Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The aim of this study is to design a model of competency model for internal auditors with the role of mediating personality profile and extra-role behaviors in NAJA audit staff. The present study is of mixed type in terms of fundamental purpose and data theory theory method has been used to design the model and a researcher-made questionnaire has been used to test the model. The time domain of the research includes collecting the opinions of the participants through interviews during a period of time from 1399 to 1400. Also, the spatial scope of this research is NAJA. Method: In this study, the statistical population includes professors and experts in the field of accounting. Only people with sufficient knowledge, experience and knowledge of the subject were selected for the interview. 19 experts were selected in the qualitative section. In a small part, by distributing a questionnaire among the statistical population of internal auditors of NAJA in Tehran province, 70 internal auditors answered the questionnaires, which were analyzed using SPSS, PLS. Analysis and Results: The results of the qualitative section appeared in 15 sub-categories and twomain categories. The results of the quantitative section showed that there is no positive relationship between the competence of internal auditors and the behavioral and profile behaviors. Also, personality profile does not mediate the effect of extra-role behaviors on internal audit competence. The results of this study contribute to the competence of internal auditors as well as their behavior and personality factors in the organization.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a poisonous leadership model with an interpretive structural approach in the disciplinary command of Golestan province. Therefore, this research is based on purpose, developmental-applied and based on method, descriptive-survey, which has been carried out as an exploratory mix. For this purpose, in the first step, the constituent elements of the poisonous leadership model were identified from the theoretical literature (by systematic review method) and interviews with experts (10 people). The output of this step was 47 components in 6 dimensions. Interpretive structural modeling was used to design the model. After analyzing the data, the results showed that the foundation of the poisonous leadership model is primarily (psychological characteristics of the leader), second (narcissism), third (authoritarian leadership-offensive leadership) and fourth (unpredictable behaviors-ambition) and The dimensions (authoritarian leadership, narcissism, and psychological characteristics of the leader) are in the independent cluster and the dimensions (ambition and unpredictable behaviors) are in the dependent cluster and the dimension (offensive supervision) is in the cluster. According to the results, it is suggested that the necessary measures and mechanisms be taken to prevent the emergence of a poisonous leadership style in the police command.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of mediating the quality of work life in relation between organizational pessimism and organizational commitment among North Korean students. The research method is descriptive survey-correlation type. The statistical population of this research is the total number of 210 employees in the northern Khorasan province. The sample size was determined by Grigose and Morgan tables of 131 people. The research method is simple random sampling. The data were collected by library and field method and the tools used were standard quality of work life, organizational commitment and organizational pessimism. The reliability of the questionnaires was determined using Cronbach's alpha method to assess the quality of working life (0. 949), organizational pessimism (0. 781), organizational commitment (0. 912), and validity of the tool was confirmed by content method. Bootstrapping method was used to investigate the mediating effect of organizational pessimism variable. According to the reported results, the indirect path of organizational cynicism →,quality of work life →,organizational commitment, with 95% confidence, is significant. According to the Bootstrap decision-making diagram, the final step is to test the direct path between organizational pessimism and Organizational commitment in the model is influenced by the mediating variable of the quality of working life. Structural equation modeling and AMOS 24 software were used for statistical analysis of the collected data. For a coefficient to be significant, its significance number must be out of range (1. 96,-1. 96). According to the critical ratio (CR) values obtained in each hypothesis, the results indicate the significance of the relationships between all hypotheses. For this purpose, the results showed that the organizational pessimism-organizational commitment is negative (-0. 17) and significant. Therefore, according to the Bootstrap decision making diagram, the quality of work life mediates negatively the negative impact of organizational pessimism on organizational commitment, so the hypothesis is confirmed.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Appropriate organizational structure is considered as a prerequisite for achieving organizational goals. For this purpose, and considering the changes in social relations and the new needs of stakeholders in the present era, organizations at certain intervals to review their structures and seek to align the structures with organizational goals and missions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the organizational structure of police stations and checkpoints on crime prevention. Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey based on the data collection method. The statistical population of the present study consists of all commanders and staff with bachelor's degrees and above in the police stations of Greater Tehran, numbering 638 people. From this number, using Cochran's formula and considering the error of 0. 04, 271 people were selected as a statistical sample. Simple was distributed among the sample population. The validity of the research instrument was evaluated and confirmed by the face validity and reliability of the research instrument from Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: The test results of research hypotheses using univariate regression correlation coefficient showed,The dimensions of the independent research variable are,Specialize activity (r =0. 310),Standardization of activities (r = 0. 276),Coordinate activity (r = 0. 288),Decentralization of decision making (r = 0. 342),The size of the work unit (r = 0. 259) as well as the independent variable "organizational structure of police stations and checkpoints" (r = 0. 288) have a significant effect on crime prevention. Conclusion: Flexible, dynamic and coordinated organizational structure with environmental changes can be effective in advancing goals and fulfilling organizational missions.

Abstract: 

Objective: This study investigated the effect of committed leadership on leader trust, organizational citizenship behavior and service quality in Fasa police. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of this research is all Fasa police officers, their number in 2020 Which due to security issues is not mentioned. Due to the relative limitation of the statistical population, all its members have been selected as a sample and studied by census. The data collection tool was four standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using structural equations and Lisrel software. Findings: Findings: The research findings indicate that: Committed leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results also show the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on service quality. On the other hand, the variable of committed leadership also affects trust in the leader and also trust in the leader affects organizational citizenship behavior. Trust in the leader also mediates the relationship between committed leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the relationship between committed leadership and service quality. Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that the existence of committed leadership in the organization can lead to organizational citizenship behavior and improve the quality of services.

Abstract: 

Objective and Background: The progress and excellence of the organization indicates the life and fertility of the components of any organization. Guiding the affairs and consolidating the ideas and forces in the organization towards the goals of excellence and focusing on mutant propellants is an inviolable principle and foundation for success in this ups and downs. The development and progress programs in the organization require recognizing his views in the mission areas of the NAJA, which have been expressed in the guise of the leadership of the Iranian revolution during different years. The purpose of this study is to provide a model of NAJA excellence based on the measures and orders of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces. Method: Thematic analysis method has been used to analyze and present the model of NAJA excellence. The source of the themes is the speeches of the Supreme Leader between 1989 and 1398. The coding process has continued until the thematic saturation stage. Results: From 270 descriptive codes, 24 sub-categories and 5 main categories were extracted in the form of a five-dimensional model. The main and sub-categories of the research are: human capital (value culture, ethics, professional ethics, attitudinal characteristics, behavioral characteristics, moral principles of clerics), policemission at thelevelof revolution(excellenceandcontinuousprogress, NAJAperspective, Strategy), human-social relations (decisive treatment of delinquent employees, authoritative treatment of criminals, respectful interaction with people), structural and organizational factors (social order, rule of law, organizational unity, executive requirements, security requirements), managerial and command factors (Organizational culture, command, empowerment, forces, fit of job and employee, dual tasks, organization, insight). As aresult, the NAJAmodelof excellencewaspresented. Conclusion: Thespecial position of the organization's human capital in the pattern revealed from the words of the leadership and the way it is managed and nurtured is a strategic and path-breaking thing for the future of the police at the level of the Islamic Revolution.
