Future Studies of the Islamic Revolution

Objective: Cognitive warfare is the fifth generation of wars in the popular political and military literature in the world, where the three main goals are social collapse, structural collapse and territorial collapse, through the two main strategies of destabilization and targeted infiltration, using a set of convergent technologies follow. The solution to confront the cognitive war in the field of social sciences and social psychology is cognitive preparation, cognitive empowerment or cognitive improvement of the citizens of a society and country, which the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, relying on native and Islamic literature, called it "Jihad of Explanation" or "Enlightenment Movement". The purpose of this research is to design and explain the conceptual model of cognitive warfare and the basic model of explanatory jihad in dealing with cognitive warfare. Method: The research approach is exploratory and the research method is content analysis using library documents and the statements and guidelines of the Supreme Leader. Findings: The findings of the research show that if the explanatory jihad is carried out in a correct and principled way, it can be useful as an effective solution in facing and dealing with the cognitive war in the dimension of cognitive psychology and cognitive sociology and lead to the strengthening of social unity and restoration of public trust. Conclusion: After analyzing the concept and presenting a theoretical model of cognitive warfare in the context of a set of converging technologies, an explanation has been made regarding the design of the model and the optimal illustration of the problem of Jihad, taken from the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and in the final part of the research, suggestions have been made. And strategic prescriptions regarding dealing with cognitive warfare have been presented at the level of cognitive sociology.

In this article, a futuristic conceptual model of resistance based on the political thought of Martyr Soleimani was designed and explained so that the strategy of Islamic resistance in Martyr Soleimani's theory and practice is given serious attention in the second step of the Islamic revolution. Investigating what the concept of resistance is, its dimensions, the fields of resistance, the variables preventing resistance, the consequences and prospects of resistance, and presenting its conceptual model in the thought of Shahid Soleimani is one of the important axes of the futuristic conceptual model of resistance. The theoretical framework in research is foundational data theory. Based on this research, among the speeches left by Shahid Soleimani during the years 1990-1998, the conceptual model of resistance was examined. The hypothesis that this article deals with using the descriptive-analytical method is that "in explaining the conceptual model of resistance from the point of view of Martyr Soleimani in the second step of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the indicators of resistance bases, the role of governments and Reference groups, people-centered resistance are considered to be one of the most important variables underlying resistance, and the presence of great powers, cultural attack, and wrong models of resistance are among the variables that prevent resistance. The findings of the research indicate that in the axis of resistance, the indicators of "defeat of American conspiracies in Iraq, victory of the axis of resistance, jihad, resistance movements in the region, creation of a culture of resistance and increasing the capability of resistance" have emerged with the focus of Martyr Soleimani.

Strategic environmental science and futurology science complement each other in analyzing and understanding the realities of the external environment and foresight in different fields. Examining the future of the Islamic revolution requires analyzing the internal and external environment. Knowing the surrounding environment of the Islamic revolution depends on knowing the opposite, rival and beloved front of the revolution. Knowing the strategic environment is not only knowing the cultural environment, but in this article we only deal with cultural observation. By knowing and observing the cultural environment of the future, we can better draw the future state of the Islamic Revolution. Currently, signs of American cultural decline can be seen The problem of the current research is that what is the future of the Islamic revolution with regard to the state of Western culture based on the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader? The type of research is descriptive-qualitative and developmental result, and the method of collecting documents and documents and library and internet studies, and it was extracted with the method of qualitative content analysis in the three axes of content, structure, and consequence. The result of the article: the decline of the West in cultural consequences, the origin of the weakening of the structures of the liberal democratic system of the West and the weakening of the credibility of the cultural structures, will become the origin of the denial of the authority of the West in its cultural content, and to the same extent, the content of the Islamic culture will be more authoritative .

Ideology is considered one of the most influential factors in the foreign policy of countries. The emergence and formation of Taliban ideology has had a significant impact on the developments of Afghanistan's foreign policy. The recent developments in Afghanistan, which led to the fall of Ashraf Ghani's government and the re-formation of the Islamic Emirate, have drawn the attention of analysts in the field of international relations to the issue of Afghanistan. Examining the ambivalence of the Taliban's ideology in the face of the Islamic Revolution and its impact on the future of Iran-Afghanistan relations will be the main and fundamental goal of the present research. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method is library and internet (method). While many analyzes point to political, military, security, historical and geopolitical factors in the future of Iran-Afghanistan relations, although the complete ideological integrity was the characteristic of the first period of Taliban, the new period of Taliban is based on internal and external factors, ethnicity and ideology. Two groups with different intellectual origins have become separated from ideological unity, this ideological duality is an important and influential factor in Iran-Afghanistan relations in the new Taliban period (findings).

The Imam Khomeini's Relief Foundation is a non-governmental organization, a quasi-governmental organization that was founded with the slogan of supporting the deprived and oppressed and empowering them. Considering the importance of solving the many economic, cultural and social problems of the deprived classes of the society and predicting the programs needed to empower and meet the needs of the deprived classes in the province, the mentioned organization is facing scenarios in the considered horizon that this research with a strategic foresight approach seeks to draw scenarios are highly believable. The type of research is applied which uses descriptive-analytical and case-contextual methods and with survey research methods, scientific documents and interviews and secondary data analysis method using various techniques such as "Delphi", "Expert Panel" and "Scenario". The statistical population of the research includes academic experts in the field of futures studies and foresight and experimental experts familiar with the studied organization. To select the statistical sample, the method of "criterion-based sampling" was used with the help of the Snowball sampling. By identifying the key factors and driving forces involved in the issue, the most key uncertainties were identified and four plausible scenarios were drawn, and at the end of the research, Proactive strategic options and hyper-active strategic options was presented.

Purpose: The electronicization of government has happened in the last fifteen years, and governments have moved from e-government to mobile governments with the advancement of technology. The new generation of governments is the Government as a Platform (GaaP). Since the prediction of emerging technologies is part of futures studies, The Government as a Platform preparedness and implementation model is considered the most infrastructure concept of this technology in this article.Method: This is a qualitative study which is conducted using the meta-analysis approach to analyze data extracted from different selected sources. In this study, more than 30 sources are selected and used for qualitative analysis and coding. Results: By categorizing the obtained codes, 65 indexes are formed and classified into seven layers. In this regard, the essential requirements in realizing GaaP are: 1- good governance, 2- government’s paradigm shift from service provider to ecosystem leader, 3- cultivating entrepreneurial and startup communities, 4- digital trust, 5- providing the foundation for growth and development, 6- digital transformation and 7- creating a mindset of change and open innovation in society.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is no a specific version for realizing GaaP in the world. However, considering the specific components, such as digital culture, budget and credits, digital privacy, and digital talent, of a country, the government formulates a customized model for realizing its own version of GaaP. The curent model can be used as a guide for policy to entering the future Government as a Platform.

The issue of the future is one of the biggest human issues. Since the beginning of its history, mankind has been trying to predict the future, from weather conditions to predicting the events of people's lives. As human mentality became more complex and human societies became more civilized, the issue of the future took on more complex dimensions. In general, it is possible to distinguish two different types of attitude towards the future, or in general, two types of "future". First, the meaning of the term "future ahead" (both in the short-term and long-term sense) is the idea that a person has of the state of a certain issue in a certain time or period of time. And there is also a special idea of the future, which means the final destiny and destiny in general. This kind of future is the end of history. The main question of this research is what are the futuristic elements of Hegel's thought? According to the research method which is based on documentary and library studies based on the first-hand works of Hegel and his followers, It was found that: Hegel's view of the future is dialectical according to his scientific method. He believes in historical essence and sees everything as historical. Also, the fundamental elements of Hegel's thought about the future are: existence and identification, causality, interaction, freedom, plasticity, time, dialectics, and the philosophy of history.

The real estate market is one of the largest economic sectors in Iran, which has always been the focus of the government, this market is considered one of the main wheels and engines of the Iranian economy, the stagnation of this market has harmful effects on people's lives and various sectors of the economy. On the other hand, the growth and development of the real estate sector causes economic growth and the growth and development of other industries related to real estate.Since the real estate sector and everything that happens in this market has a significant impact on the state of the country, the issue of proper management of this market is very important. This research deals with the future forecasting of the presence of new technologies (block chain) in this field and how to transition from traditional management to modern management of this market in the future.In this research, based on the opinions of the elites, the effective factors in real estate management were extracted, and then, using the cross-analysis approach, the data was entered into the MicMac software, and the important and key drivers were identified. In the next step, based on the questionnaire that was entered into the scenario wizard software by the elites, the possible scenarios were expressed based on the key drivers, and in the last part, opportunities and challenges and the model proposed by the researcher were discussed.

This research has been done with the aim of anticipating the management of asymmetric war in the field of defense of popular forces with a mixed approach. For this purpose, first, documents about asymmetric wars were collected and analyzed by content analysis method, and the factors of the model were identified and extracted. Then, the activists in the field of asym-metric wars were interviewed in relation to the obtained factors, and by combining the results obtained from the qualitative stage, a three-dimensional model for the management of asymmet-ric wars was obtained, and in the quantitative part, the dimensions and components of the model were tested by the structural equation model. The results of the research show that the dimen-sions of the model have adequate explanatory power. These dimensions include: structural fac-tors (information capabilities, equipment, training and military strength), behavioral/content factors (personal-psychological characteristics, management, the ability to create innovation in military operations, knowledge and awareness in the field of asymmetric wars) and environmen-tal/contextual factors (geographical location, social and cultural factors, economic factors, politi-cal factors) that are aimed at improving the management of asymmetric wars in People's forces have an impact in the field of defense.

Objective: So far, many of the reliable future studies texts have pointed out the necessity of using various methods in future studies research, but they have often left the method of its application to the initiative of the researcher, thus witnessing a kind of confusion. The spill is in this area. Therefore, this research is presented with the aim of applying the strategy of mixed or triangled research in the framework of futures studies research.Method: This research is theoretical in point of view of its goal and Its approach is comparative, analytical and intuitive, and also from the point of view of data collection, it is analytical-exploratory.Findings: In this article, common methods in future studies were reviewed with a glimpse of their intended applications in military fields, and through the necessity of pluralism among disciplines and with the help of the triangle research strategy, a system for quantitative and qualitative methods used in future research was presented. And it was tried to generalize this system to both abstract (revelation) and experimental methods.
