Man In addition to the right of life has other rights such as the right of freedom. According to this right man is free from Non-God. Freedom right is the gift of all heavenly religions and all the divine religions. Yet it is accepted this issue that human societies without law and order cannot remain stable. The existence of law is an impossible necessity, although lead to confine man freedom and limitation of his action circle. Human society never graduated from the law and its related issues. Even in the most primitive human societies. Violated to law, including issues that always engaged the minds of scholars and community leaders. Depended on the progress of human societies from primitivism civilization toward modernity gradually evolved thinking of law and each of these communities in terms of government benefited these concepts to creating and expanding order in community and their domestic and foreign stability. Imam Khomeini as the founder of one of the governmental model of contemporary period at his all political and intellectual life insisted on the law abiding and in his statements have always stressed on law abiding and the necessity of law abiding to legal requirements. Imam views on security has two features which completely separated from each other: on the one hand idealistic aspects of security for the Islamic world and world Muslim was important to the Imam and on the other hand maintaining Islamic Republic of Iran considered as the acts.

The relations between two administrations of Iran and Russia have been always accompanied by ups and downs in the last few years. Sometimes they have been so close that strategic co-operations have been issued, and some other they have been breaking in relations so as they have had frosty and strained relations. At the moment, there are some different and influential issues on the relations of the two countries among which are nuclear cooperation, military collaboration and economic terms. This paper aims at not only discussing the relations of the two countries after the Revolution of Islamic Republic of Iran, but also studying and analyzing their relation comparatively during the administrations of Mohammad Khatami and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad from 1998 to 2010 (1376-1389).

More than hundred TV and Radio channels, provincial and extra territorial services, publishing newspapers and many weekly, monthly, books and audiovisual product together with exceptional hardware and software facilities has turned the I. R. I. Broadcasting to a giant media. If the function of media at the current age is merely considered information and recreation, in addition of these functions, according to the statement of the late Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran who said that the I. R. I. Broadcasting is as a university and responsible to develop culture and inform the people; but unfortunately the I. R. I. Broadcasting does not to completely fulfill part of its tasks and liabilities and surrender to other, somehow based on competitors. The aim of this paper is to define the current political culture-making of national media in the process of political development in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Political developments which have transpired in the last decade in Latin America specially with the emergence of leaders like Hugo Rafael Chávez in Venezuela, Lula da Silva in Brazil, Evo Morales in Bolivia, Rafael Correa in Ecuador and other leftist leaders in that region as well as an independent approach that theses countries have adopted toward the U.S. policies in order to challenge this country's political security domination in Latin America caused the issue entitled the "The Impact of the New Left in Latin America on Political Security Relations between these Countries and the United States of America" to be the focus of the present study. This study attempts to expound policies and plans such as the Monroe Doctrine, Operation Condor, and the FTAA plan which the U.S. was pursuing in the region in line with its neo-liberalist policies. It is also tried in this study to delve into why and how leftist Latin American governments opposing the U.S. have come to exist. This study also aims to look into the impacts that the new and different approach has on the political security relations of these countries with the U.S. which on one hand is considered as the main reason behind the regional integration and the formation of unions such as ALBA and UNASUR, and on the other hand, have brought about the presence of the US competitors in the field of security such as Russia, China, the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Iran which in turn has resulted in the decline of the U.S's security influence in a region which the U.S., in a not-so-distant past, referred to as its backyard.

There have been tremendous changes in the fundamental basis of feminism since its first formation. In particular, the third wave of feminism has been based on the diversity of ideas and multiplicity of approaches toward feminism. Postmodern feminism is one of the recent branches of feminism which inherits the same complications that are built in the definition of postmodernism. Investigating postmodern feminism, from the post-structuralism point of view which is a subset of postmodernism, is an interesting research topic as it helps to understand various changes to feminism over the time. In this dissertation, after an overview of communicating language in modern age and its relation with gender, the effect of language on discrimination against women, holding them back and under representing them is investigated. The different point of views of feminist scientists about language and its significance is also investigated. Finally, the difference between the post-structuralism feminism in two countries America and France is investigated.

After hostage-taking of two Israeli soldiers by Hezbollah forces, military of Zionist regime started an expanding attack on Lebanon from July 12, 2006. By this invasion, Israel ridiculed the human rights specially; conventions of Geneva, 1949 and its’ two affixed protocols and security councils’ treaty of united nation’s organization and didn’t notice them. The 33days war which started with Israel invasion to Lebanon, and ended with 1701 treaty confirmation of security council and accepting cease fire between Hezbollah and Israel, is able to be considered and analyzed. The defense operations and brilliant victory of Islamic resistance of Lebanon with Hezbollah leading against expanded and cruel invasion of Zionist regime, is an outstanding sample and rhetoric dispute in current age from the aspect of postmodernism innovation revolt of people against a regime which is armed and equipped with most advanced armament technology. A war which was supposed to be ended in a short time by victory of Zionist regime, became a great defeat of this regime and destabilized and shook the pillar of security doctrine and its’ war strategy of fast war. The 33 days war of Israel against Hezbollah was an important lesson which will be more effective on future wars.

Currently, there are different assumptions about scenarios or interaction contrast between America and Al Qaeda there. Some analysts believe that bin Laden's death will eventually lead to the destruction of al-Qaeda network. This group of people who believe that al-Qaeda, is an organization that rooted in different parts of the world, since the network is expected to avenge the blood of bin Laden to America. For years the pretext for the war and bloodshed will continue. But some other analysts have considered the opposite of their view of America has made al-Qaeda and bin Laden directly or indirectly, whatever they say Americans can provide. Hence the creation of new threats to America, will move to eliminate bin Laden. The current critical situation in the Middle East that America is setting aside the issue of so-called war on terrorism, to confidently deal with the issue of the popular uprising in the Arab world to pay. They believe that the U. S. is not interested to fight against terrorism anymore. In this regard, popular uprisings in the Middle East is more dangerous than terrorism for Americans and Washington have become shabby affair with close combat terrorism directed their energy to make a new threat.
