's infrastructure could accelerate the achievement of innovative goals.

Abstract: 

Background & Purpose lack of appropriate controls and lack of centralized access plans have resulted in countless migrations and consequently the creation of a series of anomalies and vulnerabilities followed by the necessity of paying more attention to passive defense issues to reduce vulnerability, facilitate crisis management, continuous services continuity, defense deterrence and increase in urban stability. Therefore, in this study, we identify and explain the effective factors on civil defense doctrine in Mashhad metropolis. metropolis Methodology the present study is applied in terms of purpose, practical and in terms of nature and practice of implementation, descriptive-correlation research. The research population consisted of all experts and experts of the military and civil administration in large metropolitan areas using a purposeful sampling method, 45 were selected as sample subjects data collection instrument consisted of standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed Findings based on data analysis, resilience, site allocation and site selection, safety and strengthening of city planning were effective factors on civil defense doctrine in mashhad city. Assessment of the principles of civil defense doctrine of Mashhad city of Mashhad showed that resilience with mean 3. 85, locating and site site selection with mean and safe mean and strengthening with mean 3. 74 and urban spatial planning had the highest mean. Conclusion the lack of respect and consideration of other passive defense considerations in the development and development of the physical space of Mashhad, in addition to the danger, leads to an inevitable damage.

Abstract: 

Context/Purpose: The aim of the present study was to develop the structural relationship model among learning, innovation and creativity strategies, with the approach of the learning organization in the Iranian education system. Methodology: The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method is descriptive with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the qualitative section includes senior and middle managers of education and professors of educational management and public administration in free and public universities who were selected and participated by purposive sampling method. In the quantitative part, by multi-stage relative class sampling method, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 364 teachers of girls 'and boys' secondary schools in Mazandaran province and the data were explored by confirmatory factor analysis and software. SPSS and AMOS were analyzed. Findings: Findings from qualitative analysis is eleven-dimensional: 1. Strategic knowledge creation, 2. Collaboration and group learning, 3. Strategic knowledge interpretation, 4. Strategic use of knowledge, 5. Strategic knowledge management, 6. Improvisational creativity, 7. Creativity has been 8. Innovation, 9. Service innovation, 10. Behavior innovation, and 11. Strategy innovation. The results of the quantitative section showed that learning strategies have a significant and positive effect on the variables of creativity and innovation and creativity has a mediating role in the impact of learning strategies on innovation. Conclusion: By using learning and creativity strategies in the Iranian Education Organization, we can move towards promoting innovation.
