Abstract: 

Happening various crisis on efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises and organizations supply chain, has made organizational researchers and expertise so willing for more attention and studies on the concept of risk in supply chain and how to confronting with that. Resiliency and its strategies are one of the newest concept in supply chain is as an approach for facing and managing probable risk in supply chain. As the importance of subject, this paper by using organizational expert’ s ideas to identification of proper strategy for implementation in a manufacturing company based on recent resilience supply chain studies. For this purpose an innovative hybrid approach of Game Theory model and multi criteria decision making (MCDM ( methods in the fuzzy environment has been applied. At first pay-off matrix with non-constant sum game was formed then multiple criteria has been identified for finding best strategies between multiple Nash equilibrium. Then FAHP and FVIKOR has been used for determining weight of criteria and choosing best strategy respectively and with respect to expert’ s viewpoints. In this regard, the results showed that from the point of view of experts and organizational experts to choose the best strategy, the criterion of the cost of implementing the strategy has highest importance degree, as well as among the three equilibrium combinations strategy, increasing visibility and increasing velocity strategy is the best strategy combination to enhance supply chain resiliency.

Abstract: 

Given the variety of factors influencing on financial decision making and subjective nature of the most decisions is only part of their features associated with Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The aim of study is the rating of companies at TSE based on fundamental analysis and the appraisal of investor’ s utility during the period of 1390 to 1396 years. So first, after determining the weights of indicators used based on the opinion the experts and using the ARAS method, the companies have been ranked and then their utility basis on stochastic dominance method have been investigated. The findings of research show that the first-order stochastic dominance cannot be identified. However the result of The Davidson test for the stochastic dominance of the second and third order indicate that the high-rating stocks has dominance to low-rating stocks.

Abstract: 

Science and Technology Parks (STPs) are developed with the aim of preparing a safe and dynamic environment for companies who are a part of economics development in every country. One of the most important functions of science and technology parks is to help enhance the innovation of their established companies and make them more competitive. Regarding government policy making in the development of Science and Technology Parks, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of science and technology parks in the innovative performance of ICT companies. In this study, a qualitative and quantitative method was applied and 11 experts were interviewed to accomplish this goal and analyzed 83 questionnaires. The research questions were analyzed using Structural Equation Method and path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results reveal that the legal functions, networking, support and organization, knowledge and cultural management of science and technology parks, respectively, have the most impact on the innovative performance of ICT companies.

Abstract: 

The high and unreasonable demand for fuel in Iran, and also the excessive and irrational consumption of fuel in various sectors, including transportation along with cheap fuel for power generation plants, the lack of proper standards for fuel consumption in different sectors, has brought the high dependency on fossil fuels energy supply for Iran. This problem is a serious threat to the country's energy security, in light of the increasing trend in energy demand and in particular the energy intensity of the country's energy supply. Understanding the system structure of this dependency is the main objective of the present research. The research methodology is based on the system dynamics approach. A stock and flow model of energy dependency was developed and four scenarios have tested on it. From the comparison of the four scenarios, it can be said that the current energy dependency on is continuing to increase. Based on the results, it is recommended that the demand-side management policy and the development of renewable energy capacities reduce energy dependency and increase energy security together.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to design a new hybrid model based on data envelopment analysis, artificial neural network, genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization to evaluate the efficiency and benchmarking of efficient and inefficient units. A two stage process has been used to evaluate the relative efficiency of 16 Tavanir regional power companies, using the combined model of data envelopment analysis with the neural network optimized by genetic algorithm and using a hybrid model of particle swarm optimization with genetic algorithm Benchmarking for efficient and inefficient units has been addressed. The average efficiency of regional power companies during the years 1391 to 1396 has increased from 0. 8934 to 0. 91477, while the regional power companies of Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Tehran, Khorasan, Semnan, Kerman, Gilan and Yazd have always had the highest average efficiency, And West and Fars regional electric companies with average values of 0. 70747 and 0. 60525 have the lowest efficiency during the years 1391 to 1396.

Abstract: 

Companies employ several forms of cooperation to reach success in the global competitive market. Coordination models seek to find the practical solution to encourage supply chain members to make decisions to improve overall profit. Note that, cooperation contracts are useful tools to make supply chain members behave coherently and coordinately with each other in order to gain SC's profit as final purpose. This paper aims to determine the most appropriate contract that can make cooperation between SC levels. In this case supply chains and cooperation contracts were reviewed and as a result of this study. Afterwards, a two echelons SC and mentioned contracts in the title chose are investigated. By considering the game theory approach, static games by complete information and Nash equilibrium as a solving method and probabilistic demand of consumers, initial profit function models of SC echelons were designed and subsequently, the secondary models redesigned with the consideration of the specific circumstances of each contract. Then, some experiments were designed by MINITAB software and solved by EXCEL and LINGO software. Eventually, by analyzing outputs, rebate contract is determined as the most appropriate way of establishing cooperation among the SC levels.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, with regard to the competitiveness of the global trade and the need to meet the demands of customers, and given the increasing growth of technology in order to preserve and maintain the organization, we can use the various combinations of QFD as a powerful tool in quality engineering. . In this research, Delphi method was first used to identify the main components of the research including customer requirements and technical requirements, and then, due to the importance of weighing in the quality performance development tool, by developing a combined DEMATEL-ANP fusion decision method, and The severity of the relationships will affect the effectiveness and effectiveness of the components and weights associated with them to complete the matrix of the quality house. In order to complete the QFD method, we will use the new expansion of the Wasserman relationship. Also, in order to solve the traditional QFD problem of not considering the effect of constraints on technical engineering requirements, we will apply a combination of QFD, DEMATEL-Fuzzy ANP and DEA methods in the present study. Also, to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach, we will consider it as a case study at the Goldiran Industry Corporation's executive washing machine production site.
