Abstract: 

Nowadays, land use changes are considered as one of the main issues of research in the field of global environmental change and sustainable development. Currently, land use change detection and modeling using satellite imagery is considered as a useful tool for understanding environmental changes related to human activities. The Landsat images 5 and 8 in 2000 and 2014 respectively were used. Fuzzy supervised classification method was used to classify the images. Finally, the changes in land use were identified for 14 years in the foreseeable future and the changes between the 2000 and 2014 were also detected. The results indicated that irrigated Farming land and dry farming lands will be decreased and the barren lands and urban areas will be increased. The irrigated Farming lands, orchards and dry farming lands included 30.9 percent of the study area in 2000; however, they will reduce to 18.4 percent in 2028, urban and industrial areas included 6.7 percent, but will be increased to about 11.5 percent in 2028.

Abstract: 

One of the main topics of geomorphology and river management science is river channels morphology that with its help can be found useful information about geometry, form the substrate, longitudinal profiles, cross sections, deformation and displacement them over time. The measure of these indexes represents the real performance of stream channels. In this research, studied the rate of change and displacement of meanders of Chelchay-Narmab river from 1961 to 2013 by using aerial photographs and Google earth images to access the current situation and future movement and forecast of displacement this river meanders. To achieve this aim, measured the situation of river plan and geometric indices as the channel length, the number of meanders, the sinuosity, the central angle, the radius of curvature of meanders and channel width in GIS and AutoCAD in four separate reaches and compared with each other. The results showed that during the period under review, dropped the average for more morphometric parameters of the river.For example the river channel length of 6200 meters, Sinuosity 3.0, the number of meander loops 31, the average central angle of 1.4 degrees and an average channel width of 9 m is reduced. Also the study of change process in four reaches showed that the changes and trends in reaches were different. In reach 1 to reach 3, the most geometric parameter values were decreased while in fourth reach the values were increased. Factors influencing these changes can be discharge, land slope, soil type and land use types within the river cited. With respect to the maximum number of meanders too developed in reach of 4 and in the vicinity of Gonbad Kavoos, the highest risk areas was in this reach.

Abstract: 

Reducing the inequalities and creating the balancing in the own of facilities and services are the biggest goal of regional and spatial planning for the powers in each region. Identifying underdeveloped areas in each section is the first step in regional planning. Achieve to sustainable development in all sectors is the basic objective of governments and organizations now. Health sector is one of the important pillars of country' s development. Therefore mental and physical health support the economical social development of each country, as a result of progress in this sector is a big human investment The aim of this study is to analyze and assess the development of the provinces of south Alborz region in the health sector, with emphasis on regional planning. The type of this paper is applied-developmental by scope. Also the nature of this paper is descriptive- analytical research. The survey method of the paper is documentary. To do this paper 31 indicators has been extracted and used from various sources- especially national statistics book year- by Vikor model and GIS software to analyze health indicators. The results show much inequalities and imbalances between regions, so that Tehran province, with a final score0/0184 is the best and Qazvin province with a final score 0/0859 is the most deprived region.In the final of the paper base on conclusions, it has presented some policies and proposals for regularizing and organizing these spatial unbalances in health development between regions of south Alborz.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, one of the most important human needs is to supply food and clothes. Having fiber, oil and protein, cotton can meet part of food, industrial and livestock needs and also make job for a large segment of the country. One of the most important poles of cotton cultivation in the country is Gorgan County. According to existing statistics, cotton production has been declined in Gorgan County in recent years, so that under – cultivated area has been reached from 75000 acres in 1982 to 660 acres in 2015. Research method is survey and analytic – descriptive type. Data collection method was conducted in form of study field and library. The statistical population is 248 cotton cultivators that 151 participants of them were selected using Cochran formula. The data was analyzed using T- test and regression model. The results indicated that the competition of more profitable productions such as soybean is most important factor in reducing cotton production in recent years. Also, the government has supported averagely cotton cultivators of the region that it is not without effect in reducing under – cultivated area of the product. Finally, according to the results, some executive solutions in the under – studied region have been Including guaranteed and direct purchase from farmers, using of early and high yield species, making a relationship between industry section with cotton cultivators, delegating responsibility of cultivating cotton to sophisticated persons, mechanical harvest of cotton, Cotton import ban policy, importing or designing appropriate devices, dyeing, textile and their deployment in rural regions, matching prices, production rationing, cotton purchase based on production cost, integrating land`s, mechanized cultivation for reducing costs, have been recommended, while mentioning existing problems and obstacles.

Abstract: 

Spatial analysis of the factors influencing the unstable pattern of urban development (case study: baneh ciry) Discussion of the pattern of urban development and spatial analysis factors in the present study is the main problem of uneven development patterns.That in order factors in this uneven development with Delphi Panel Survey of thirty experts detect Baneh. And spatial analysis using t-test on them and Friedman conducted in spss. The results show that, according to economic experts (with emphasis on business) is the main cause of this development was unbalanced and unsustainable urban development pattern. Based on Holdren also found that the main cause of the increase in population due to migration rural-urban sprawl Baneh that the main reason for this false employment opportunities are created in the city of Baneh. Thus, the results and the objectives of the study suggested that in the future development of Baneh in the economic and applications associated with them special attention. On the other hand due to the housing needs of rural migrants and focus on inner city development is of particular importance. Bane urban spatial development pattern that is consistent with the pattern of the central part of the development sector commercial uses and applications associated with that account.The spatial development of the city of Baneh, also due to the compressed radial pattern as a model for future development of Baneh recommended.

Abstract: 

Soil temperature and its changes both in space and time is one of the most important factors that not only affect matter and energy transfer in soil but also influence the direction and amount of all of the physical processes in soil whether directly or indirectly. Soil temperature depend to several factors including topography, sun radiation, air temperature, amount of soil moisture, the thermal properties such as heat capacity, coefficient of thermal conduction and specific heat. The goal of this study is to identify the spatial structure of land surface temperature in Zayanderoud River Basin. In order to achieve this goal the daily time series of land surface temperature from MODIS Terra was exploited from 1379 to 1393 from NASA web site. MODIS Terra data are available in 1*1 km in sinusoidal projection system. By only appalling the data over Zayanderoud Basin 48347 pixels covered the Basin. The corner stone for our analysis of temperature was 48347 pixels. After preparation of data over Zayanderoud Basin the long term mean temperature of each month was then calculated and the long term mean map of each season was drawn in Matlab. The findings indicated that the warmest month in the Basin is Mordad but the coldest is the month of Dey. The clustering of the pixels of months using Ward method based on the matrix of 12 * 48347 dimensions showed that three separate seasons can be identified in the Basin. Over all the findings and investigations of this paper increased our knowledge toward the spatial structure of land surface temperature in Zayanderoud River Basin.

By adopting the city as a living organism, it can no longer be seen only in dimensions. There is a phenomenon in which the index and the symbol of quality and civilization of nations and the resulting decisions are collective spirit and imagination of the people of the city. Abstract: 

During recent decades, the urbanization and development of urban spacesis increasing quickly. So that a large part of the surrounding urban areas has been destroyed and following this lack-planning development, lots of land and urban areas have not been developed, and they left abandoned. Considering the importance and critical role of the land in urban development, the management of abandoned land is necessary. The land is one of the most sensitive urban e resources. The important role of land market and its ability to effect on other strategic axes has led to the land management be considered as the most effective tools for urban management.Improving the function of land market and increasing the access to this market, commensurate with the rate of urbanization, are the axes of leave policy in this field. The objective of this paper is to survey of effective strategies and policies on the management of abandoned lands (case study: Ilam city).The type of research is applied and the methodology is analytic-descriptive.To collect the data, the library and survey method have been used. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software, as well as testing methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, T test, and simple and multiple regression.The obtained results show that there is a positive and significant relationship among of the studied indexes (direct government intervention, financial instruments and urban planning tools) and the control of urban abandoned lands amounts. However among these indexes, the direct government intervention plays the most important role in the control of abandoned lands amounts of Ilam city.

Therefore, in this research, Purpose, is Evaluation of vacant lands for infill development based on the variables affecting urban development in Ahvaz city. This study in terms of goal is an applied and in terms of research method is descriptive – analytical. Initially was chosen Suitable criteria topic. In ArcGIS Suitable layers using fuzzy normalization and suitable functions have been normalized.in Order to weight allocation to the layers Dematel technique and network analysis process (anp) was used. In this way, relationship between the criteria calculate by Dematel technique by using of Excel and Matlab.Then after determining the criteria relationship, the weight of criteria calculate by ANP and multiplied in layers and For Conflation maps used Vikor in geographical information system (GIS) context and final map Prioritize vacant lands for infill development presented. First priority vacant lands with an area of 368 hectares and the priorities of the second to fifth, respectively is 1659 hectares, 1470 hectares, 530 hectares and 1745 hectares.Prioritization vacant lands in seven regions of Ahvaz city Based on the area is respectively that in the one region first priority 16 hectares, in two region first priority 25 hectares, in the three region first priority124 hectares, In four region, first priority 93 hectares, in the six region 99 hectares, in the seven region, first priority 99 hectares in the eight region, the first priority is 148 hectares.

Abstract: 

In recent years the growth in urbanization and mechanical life, people are faced with isolation and ‎ loss of social interaction; And parks are considered as one of the important urban spaces that the ‎ mechanical environment and bleak outside from this state and increace social interaction between ‎ people. Parks are to promote physical activity, experience Nature close to home, reducing stress wearers Park, improve spirit of individuals, help to improve Public health and social interactions in cities For this reason it is necessary for urban parks ‎ designed to respond to the needs of social interactions among individuals. In order to promote ‎ social interaction This study to investigate the relationship between quality of social interactions of citizens in urban parks. First, identify the components of environmental quality and social ‎ interactions and then measures their relationship. The research method is descriptive-analytic, survey method used to collect the required data. Data through questionnaires that are completely randomized 359 patients to three parks Melat, Shahr and Chale bagh in the city of Gorgan is ‎ obtained, And by using descriptive statistics and Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis, and ‎ regression analysis was performed.Finally, it was determined that The quality of urban parks affect ‎‎on social interactions. And components of quality of legibility, permeability, variety, flexibility, ‎vitality and visual proportions are significantly associated with social interactions, And variety ‎ component at a higher level than the other components and then legibility, vitality and permeability ‎. Finally, with regard to four variety component, readability, vitality and permeability which are more effective social interactions, To give suggestions in order to increase social interaction among citizens in urban park concept was presented.

Abstract: 

Renewable energy and especially solar energy in Kish Island, have special important in order to maintain biological life and prevent air and water pollution The use of solar energy in Kish Island as a touristy region have effective role in biological environment and increasing of its attractive.Hence the aim of this paper is determine of solar energy potential in order to use pure energy in this Island. Be-cease of absent of radiometer in Kish Island, we use the daily data of radiometer and climatic parameter as radiation coefficient and coldness in Bandarabbas station for determine the estimation model. Then by use of this model and climatic parameter in Kish Island, we estimate radiation in this Island. The result show that the model based on brightness coefficient and sky coldness has a correct estimation of received radiation in horizontal surface in kish Island. In addition, various methods for determining the optimum angle of the solar panels were studied and finally Skeiker model was used to determine the optimum angle of solar panels. Duffy and Beckman model to compare the amount of radiation received at the surface of solar panels and radiation angles in the horizontal plane was used. The average radiation Kish Island is 508.7 calories per square centimeter per day, including areas with high potential for the utilization of solar energy in photovoltaic systems as well as solar water heating and cooling. The results showed that the average monthly proper slope solar panels for June least 4 degrees and 50 degrees for January and December along the horizon. By applying the proper angle of the panels, the amount of radiation increased respectively 48 and 55 percent in January and December.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive economy and a market-based entrepreneurship as an engine of economic development, which can be referred to economic growth, job creation and social welfare will have an important role to play. Since our economy and livelihood of most of the villagers are dependent on agriculture, the development of additional industries and the agricultural sector can be considered as the way in this matter.Hossein Abad area of the district is the city of Anar. The main activities of the inhabitants of the villages of the city is based on agriculture and horticultural activities, led by exports and strategic product pistachios, and the parts of it. revenue and profit for our competitors in this area is. So acute is the problem of the lack of industries and productive option that should be considered for it.The purpose of this study was to prioritize entrepreneurship projects with an emphasis on processing and further Space-Place of agriculture in the Hossein Abad district Anar Township. This descriptive-analytic method is used to rank the top 60 eight village families, the multiple criteria decision making (VIKOR) and analytical methods used. Based on the research findings, the seven indicators (population, acreage, average output, the communication, water resources, infrastructure services and the topography) and complementary industries VIKOR model suggests that villages Gulshan, Deh Raiys and Safaieh highest villages of Ahmad Abad, Traub Abad, Ghoarban Abad low for the working population, distance and difficult access to the lowest utility industries and are complementary to the rural sample.In this context, it is proposed that industries such as packaging and processing of pistachios in the defined area and prioritized according to the place of residence
