The housing sector in the economy has had a special place and has always been considered as one of the urgent needs of families. In Iran, these has been a gap between supply and demand of housing and it’s price has increased over the past few decades. In order to inhibit the growth of housing prices and also to provide housing for various strata of society and reducing the gap between supply and demand of housing in Iran, a scientific review of the determinants of supply and demand in this sector is sequired. The aim of this study was to investigate the determinants of investment in housing and construction sector, during the period of 1989 to 2007 in Iran. The results suggest that despite the improvement of investment in housing and construction sector, during economic development plans, investment in housing and building has been sufficient and there is still a large gap between supply and demand of housing and buildings in the country, for many reasons such as low share of public sector investment in the production and supply of housing and low tendency of the private sector and co-operative, for housing investment

Since the issuance of auto insurance and claims paid to insurer is large, study and identification of the most important factors affecting the risk of autobody insurance is important. The aim of this study was to investigate the affecting factors on the risk of auto body insurance in Dana Company at Babol City in the year 2012. Due to the qualitative nature of the dependent variable, for the analysis a logistic model and the data of a simple random sample of 330 insurance buyers were used. The result showed that gender and type of vehicle have statistically significant effect on auto insurance risk. So if buyer is a female, the probability of accident will decrease and if a vehicle is privately owned, the risk of accident will increase.

Government incomes include tax incomes and non-tax incomes that tax incomes can be considered as a more stable source of in come for government. In each country, tax incomes is regarderd as the basic unit of covering government costs؛ and developed economies take advantage of this tool to progress and achieve economic growth. In this study, optimal control theory was used to access the amount and the rout of optimal tax incomes to achieve economic growth during 1973-2007. For the analysis, a simultaneous system of general equilibrium of economics was designed and estemated by three stage least squares method (3SLS) using the information of Iran Central Bank time series and yearbook management and planning. Then the route of optimal tax incomes and finally its values were specified by optimal control theory and scenario planning that access to this values is crucial for economic growth. The results suggest a direct relationship between tax incomes and economic growth

Economic growth and development has been important to economists. Every economist has mentioned different elements for economic growth. One of these elements is paying attention to regional development and the necessity of appropriate distribution of resources in order to equally develop all regions of a country. These indexes have been categorized into five categories as the following: Economic, cultural and educational, construction and housing, hygiene and treatment, and urban facilities indexes, This study has been done in 2011. To do this study, two methods of numerical taxonomy and the process of hierarchy analysis have been applied. The results obtained from the method of taxonomy show that metropolitan cities, Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Karaj, Mashhad, Qom, Shiraz, and Ahvaz are the most developed cities in Iran, respectively. The results obtained from the process of hierarchy analysis show that metropolitan cities, Tehran, Isfahan, Karaj, Mashhad, Tabriz, Shiraz, Qom, and Ahvaz are the most developed cities in Iran, respectively.

Markets are not limited to a specific geographic location. This leads to better decisions marketing by active economic indiviuals. World markets are valuable for guiding local markets. In this paper, the effect of the interaction among stock matkets of New York, London and Tokyo on Tehran stock market in January 15, 1999 to January 15, 2015 will be investigated. For the analysis, multivariable asymmetric variances model was used. The result showed that the effects of New York, Tokyo and London stock market on Tehran stock market were statistically significant. Also, all of the stock markets under study were affected by their lagged volatilities.

In Iran unemployment is one of the economic problem. In Khuzestan provice also unemployment is one of the important economic problem is one of the important economic problem. For explanation about unemployment Input-Output table with the emphasis on housing sector in Khuzestan province is employed. The results showed that constraction and housing sectors in Khuzestan province had a signification effect on employment generation. Although public and service sectors show stronger effect on employment generation than that of constraction sector but, they have more limited effect on indirect employment generation.
