Abstract: 

Background and Aim: In order to realize the modern Islamic civilization, we need staff to be present in the Islamic Revolution. Since all governmental organizations derive their legitimacy from the Vali-i Faqih, and since the leader of the revolution has been the subject of the "Islamic Revolutionary Police" for several years, the purpose of the present study was to design a exploratory model of the police based on the intellectual system of the supreme leader. Method: This study is a qualitative one and its methodology is based on grounded theory. The research data is a collection of remarks, lectures, sentences, messages and sermons by the Supreme Leader over the past three decades (from 1989 to 1989). The method of sampling was theoretical and complete. Therefore, all the statements extracted about law enforcement in the coding table were analyzed. After performing three steps of open coding, axial and selective, a paradigmatic and graphical model was presented. Reliability, reliability and the like were used to assess the validity and reliability of the findings. Results: The statements of the Supreme Leader were divided into 247 concepts and 29 categories in the Strauss and Corbin paradigm, and the phrase Revolutionary police was chosen as the central category. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, strategies for achieving the level of revolutionary law enforcement based on the statements of the Supreme Leader are: spiritual authority and law, use of modern knowledge and new technologies, compassionate and compassionate treatment of people, strengthening the spirit of piety and decency, reducing road accidents, serious fight against corruption and evils, contributing to the realization of a resilient economy, the use and use of efficient human resources, legalization, trust and prudence, intelligence and insight, jihadist management, meticulous and continuous monitoring and meticulous planning.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Organizational ambidexterity refers to the ability of organizations to discover new competencies and exploit existing capabilities. Bipartite organizations need to organize a human resources system consisting of two compatible HRM systems for exploration and exploitation units, so this study presents a model for ambivalence human resource management with a thematic analysis approach and the Treasury Network approach. Method: The present study has an exploratory mixed method. The research population consisted of traffic experts and law enforcement personnel in Qazvin province, which was the target group of participants. Semi-structured interview and treasury network questionnaire were used for data collection. After 10 interviews, the theoretical saturation was reached and the interview was stopped. Excel software was used for theme analysis and Idogrid software for treasury network. Results: The results of theme analysis and treasury network analysis showed that two-dimensional HRM has 77 indices in two categories (exploration and exploitation) and 8 dimensions (double requirements, double employment, double education, double assessment, and service compensation). Ambidexterity working relationships, ambidexterity human resource planning, and ambidexterity retention. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, the police force for designing an effective model in the field of ambidexterity human resources management should attract efficient human resources, recruit for human resources and plan resources available in the organization, the relationship between staff and bosses; it should provide appropriate training, staff training and improvement, and consider the most efficient models for evaluating employee performance and output to identify the employees who have made the extra effort in the organization and optimize service delivery. They encourage employees to stay in the organization.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Police officers can enhance their physical and mental health and physical fitness by increasing their physical activity to overcome difficult tasks. Investigation of researches in this area showed that there is no model for sport development, so the main purpose of this research is to design sport development model in law enforcement. Method: The research method is qualitative and the grounded theory was used. The statistical population of the study was managers, professors and sports experts of law enforcement and sports science experts. The sampling method was snowball and 20 people were selected as the sample. Theoretical coding was used to analyze the qualitative data and test-retest method was used to confirm the validity and reliability of the interviews, which was more than 60%, so the reliability of the coding was confirmed. Results: Based on the results of the research, causality was identified in section 6, which includes stakeholders' needs and expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, development of sport participation, structural factors, need for financial resources and infrastructure, and need for communication development. In the context section 6 key concepts and 41 categories were identified; also in the intervention section 6 core concepts and 41 categories were identified; in the strategies section 5 key concepts were identified: structural development, systems and processes, infrastructure development, Marketing Development, Interaction Development, and Education and Culture, and finally in the Outcome section, five key themes were identified: staff-related outcomes, financial and infrastructure development, community outcomes, communication development, and internal performance improvement. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, using appropriate strategies presented in the strategies and actions section, it is possible to overcome the confounding conditions and optimally use contextual conditions to achieve the aforementioned outcomes by experts.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: In the future, the police will naturally have to use smart devices connected to the IoT world. Given the migration of traditional police systems and processes into new processes and the potential for specific problems to occur in this process and the threats and harms that this migration will bring, it is necessary to examine strategies for using IoT in police missions. Methodology: The research approach is mixed and exploratory in terms of purpose. In the qualitative section, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of using IoT and intelligent equipment in police missions were extracted. The statistical population consisted of 18 experts in the qualitative part and the experts were used for validation of tools. The population of the study was the sample size of 200 experts in the police, information and communication technology, and the ICT police, who were selected by simple random sampling. The method of data collection is field and its tools are interview and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using factor analysis. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were measured by Cronbach's alpha. Results: Confirmatory factor analysis was used in the form of four sub-hypotheses for SWOT indices. Final score of internal evaluation matrix is 2. 29 and external is 2. 85; given that point (2. 85, 2. 29) is at home (weakness-opportunity), proper strategy of using IoT in criminal investigation police is a conservative strategy. Conclusion: Conservative strategy warns that unimpeded movement to Internet systems and smart devices connected to the network world may result in damage or failure and need to be used with greater caution and that IoT hardware and software requirements in the field of radio communications, Infrastructure communications, information technology, electronic care and the Internet and networking should be provided to the police.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Given the complexity of law enforcement missions, the use of forces with organizational citizenship behaviors can be critical to the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of internal brand management on organizational citizenship behavior through quality of work life among +10 police officers of South Khorasan Province. Methodology: The purpose of this study is an applied one that is descriptive survey and the type of data is due to correlational research due to the influence of research variables. The population of the study consisted of 80 Khorasan police +10 personnel and 66 people were selected by simple random sampling method using Morgan table. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software in two parts of measurement model and structural section. In the first part, the technical characteristics of the questionnaire were assessed by the indicators of reliability, composite validity, convergent validity and discriminant validity. Results: The results confirmed the effect of internal brand management on quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior as well as the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, the effect of internal brand management on organizational citizenship behavior was confirmed by mediating role of quality of work life. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it is recommended that managers of the +10 police personnel pay special attention to internal brand management and quality of work life of employees in order to create and enhance organizational citizenship behavior and ultimately improve their organization's performance.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: In the process of globalization, organizations need to be prepared to cope with rapid environmental change, and every organization must adapt to diverse environmental demands and needs, and there is a sense of learner leadership that seeks to improve leadership learning. The purpose of the present study is to study the effect of learner leadership on the willingness to change the attitude of law enforcement personnel considering the mediating role of organizational trust. Methodology: The purpose of this study is applied and descriptive-survey in nature and method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 725 law enforcement personnel of Tabriz city. Based on Cochran's relation, 251 persons were selected by random sampling. Content and face validity were used to determine the validity of the data collection tool, and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) for reliability, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Results: The results of the data analysis showed that the learning leadership variable indirectly and through organizational trust mediator (4. 8%) had an impact on the desire variable and z-coefficient (283. 3) of the effect of learner leadership on the tendency to change in positive employees, using the significant coefficient z (59/16) and standardized path coefficient (0/669) indicating the impact of learner leadership on organizational trust and with the use of the coefficient of significance z (0/460) and standardized coefficient (0/57) indicates the positive effect of organizational trust on desire for change in employees. Conclusion: According to the results, the dimensions of learner leadership on the willingness to change the attitude of law enforcement personnel considering the mediating role of organizational trust were positively influenced and finally practical suggestions were made.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Spectators are the most important sporting asset of any country. If their behavior is not managed, they may cause irreparable financial and life losses; therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the antecedents of the law enforcement model of football spectator behavior in Iran, given the key role of law enforcement in securing matches and sporting events. Method: The present qualitative study was a developmental-applied research that was conducted through content analysis. The participant community, which was also controlled on the basis of theoretical saturation principle, consisted of 29 professors, experts and experts related to the subject of the research who were purposefully selected and gathered the required information by using semi-structured individual interviewing and focus group. MAXqda2018 software is also used for classification and coding. Results: According to the objectives of the research, 261 codes were extracted from the 255 pages of interview text in the form of 44 basic themes and then themes with similar concepts were merged and 6 organizing themes (managerial factors, situational factors, legal factors, infrastructural factors). Behavioral-Functional Factors and Cultural-Social Factors) were formulated in the context of one universal theme as the antecedents of the law enforcement model of football spectator behavior in Iran. Conclusion: The identified factors were not directly in the area of law enforcement duties, but they did affect football behaviors, so it is necessary for police commanders and managers to manage their behaviors and management processes based on their behaviors.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran has an important role in ensuring the satisfaction of members of society. People's satisfaction with the police force is the result of comparing the mental pattern of people with the desired behavior and the actual behavior of police officers. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements of social construction of good behavior of law enforcement. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Based on the social constructivist approach, the thigh memory method is used. The statistical population of the study is the students of Allameh Tabatabai University located in the central campus. Due to the difficulty of attracting people to participate in the research process, the non-random sampling method is available. Due to the need to achieve theoretical saturation, the sample size of the research is open and in practice it was determined during the process of collecting and reviewing stories. The collected data were analyzed using coded thigh memory method to identify the elements of the research subject. Reliability assessment using retest method led to the calculation of ninety-four percent reliability for coding. Results: The results of coding the collected data showed that the social construction of the reality of the desirable behavior of the police force with twenty-eight elements of listening, appropriate literature, saying yes, greeting, using mother tongue Poetry reading, verbal verification, addressing you, being serious, eye-catching, talking to children, respect, nodding, looking down, empathy, silence, grooming, focus, open face, memorization Distance, gentle tone, support for the oppressed, speaking softly, supporting women, passion, smiling, steadfastness and self-control. Results: The study of the emerging elements indicates the existence of two categories of verbal elements and non-verbal elements in the social structure of the reality of the desired behavior of the police force. The results indicate that regardless of the situation of behavior, there is a very coherent and integrated picture of the desired behavior of law enforcement officers in the minds of individuals.
