Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Resilience and interpersonal sensitivity are factors affecting mental health and psychological well-being. Regarding the importance of this issue, this study was conducted to determining the relationship between differentiation, resilience and interpersonal sensitivity based on the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in university students. Materials and Methods: The method of research is a correlation and path analysis. The 376 students of Islamic Azad University, Rasht branch participated in this study in 2023 with available sampling method. Data were collected using emotion regulation questionnaires, Connor and Davidson resilience scale, short form of self-differentiation questionnaire, and interpersonal sensitivity scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation method and path analysis test and SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 22. 0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, Ill., USA) and IBM SPSS AMOS-24 software. Results: The mean (SD) age of woman was 23. 8 (3. 1) and man was 23. 4 (3. 4). With increasing differentiation, resilience increased too (r=0. 358, P=0. 001) and interpersonal sensitivity decreased (r=0. 619, P=0. 001). Also, with the increase in the differentiation of compromised strategies of cognitive regulation was increased (r=0. 308, P=0. 001) and non-compromised strategies of cognitive regulation decreased (r=-0. 411, P=0. 001, ). Differentiation with the mediation of cognitive emotion regulation guides predicted a total of 45% of the variance of interpersonal sensitivity and 27% of the variance of resilience. Conclusion: The study showed that high differentiation by reducing non-compromised strategies and by increasing compromised strategies of cognitive emotion regulation decreased interpersonal sensitivity and increased resilience.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Reviewing the experiences of different countries and organizations, along with evaluating the implementation dimensions of the asthma management program, plays a key role in designing and implementing a new program at the national level. The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the implementation of asthma control programs at the global, national and regional levels and how to use the factors affecting the implementation of the program in Iran's health system of Iran. Materials and Methods: This comparative study was conducted according to a model including definition, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Valid documentation of asthma control programs including scientific articles and publications and official government and organizational reports at different levels were extracted. The validity of the documents was examined both internally and externally. The data were collected using the tool for extracting six main dimensions of implementing asthma control programs. These dimensions include 1) organizational institutions to implement the program, 2) human resources to implement the intervention, 3) nature of interventions, 4) target population, 5) consequences, and 6) cost analysis. Results: Proposed interventions and key promoters of the program in Iran's health system include 1) political will to prioritize the problem of asthma and support primary health services, 2) use of clinical medicine guidelines, 3) rewards commensurate with appropriate performance, 4) provision of necessary resources to provide services and organization, and 5) providing human resources with defined roles. It is also necessary to pay full attention to measures based on home visits and school-based interventions according to the existing valid evidence. Conclusion: The effective strategy of implementing the asthma control program at the global, national and regional level by prioritizing the primary health service system is clear. Paying attention to these strategies can help improve the capacity of Iran's health system to deal with asthma as an important public health problem. Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Resilience is the ability of people to effectively adapt to the environment exposed to risk factors. A large share of learners' failures is rooted in stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of self-compassion training on resilience and academic stress of students with low academic performance. Materials and Methods: The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with a control group. Sixty 11th-grade males from low-performing high schools in the city of Tabriz were selected by cluster random sampling and randomly assigned to equal the intervention and control groups. The intervention group received a training course on self-compassion in 10 sessions and the control group continued with their regular classroom programs. Data were collected using Connor & Davidson resilience and Kohn & Frazer academic stress questionnaires and were analyzed using covariance analysis test and SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 22. 0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, Ill., USA). Results: The mean (SD) of resilience scores in the experimental group increased from 52. 5 (22. 5) before the intervention to 69. 6(16. 8) after the intervention (P=0. 017). Academic stress scores in the experimental group decreased from 79. 7 (33. 6) before the intervention to 54. 1(18. 0) after the intervention (P<0. 001). In the control group, there was no difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Conclusion: The study showed that teaching self-compassion is an effective and significant intervention to increase resilience and reduce academic stress of school students with low academic performance.
