The people living in rural areas have created special residential fabrics during the time, based on the socio-economic relationships that determine their lives and activities, which in terms of both physical-structural, and various socio-economic functions, are considered as valuable historical-civilization heritage of the country. Recognizing the set of effective forces in the formation of such textures and the factors influencing their structural-functional transformation, opens the way for recognizing the processes of production and formation of social spaces. Therfore, the scientific understanding of such processes, as well as the formation of different types of land use in the process of general socio-economic development, is one of the basic tasks of researchers in space systems, especially of geographers. This article, as a case study, relying on the "strategy of structural-functional dynamics", tries beside the reviewing the main forces and factors affecting the formation of various rural textures in Ardabil region, to evaluate the relationships between differnet land uses and transformation of rural fabrics. The research method in this study was descriptive-analytical and based on the collection of library and field data and information (observation and interview). The results show that the development of texture by changing aspects and dimensions of land use in these villages according to the conditions of the whole country is in line with the transformation of spaces and a kind of orientation towards urban spaces. It is clear that such changes have been accompanied by positive and negative aspects. However, in almost the entire world, the factors and drivers that affect entrepreneurship activities vary between men and women, especially in rural areas. The aim of the present study, functional and the method is descriptive-analytic. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire and interviews. The statistical population of rural women and men is the Papi section of Khorramabad city (N = 8775). 330 samples (172 males and 158 females) were selected using the Cochran formula. To achieve the research questions, variance analysis, post hoc tests, and binary logistic regression (LM-Newton-Mar card-Raphson method) were used. The results of the research show that there is a significant difference between the factors and factors affecting entrepreneurship development of rural women and men. The entrepreneurship development drivers for rural men (in addition to the economic factor that has been the most important driver of entrepreneurship among women and men) is influenced by infrastructure and institutional factors, while important family and socio-cultural factors The most important drivers of rural women entrepreneurship development. Regarding the results, it is necessary to pay attention to the entrepreneur's gender factor and in order to eliminate the entrepreneurial barriers, taking into account the gender of the entrepreneurs of the strategy and the proportional model, in order to develop entrepreneurship, and especially in rural areas. To identify patterns of snowfall, rainfall statistics, snow depth and temperature of station daily, during the statistical period (2017-1986) from the National Weather Service provided by Weber index was above the 99th percentile my days with snow depth. The snowfall pattern of January 13, 2008, was determined for snow days in Guilan province using factor analysis (varimax). Then the composite maps of this model were synoptically analyzed and the surface temperature map and NDSI index and its snow cover were satellite analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the main cause of atmospheric disturbances and intensification of high flows of Soudar province of Guilan in this rainfall pattern is the overwhelming sea breeze and vertical upwelling and formation of pilonidal conditions in the lower layer of troposphere. The eastern part of the system is supplied by the Caspian Sea. The reason for the system's persistence in this pattern is a deep ridge with a southwest-northeast direction from Africa to the north of the Caspian Sea and the formation of an Omega type blockage over the Black Sea and Eastern Europe. So in this model the main factor of heavy snowfall in Guilan province is a phenomenon it is not large scale but the main cause of this heavy rainfall is exacerbated by sea breeze and local disturbances due to exacerbated solonidal conditions severe vertical upwelling
