Background and Aim: The police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran has an important role in ensuring the satisfaction of members of society. People's satisfaction with the police force is the result of comparing the mental pattern of people with the desired behavior and the actual behavior of police officers. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements of social construction of good behavior of law enforcement. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Based on the social constructivist approach, the thigh memory method is used. The statistical population of the study is the students of Allameh Tabatabai University located in the central campus. Due to the difficulty of attracting people to participate in the research process, the non-random sampling method is available. Due to the need to achieve theoretical saturation, the sample size of the research is open and in practice it was determined during the process of collecting and reviewing stories. The collected data were analyzed using coded thigh memory method to identify the elements of the research subject. Reliability assessment using retest method led to the calculation of ninety-four percent reliability for coding. Results: The results of coding the collected data showed that the social construction of the reality of the desirable behavior of the police force with twenty-eight elements of listening, appropriate literature, saying yes, greeting, using mother tongue Poetry reading, verbal verification, addressing you, being serious, eye-catching, talking to children, respect, nodding, looking down, empathy, silence, grooming, focus, open face, memorization Distance, gentle tone, support for the oppressed, speaking softly, supporting women, passion, smiling, steadfastness and self-control. Results: The study of the emerging elements indicates the existence of two categories of verbal elements and non-verbal elements in the social structure of the reality of the desired behavior of the police force. The results indicate that regardless of the situation of behavior, there is a very coherent and integrated picture of the desired behavior of law enforcement officers in the minds of individuals.
