The Islamic revolution of Iran is the most important political event of the twentieth century and the deepest social and cultural transformation of the Iranian nation that occasions have played a major role in creating and sustaining it. This article attempts to explain the importance of Islamic-revolutionary occasions and the role of the people in it and at the same time answers the question of “ how to consolidate the internal power of the Islamic Republic of Iran by popularizing occasions? ” . In this study, issues such as the concept of power from the view of the school of Islam and the components of Islamic-revolutionary occasions and the role of increasing insight and the influence of illuminating, annunciative and excitatory functions on the creation, reinforcement and modification of social norms are examined and finally the model of how occasions affect the inner strength of power is formulated. This paper, which uses group studies on the subject of Islamic-revolutionary occasionsis extracted from the content analysis method and descriptive and analytical approach and concludes that occasions that provide insight, effective insight of people into the constant presence in revolution’ s scenes and the presence of insightful people has a decisive influence in strengthening the internal power of the Islamic republic of Iran.

In recent decades, the development of new communication technologies has led to dramatic changes in various aspects of human life and its effects are increasing day by day. The Internet and now virtual social networks as the backbone of the new information and communication technologies play a key role in shaping this new process and the emergence of new economic, cultural, social, security and political spaces. The issue of the role of these networks in the political-security stability and the pattern of social communications of societies has become a serious concern in most countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate the political-security role of social networks and their impact on national security of the Islamic republic of Iran. The method of this study is qualitative content analysis and its statistical community consists of experts and elites in the field of security and virtual space. Sample size in the mentioned group was 13 persons based on saturation of categories and identified information. Research findings show that virtual social networks are like doubleedged swords that can create a set of positive and negative actions in the political-security environment of the Islamic republic of Iran. In the current situation, due to divergent and unintegrated policy making of virtual space in the Islamic republic of Iran, social networks have highlighted the country's vulnerability in some aspects of social security. These networks are now actively working to induce the inefficiency of the Islamic republic of Iran’ s system, create conflict normalization, illegitimatize the structure of the political system, weaken the national cohesion and create divide between society and sovereignty, create a context for people's confrontation with the political system and weaken the national beliefs. Furthermore these networks attempt in the security domain to control the information of users with espionage, prepare communication tools for subversive groups, collect the information of people and specific jobs, train destructive trainings in the context of social networks and transfer classified information to disrupt the national security. Creating a strong structure for policy making, organizing the country's virtual space and establishing the national network of information can be effective in resolving many problems in this field.

The subject of security in the holly Quran is presented in the context of specific concepts among which the word 'fear' is of great importance for its negative aspect of security. Failure in addressing these issues analytically can lead to the weakness of discourse and Islamic security model ofsecurity. The purpose of this study is to explain 'fear' from security perspective through the deduction of the security implications of the verses related to the word fear in the holly Quran. Accordingly, the main question is: what are the security implications of fear in the holly Quran? The text-based content method is used to answer this question. The study findings show that security reference, security providers, policies of reaching to no-fear, types of security, backgrounds and context of fear and insecurity creation, factors of fear creation, ways of preventing fear and the types of fear are the main concepts which can be deduced, exploited and extracted from the verses of the holly Quran that are related to the word fear in relation to security. There are two types of fear, negative fear and positive fear. Positive fear is good from the view of Islam and the holly Quran. The reference of security is sometimes all humans and sometimes part of humans, especially those who believe (in God) and do righteous deeds. Most of the Quran verses are related to the security providers and the highest one of them is God and the prophets. The greatest emphasis is on charity, having faith in God, the hereafter and righteous deed as the policies of reaching to no-fear. Uncovering classified secrets and spreading rumors are some of the grounds and contexts for creating fear. The devil and his commanders and practitioners are effective factors in creating fear and justifying and informing the public are the ways to prevent fear. The results of this study are also applicable to analysts, experts and managers of security domain

The change in environmental factors and organizations, especially security organizations is very drastic. Thus, under these circumstances, two factors will determine the success of the organization; the first one is training and the second one is the personality traits appropriate for security-intelligent jobs. This study employed descriptive – survey and explanatory method and firstly investigates the role of in-service specialized training and behavioral components on personnel empowerment and then explains and measures the expected behavioral components in the study population. In this study, 104 employees of one of the security organizations with purposeful sampling were selected in order to investigate the impact of in-service specialized training on personnel empowerment that were studied by designing two questionnaires. Furthermore, expected behavioral components were identified by interview with elites and the under study sample was tested using MBTI personality test and emotional quotient test. The study results showed that in-service training is effective on the empowerment of the personnel of the study population and among the studied variables, professors and instructors of the course have an important role in personnel’ s learning and empowerment. In the following, the results of the skill test showed that there is no employee, in the population under study, that fully meets the skills required for an intelligent expert (intelligent guerrilla) and only (11%) of the employees are in the relatively acceptable range and have the potential capacity to become a professional expert of intelligent operation.

Success in organisational missions is one of the most effective factors in enhancing the status of security organizations and their role-playing in sustainable security of country. This success will not be achieved without the use of employees who have a high level performance and an increasing competitive power capability for the security organization. Proper and purposeful management of individuals' performance and output requires having a comprehensive model and should consider all factors based on the principles of organizing to achieve a desired level of organizational expectations. The purpose of this study is to answer the question of "is the comprehensive model of employees's performance in security organizations of Iran, acceptable? ". This study utilizes quantitative method to measure the condition of variables and the model's validity assessment. The statistical population is the employees of organizations whose opinions were used for the acceptability of model. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software that explained a model with 5 variables, 14 dimensions and 57 indicators and showed that the proposed model has appropriate acceptability and validity and all the obtained variables can be considered in the design of the final model. Finally, the effects of each of the variables were analyzed in terms of existence. .
