Abstract: 

This research is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of analytical method. For data and information analysis, a combined method (quantitative and qualitative) has been used according to the subject. The statistical population of the research includes 4, 467 projects related to the Rural Sustainable Employment Protection Law, which were from the sources of the National Development Fund, which were taken as a whole number method. The standard questionnaire related to rural sustainable employment has been used by the country's program and budget organization. The data has been analyzed in SPSS and GIS databases. The total number of sustainable rural and nomadic employment projects in the province was equal to 4467 projects with a credit of around 4754. 1 billion Rials. Therefore, the average facility paid for each plan is about 106 million Tomans. The total number of jobs created by similar projects is equal to 5630 jobs, While the promised employment in Kara system for the mentioned plans was equal to 10276 jobs. Therefore, 54. 8% of the promised employment has been achieved. Out of 4467 plans, 2736 plans are in operation and 59 plans have been operated (household micro plans and rural micro fund plans which usually have a short period of three to four years), 10 plans are under construction, 416 plans are not implemented. 27 disproportionate physical development plans and 1166 inactive and closed plans and 53 plans are also in the group of other cases. Abstract: 

supporting institutions had played a significant role in the development of startups all over the world. In the last two decades, various supporting institutions such as incubators and science and technology parks have been established to support startups in the country. This study aims to investigate the factors affecting the successful exit rate of startups accepted in these centers in Kermanshah province. For this purpose, the Logit and Propit approach is used. The number of employees, the CEO's education level, and the age of units were information that we got from the incubators and science and technology parks. The results of the paper show that the number of employees and the level of education of the CEO has a positive effect on the success rate of the investigated startup in this paper. On the other hand, the increase in the age of technology units, which indicates their presence in the investigated parks, has a negative effect on the success of start-ups.

Abstract: 

In this research, all the road of Kermanshah province have been investigated in terms of the existence of defects in the geometric plan. The roads of Kermanshah province have been evaluated in three different categories, including rural roads, approved suburban roads and intra-urban roads. In the field of suburban roads, various geometric conditions such as the condition of horizontal arches along with the conditions of vertical arches and the form of their interference with horizontal arches have been investigated. To carry out this study, more than 12, 000 completely new satellite images of the condition of roads in Kermanshah province have been prepared and collected. To analyze satellite images and maps, ArcMap software facilities from ArcGIS collection have been used. After conducting research, about 5, 666 geometric defects have been identified in all roads of Kermanshah province. The results of the research show that there is a linear and ascending relationship with high fitting accuracy between the number of geometric defects of rural roads and the number of divisions in this sector, as well as a similar relationship between the length of approved suburban roads and the frequency of geometric defects in them. There is. On the other hand, there is an exponential and upward relationship between the number of geometric defects of the suburban and inner city roads of the province.

Abstract: 

Water is the most important limiting factor in agriculture, and its optimal use is so important. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different irrigation methods on yield and yield components of wheat (Baharan cultivar) and evaluate water use efficiency. The following treatments included three methods of sprinkler, strip drip and flood irrigation. The experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the cropping year 2020-2021 in the research farm of University Jihad Organization of Kermanshah province. The research results demonstrated that type of irrigation method had a significant effect on the 1000-seed weight, number of seeds per spike, grain yield, biomass yield, and water use efficiency. Based on the results, the volume of water used in the sprinkler and strip drip irrigation methods was reduced by 22. 12 and 46. 40%, respectively, compared to the flood irrigation method. Grain yield was 9458. 6 kg/ha in strip drip irrigation, 7877. 3 kg/ha in the sprinkler irrigation and 4750 kg/ha in the flood irrigation method. In other words, the use of strip drip irrigation method compared to sprinkler irrigation method increased 20. 07% and compared to flood irrigation method increased grain yield by 99. 13%. According to obtained results, the highest and lowest water use efficiency with values of 2. 13 and 0. 58 kg/m3 were observed in strip drip and flood irrigation treatments, respectively. Therefore, based on the results and considering the lack of water and the importance of producing more agricultural products, it is suggested to use modern irrigation methods instead of traditional cultivation methods in wheat varieties, especially Baharan variety in Kermanshah province.

Abstract: 

The present research seeks to develop implementation and effective strategies for the purpose of building a nomadic tourism Eco-camp in the nomadic areas of Kermanshah province, emphasizing the strategic planning approach. In order to conduct this research, first, interviews and focused group discussions were conducted with 11 experts from the Department of Nomadic Affairs and the Department of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Kermanshah province, as well as key and knowledgeable nomads of the province. The criterion for determining the sample size was reaching data saturation, and the purposeful snowball sampling method was used. In the second step, the data was analyzed using the technique of content analysis and SWOT analysis, Then, using the IE internal and external evaluation matrix to identify the regional situation and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM), the strategies for creating and developing nomadic tourism Eco-camps in Kermanshah province were classified and prioritized. The results showed that in the nomadic areas of the province, strengths prevail over weaknesses in the internal environment, and opportunities prevail over threats in the external environment and aggressive strategy (SO) for establishing nomadic tourism Eco-camps in susceptible areas had a higher priority than other strategic patterns. Therefore, according to the research results, the nomadic areas of Kermanshah province have the ability to become tourist attractions and with planning according to the presented strategies, it can be introduced as a hub of nomadic tourism in the country.

Abstract: 

One of the most effective ways to deal with the water crisis and increase the quantity and quality of production in the agricultural sector is to pay serious attention to the water requirements of agricultural products. The purpose of this research is to determine the water requirement of the wheat crop in different climates of Kermanshah province in the crop season of 2021-2022. In a general classification, Kermanshah province has cold, moderate and hot climates. According to the statistics of the 2019-2020 crop year and in the mentioned climates respectively Sonqor, Kermanshah and Sarpol Zahab cities, have the largest cultivated area and were chosen as the research areas. A total of 34 farms were selected under the conditions of the farmers and field measurements were carried out during the growing season. The water requirement of wheat was determined using the FAO Penman-Monteith method and the data of the nearest synoptic meteorological station to the selected farms. The results showed that the average length of the wheat growth period in Sonqor, Kermanshah and Sarpol Zahab cities was 271, 250 and 177 days, respectively. The average water requirement of wheat in the mentioned cities and the average of these three cities were 650, 727, 483 and 616 mm, respectively. The water requirement of wheat in Sarpol Zahab city was 22% lower than the average value in the three regions of Kermanshah province due to the length of the short growth period and the growth in the cool months of the year.
