Assessing the outcomes and impacts of 57 years of programming for development in Iran shows that western style development with Islamic modifications, on one hand hasn’t result in development like western countries, and on the other hand has caused Islamic-Iranian values fade. The cause of this condition is that the basics, Requirements, problems and ends of development model differs from that of Islamic society of Iran and this fact proves the necessity of designing a model, well-suited for Iranian society. By the presentation of “the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress(IIPM)” subject in the beginning of the 4th decade of the Islamic revolution of Iran, by the supreme leader, designing an alternative model to development model which can result in progress besides spiritualty and justice has always been one of the discussions of the concerning scientific societies in this area. Surely achieving this model requires passing a process which can result in the formation of a problem-oriented model that is also based on Islamic basic values. This research has attempted to present a process model for designing IIPM, using comparative study method for the analysis of data collected through archival studies and focus group. The result of this research is a model including 9 parts of “compilation of Islamic foundations of progress”, “knowing the present era”, “knowing the present problems”, “designing the governance system, necessary institutions and basic rules for the realization of Islamic-Iranian progress”, “designing the horizon of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the implementation and evaluation system of the IIPM”, “designing midterm progress plans”, “managing the domestic knowledge creation”, “discoursification” and “formulating and implementing the evolution model”.

Jihad management in the intellectual system of revolution’s supreme leader consider as the sentence of management optimal model that has the capabilities to fulfill the goals of the Islamic revolution and possesses abilities and values, which is expected from a Islamic efficient management system. The aim of present study is the effect of Jihad management on Entrepreneurship education in universities of Mazandaran Islamic Azad Universities Managers. The research is of Analytical and applied type. The statistic population of the research contains senior managers, middle and operational Mazandaran University. And 113 people have been selected through simple random sampling. In this study to evaluate Questionnaire Jihad management Including strategy, management, human and structural also Questionnaire Entrepreneurship education Including Attitude, knowledge and skills Who had high reliability. To review the conceptual model of structural equation modeling ((SEM)) and Smart PLS software used. Reult show on all of the hypotheses in this study approved also showed that Jihad management leads to the modern progress in academic entrepreneurship and provides better feedback compared to other styles.

Islamic human resources management is one of the key components for employing the Islamic management approach in organizations. Despite its high importance of this issue, it has not been addressed in the literature as it should be. Thus the present research is conducted in order to fill the theoretical gap and presenting practical solutions in this field. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of Islamic human resources management on the improvement of employees’ commitment through enhancing the levels of perceived justice in the organization. This study is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation considering the methodology. The statistical population consists of 140 employees from the bureau of endowments and charity affairs in Tehran. By using the Cochran’s formula and simple random sampling, 103 questionnaires were distributed. The gathered data is analyzed by path analysis with structural equation modeling using the Smart PLS software. The findings indicate the positive and significant relation among the Islamic human resources management, organizational justice and employees’ commitment.

Introduction: The present research investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership among educational of managers of Allameh Tabataba'i University.Method: The research was a correlational, descriptive field study. The research population consisted of all managers and vice presidents of the university, heads of departments and their deputies in the 93-94 school year the number is 34 tenure staff, Due to the limited number the whole thing was selected. A questionnaire, based on King’s spiritual intelligence questionnaire was used, with four factors(totaling to 24 items). For educational leadership, Luthans’ leadership questionnaire with 35 items was used. The reliability of instruments was approved by Chronbach alphas of %796 for spiritual intelligence and %724 for educational leadership.Results: The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership learning (r=%319). Each dimensions of spiritual intelligence was significantly related, but there was no significant relationship between knowledge development dimension with educational leadership

Trust is one of the important aspects of human relationships and is the contextual basis for partnership and cooperation among community members. Without public trust of individuals towards each other, the society breaks down. Public trust is a basic requirement for success of any society and governments. Trust also leads to cooperative behavior and reduce conflict and reduce the cost of doing the work. The influential operation of organizations in a society is related to the people’s trust towards these organizations. If the trust of citizens have been destroyed, public sector workers face more difficulties in carrying out their duties and the decline of public trust, public participation in political processes will be reduced. Reducing citizens' trust in government and governmental agencies are of the crises in the world today. One of the most challenging issues in front of governmental management is to save and promote public trust in governmental organizations. The present research with the aim of identifying contextual factors on public trust in governmental agencies is done through a descriptive-analytical method. The results showed that factors such as trust in government, economy, media, industrialization, crime, new public management, although are not under the control of the governmental agencies, form the context of public trust in governmental agencies.

Cultural Geography is an applying and functional science so that it studies the relationships between human and environment from the cultural point of view. This kind of knowledge consider the geographical diversity, hence, it articulates that politics and conspiracies from global imperialism or globalization which try to establish a culture based on western norms and values will not be accomplished while it is not fit and match with aboriginal cultural society throughout the world and also such processes and conspiracies will eventually led to so many cultural hazards and threats. This article with descriptive and analytical approach and also with geographical view is to study and survey key concepts in cultural field and it also scrutiny and deep understand cultural- geographical hazards emanating from alien and hostile politics for our native culture e.i. Islamic – Iranian culture while it is not neglected protection from our culture. The results, however, indicate that production and circulation of geographical and cultural differentiation accompanies and coexists with human being while we witness physical features in planet earth. So, the article also is emphasizing on the increasing of geographical problems and it suggests that cultural geography has to apply suitable solutions for reinforcement and holding Islamic values and confront with the threats of cultural systems.
