Human being’s experience shows that citizens' compliance with health protocols is critical to cut the chain of transmission and reduces the spread of the corona virus.The main aim of the current research is to investigate the relationship between social capital as a multidimensional concept (construct) and the level of adherence to health instructions in the corona era. The study is a survey in which the necessary information has been gathered through online electronic questionnaire from a sample including 400 individuals ranging from 18 to 65 years old in Kerman. According to the research findings, observance of the health protocols among the respondents is more than average. The study of correlations between the variables shows that the relationship between the trust of the individuals in physicians and nurses and the dependent variable is positive and significance. In addition, the results of multiple regression indicate that social capital affects preventive behavior in two different ways: institutional trust and social support have a positive effect, and informal social networks have a negative effect on preventive behavior. Finally, the results of path analysis indicate that the indirect effect of the informal social networks variable on the preventive behavior through social support is positive and significant. 

Although physical distancing and home quarantine, along with the use of mask and vaccines, have been identified as the most important solutions to combat COVID 19, few studies have examined its social consequences in Iran. The aim of the research is the lived experiences of physical distancing and home quarantine during the period of COVID 19 pandemic in the city of Kerman. The study approach was qualitative and based on phenomenological method. Using purposive sampling, in-depth interviews (voice and video calls via WhatsApp) with 19 people aged 20 to 60 between April and May 2021. Data were analyzed using Brown & Clark's thematic analysis approach and four main themes were extracted: Confusion and pessimism, self-adherence to instructions and lack of adherence to others, changes in the pattern of social and economic actions, and the desire to reintegrate despite the ambiguity about the future. According to the findings, although some participants agreed with physical distancing and home quarantine, others eagerly sought to return to the high level of pre-COVID 19 social life, especially those in low-income or unstable jobs, who felt that the physical distance associated with COVID 19 had a negative effect on their mental health and well-being during the home quarantine period.

The corona virus epidemic in Iran, like other countries, led to the closure of schools and implementation of virtual education. Elementary school students needed their parents’ help to use virtual education, especially the first graders who had no experience with school and curriculum. This responsibility was mostly undertaken by mothers, who were supposed to take on the roles of both a teacher and a mother. The narratives of this group of mothers in Kerman City were examined using a qualitative approach and narrative-research method. Data was collected using narrative interviews and analyses were done through a thematic analysis method in MAXQDA. Five main themes were found, which represented the narratives of mothers about the lockdown. These themes were incomplete support of those around you, the burden of the role, the exhaustion of mothers, the problematic nature of children in virtual education, and extra-educational merits. 

Exercising and physical activity is one of the ways to promote physical and mental health, so it is important to study the sport participation of different social groups from a sociological perspective. People's participation in sport activities is related to various social, political and economic factors. The study of leisure characteristics, types of participation, and the sport participation of young girls as a large social group is particularly important. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social factors on the level of sports participation of female students. The theoretical framework used in this research is a hybrid framework. The research method is survey and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The population of this research are 7700 female students of Shahid Bahonar University. 381 people were selected as a sample. The results showed that among general, championship and professional sports, general sport has the highest level of participation. Only 19.9% of students have a high level of participation in professional sports. Based on the results, social capital, sports socialization, sport costs and social support are the most important variables affecting the sport participation of female students. The result of multivariate analysis indicates that the independent variables predict 70 percent of the variation of the dependent variable. Also, the results indicate that reducing the burden of work and family responsibilities plays an important role in improving the sport participation of young girls. 

This study aims to identify and understand facilitating environment of delinquency among the Kahnouj teenagers. Research methodology was based on grounded theory. The participants included 30 teenagers from Kahnouj which were selected via purposive sampling, maximum variation strategy and theoretical sampling. Data collected by in-depth semi structure interview.    Data analyzed through triple coding strategies, open, axial and selective. Data analysis culminated in 9 categories and a core category which are, docking area and easy access, crime generative context and socialization of the crime, perception of deprivation and underdevelopment, identifying lineage, metaphors and myths of delinquency, facilitating common sense, social networks and delinquency reproduction, , status failure and fragile resistance, vague borders of the law and subculture of delinquency. Finally the core category is “constructing and synergy of delinquency.

This paper aims at studying the role of social support in the social health of women in the postpartum period in the city of Faryab, Kerman Province, Eastern Iran. The theoretical approach of this research is based on Cobb, Sarason and Sarafino's social support theory and Keyes' social health theory. The statistical population are all postpartum women in Faryab city, among them 260 people were selected based on available sampling method. The results of the research showed that the amount of social support and social health of the majority of women is high and moderate, respectively. Among the dimensions of social support and social health, the highest average is related to financial support and social participation, respectively. Based on the obtained results, a significant relationship between social support and women's social health during the postpartum period (P<0.01, r=0.20) is found. Also, there is a significant relationship between social support and social participation and social acceptance. The significant correlation between the two variables of support and social health in postpartum women shows that the more social support women have during this period, the more their social health increases. Therefore, organizing training  programs for families to help them to cope  with this  important instance of any family life is recommended.
