Abstract:

The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of Unified trans diagnostic group therapy on positive meta-cognitions and meta-emotions and anxiety sensitivity in veterans with comorbid trauma-related disorder and depression. The research method was quasi-experimental, with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up period. The sample consisted of 24 people who were selected in a targeted way from among the neuropsychiatric veterans who referred to or were hospitalized in the centers and hospitals affiliated to the Shahid Shiraz Foundation in 1402 and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. Participants with Rees et al.'s (1986) Anxiety Sensitivity Scales, Beer and Moneta (2010) positive metacognitions and meta-emotions, Weiss and Marmar (1997) event trauma-revised, Military Edition PTSD, Beck depression et al. (1996) evaluation and data were analyzed using analysis of variance with repeated measures by SPSS software version 23. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre-test stage compared to the post-test and the follow-up period (P<0.05) and the differences from the post-test to the follow-up are significant. They are not (p>0.05), which means that the stability of the treatment was maintained over time. Therefore, the therapeutic intervention has been effective on the research variables.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to predict psychological resilience based on spiritual well being and self-compassion in the wives of the martyrs of the holy defense. The research was descriptive and correlational studies. The statistical population included all the wives of the holy defense martyrs under the auspices of the Alborz Province Martyrs Foundation, numbering 3959 people. Of these, 140 people were selected as a statistical sample by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Self Compassion Questionnaire (SCS), the Spiritual Welfare Questionnaire (SWBQ) and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with SPSS/24. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between resilience and spiritual well-being and its dimensions. This relationship between self-compassion and each of its dimensions was significant with resilience at the level of 0.05. Regression analysis showed that the predictor variables together can explain the variance of resilience score in the wives of martyrs.

Abstract:

Cognitive warfare means targeting the cognition of the general public and elites of the target society in order to change values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors through the management of perceptions and emotions. In particular, emotions are ways to cope and adapt to social situations that life presents. It is obvious that one of the goals of cognitive warfare is to influence the emotional system of people. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the emotional system functions in the face of incoming stimuli in cognitive warfare. For this purpose, a process model has been presented based on the adaptation between the octonionic sociocognitive relational emotions model and the dual-process model (explicit and implicit attitudes) of cognitive value warfare, which aims to examine the dimensions of cognitive warfare with an emotional approach in society. The evaluation of cognitive-social processes has been effective in the formation of these emotions. This research has been carried out by the library and theoretical method and with the approach of presenting a model. With the help of this model, it is possible to show how the cognitive warfare artillery by firing and sending different stimuli through hostile media, social networks, etc. affects implicit and explicit attitudes in the context of emotions and this process can predict what emotions and behaviors in the society. The presented model can provide a suitable framework to decipher the activities carried out in the field of cognitive warfare with an emotional approach.

Abstract:

Purpose: The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group reality therapy on the quality of life and resilience of soldiers with a history of desertion who were referred to counseling centers.Method: This research was conducted as a semi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the current study included all the soldiers with a history of desertion who were referred to the Army ground force counseling centers in Tehran in 2018. The sample studied in this research was made up of2 groups of 15 people who were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. To collect data, the World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire (1989) and the resilience questionnaire of Connor and Davidson (2003) were used. The reality therapy interventions based on the therapy protocol were performed on the experimental group during 9 sessions of 90 minutes once a week. To analyze the data of this research, multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) was used using SPSS-22 software. Findings: The results showed that the reality therapy intervention improved the quality of life and increased the resilience of soldiers with a history of desertion who were referred to counseling centers (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it can be said that interventions based on reality therapy, focusing on responsibility and making the right choice, increase the level of quality of life and resilience, and as a result, reduce desertion from military service.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to compare self-efficacy and its consequences in athletes with successful, unsuccessful and inexperienced experience in a sporting event. The statistical population of the study consisted of women police officers who regularly participated in sports activities and three groups of 25 people were compared with each other: G1. Experienced and succeeded in sporting a police skill competition sport event; G2, experienced this event, but did not succeed; The G3 did not experience the event and only had relatively complete information about the tournament. In terms of other characteristics, there was the highest similarity (age, education and degree) between these three groups. Data were collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha 0.83) and analyzed by SPSS software and Kruskal-Wallis test. The study showed that there is a significant difference between the three groups of inexperienced, successful and unsuccessful athletes in terms of self-efficacy and the two consequences of "self-expectation" and "goal management" and in all these variables, the average of experienced people Successful more than people with unsuccessful experience and this group is more than people without experience. Therefore, experiencing a sporting event, even if it is not successful, can enhance self-efficacy and its consequences more than avoiding the experience.
