Iranian knowledge-based firms also tried to help control this disease by supplying high-tech products. However, they have faced severe problems in the process of product development and market entry. Comprehensive literature review and semi-structured interviews with pioneer firms were conducted to identify the most crucial process challenges and offer the necessary solutions based on the thematic analysis method. Then eleven process challenges were identified in prevention and detection technologies,failure to complete the supply chain inside the country, insufficient acquaintance and interaction of firms with workshop and laboratory capacities for manufacturing and testing, failure to allocate government currency to the import raw materials required for production, obstacles in certificate authority process of mass products, frequent import of foreign kits, insufficient development of manufacturing companies infrastructure, export, failure of governmental organizations for purchasing the products, lack of familiarity in governmental managers with the use of products, difficult access to the facilities of universities and government research institutes, delay in benefiting from the support of financial institutions. Therefore these processes require government intervention and facilitation that most of them were the same in both prevention and detection firms. Also, in this study, seven necessary government measures were offered to solve the problems mentioned above.

In recent years, social innovations have attracted the attention of researchers on the subject of creating social value and solving social challenges. Social organizations are one of the most important contexts for social innovation that recognizing their obstacles and challenges is essential for their effective presence in the field of social innovation. The main purpose of this study is to identify the challenges influencing social innovation in Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation as a social organization. Hence, the purpose of this research is development-applied and its research method is thematic analysis. The participants of this study are experienced experts in Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, which has been done 16 semi-structured interviews by combining purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. In data analysis, 166 basic themes and 24 organizing themes were extracted, and finally, eight comprehensive themes were identified. These comprehensive themes were: "economic, political, cultural, social, structural, legal, organizational and cognitive challenges influencing social innovation". The findings of the study can help to achieve the excellent goals of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in empowering and self-reliance of the needy and expand the discourse of social innovation among the social organizations.

Learning in collaboration projects with universities and research centers is a common method in recent decades. Some projects have led to learning for the industry, while others have not. This article addresses the issue of what factors in the Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemical industry affect the learning of companies in collaboration projects with universities and research centers. For this purpose, by studying the research background and conducting a qualitative study, the factors affecting the learning of oil, gas, and petrochemical companies in these projects have been identified and then in the quantitative part, the model obtained from the previous stage has been tested. In the qualitative and quantitative parts of the research, the methods of thematic analysis and Structural Equation Modeling have been used, respectively. The research period covers the years 2014 to 2019. The results of the study confirmed the effect of characteristics of university/ research center, industry, mutual relations, collaboration environment, and university team leader on learning of companies. Also, the sub-factors of university/research center dependence on the public budget, cooperation control mechanisms by university, industry, and government, laws, and procedures, the number of interactions, and knowledge management have been identified as the most important effective factors.

According to international rankings, a significant number of IT-based service businesses are among the top 100 companies in the world. The purpose of this study is to identify the key components affecting the development of information technology-based service businesses in Tehran. This research has been done qualitatively using content analysis approach during the years 1396 to 1399. The data of this research has been provided through interviews with 12 managers and entrepreneurs, technology policy makers and experts in the field of information technology, as well as referring to archival sources. Analysis of data from participants' experiences led to the formation of 287 initial concepts or codes, 13 sub-categories and 3 main categories. Internal organizational factors consist of the right project team, business model, access to resources, innovation and effective marketing. Environmental incentives and barriers come from the categories of sanctions, inadequate legislation, weak infrastructure, recession, and problems with the IT innovation system. The sub-categories of financing facilitation, tax concessions and social security insurance form the third main category under the title of policy factors. Findings of this study can effectively help policymakers and decision makers in the field of information technology-based service businesses.

One of the most important factors in developing in science and technology parks is the understanding of human-organizational actions that are complex and dynamic phenomena. These actions are more important in the science and technology parks because of the focus of knowledge workers and the heterogeneity of human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze these actions using valid theories and make the necessary planning accordingly. In this regard, this paper focuses on the theory of the dynamics of human-organizational actions derived from critical ethnography and using the systems dynamics. The name of this theory, which explains the effect and weaknesses of the organization's weak and evil forces on good and knowledge forces, and then on the whole organization, is the theory of dwarfism epidemic. This theory explains the behavior of some science and technology parks in Iran. After explaining the theory and constructing its model, simulating a model under various policies showed that when forces are effective based on performance evaluation in system change, the epidemic is weakened. In other words, the use of good forces by theories of organizational forgetfulness and organizational ignorance has a positive effect in the short run, but in the long run does not correct the behavior of dwarfism.

Meaningful innovations in Araye platform, require the measurement of various semantic qualities in different computational points. The focus of Araye theory on semantic computations in realization of operational intentions paves the way for leveraging semantic measurement ideas from the field of natural language processing for development of new semantic measures for Araye theory. Remarkable semantic computation ideas have been proposed in usage-based linguistics throughout recent years. In this paper, we combine basic ideas and methods of measure theory with usage-based linguistic ideas to generate a set of semantic measures for analysis of meaningful collective operations in Araye theory. For that, we first generate a set of basic semantic/linguistic measures as a first measurement layer and then develop more sophisticated semantic measures of “, Agency”,and “, Interoperability”,upon them.
