Burglary is among the most ancient crimes. Such crime has been the subject of vast changes in the course of time. This study aims at investigating burglary and identifying factors effective in the commitment of it by Rasht burglares in 2012. The theoretical framework of the study is based on sociological approaches. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. 80 subjects were studied as the statistical sample.The findings of the study demonstrated that there was a significant relationship between the commitment of crime and variables such education, religion, affection toward family, spare time, and outer control.

Security is the most basic need of any society and the most important factor in the continuation of human social life. Security is of most importance in any nations’ borders. Kidnapping can be considered among the significant factors reducing the security rates in Sistan-and-Baloochestan. The main question of the present study is “what is the basic motive for the crime of Kidnapping in Sistan-and-Baloochestan province?”. The main hypothesis behind the reason of committing such crime is “neighboring Afghanistan and Pakistan”. Exll was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that about 50 percent of the kidnapping cases were directly or indirectly related to drugs.

The present study aims at investigating the organizational structure of the economic police of the model countries to gain experience sufficient to present a model for Iran economic police. The researcher collected the required data conducting content analysis of other countries’ economic police. Questionnaire was used to collect the data from high-ranked managers complementing the already gathered data. Some findings of the study demonstrated that:1). Financial crime combat could be possible in the course of time;2). Economic police of many countries work independently;3). Economic police should work independently in Iran.

Like all crowded and big cities, Oroomie is not immune from crime and social harms. The present study tries to evaluate GIS as a system of decision making in crime analysis. The process of the study was as follows: First, all the burglary cases have been arranged based on the address and the situation. Then, information layers have been provided and put on other pieces of information of Oroomie map. After that, layers have been analyzed to elaborate on the place of crime and the process of crime detection. The findings showed that the northwest and central parts of the city were the most important hot spots. This proves that hot spots are not randomly distributed.

Learning organization is the one which adapts itself permanently to collect and manage information to pave the ground for the success of the organization. The present study tries to clarify the present status of I.R.I intelligence and public security police. The study also elaborates on the compatibility of I.R.I intelligence and public security police with features of the learning organization. Standard questionnaires of marquart learning organization were used to collect the required data. The findings of the study showed that the learning organization’s subsystems includinglearning dynamics, individual’s empowerment, knowledge management, and technology usage were quite higher than the median. The subsystems of “the organization change” showed to equal the hypothetical median, and that there is a significant difference between at least two sub-systems of the learning organization subsystems.

The present study tries to explore the situational crime prevention techniques for smuggling to evaluate the most effective ones in the process of preventing and eradicating the negative economic, military, political, cultural, social, and law enforcement effects. Questionnaire was utilized to collect the required data from 131 subjects randomly selected from the statistical population. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data.The findings of the study demonstrated the best crime prevention techniques as follows:1). Crime prevention through lessening the predictable advantages;2). Crime prevention through lessening the stimulating smuggling factors.
