Abstract: 

The present study aims to identify the results of the privatization in Iran. The Methodology is mix method regarding to data type; exploratory regarding to objective and practical regarding to result. In the qualitative part, the interview tool is used and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire is used to collect data. The results of the study show that due to 20 obstacales in the privatization process could not be successful. The final part of paper provides some policy implication to overcome to these obstacles.

Abstract: 

Identifying the factors affecting job demand is one of the most important issues in the Iranian economy. The industry sector is one of the sectors which is very important in the process of job creation and its growth. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors affecting employment demand in the industry by dividing the two-digit ISIC codes by 10 employees and the period 1996-2015 using a panel data approach and Generalize Method of Moments (GMM) and Fully Modified Least Squares Method (FMOLS) estimators. The results show that the elasticity of employment demand to wages is-0. 15 to-0. 14, production is from 0. 46 to 0. 48 and the capital stock is from 0. 08 to 0. 13. The largest share of employment is in the coke, oil, and nuclear fuel industries, respectively.

Abstract: 

Studies have shown that the use of machine vision systems in different processes of automotive industries is increasing dramatically in the majority of automobile companies in the world. Speed, precision, low cost, the simplicity of application and reliability of these systems are the most important reasons for the attractiveness of these systems in comparison with similar technologies. Therefore, Iranian automotive companies should develop solutions and strategies for using these systems. Developing a roadmap can provide good information for managers to make better investments by identifying the various factors which should be considered in these systems. For this purpose, in this paper, designing a roadmap for developing machine vision technologies in press and body shops of Iranian automotive industries has been considered. the Sandia National Laboratory roadmap model is used. Using this model, the most important quality requirements of press and body shops identified, the most important criteria for using machine vision systems prioritized, the best systems for the desired purposes identified and ranked, and finally, practical solutions, that can be used by automotive industries to implement machine vision technologies, suggested.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between supply chain agility and financial performance with the mediating role of cost efficiency and customer orientation in companies and knowledge based plants in Isfahan Industrial towns. The study is applied and in terms of methodology, is descriptive-survey. 470 companies Senior executives of knowledge based companies in the Isfahan Industrial proviance are the statical population, which at the end, 43 companies are selected as samples based on structural equations. In order to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, structural equation modeling and smart pls software have been used. The results indicate that the relationship between supply chain agility and cost efficiency on financial performance, as well as the cost-effectiveness mediating role between supply chain agility and financial performance, are rejected. But the relationship between supply chain agility and cost efficiency, as well as the mediating role of customer orientaion in the relationship between agility of the supply chain and financial performance are confirmed. Therefore, we suggest that these companies managers should always pay more attention to the key role of supply chain agility, which has a direct impact on customer orientation and cost efficiency, and ultimately improves corporate financial performance.

Abstract: 

This article aims to evaluate the efficiency and prioritization of Iran's accession to the two economic institutions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Eurasian Economic Union using the combined method of data envelopment analysis (DEA)-analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that with regard to the geographical area, labor force population, GDP and inflation as inputs to the economy, as well as the volume of trade with the world, the degree of trade openness and the degree of financial openness as three outputs, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has a better score than the Eurasian Economic Union during the years 2000-2018. Therefore, it is suggested that capacities and negotiations for permanent membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization be given priority in Iran's foreign trade policies.

Abstract: 

This study aims to investigate the role of green marketing on purchasing behavior and customer loyalty in food products. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population of this study is the customers of Ardabil food products, which 384 people are selected as a sample and distributed and collected using available sampling. Data collection tool is a questionnaire which it's validity and reliability are evaluated and confirmed using structural equation indices. Data analysis tool is performed in SMARTPLS-3 software using structural equations. The results show that green marketing with a coefficient of 0. 63 and 0. 69, respectively, has a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior and customer loyalty. The R2 coefficient also show that green marketing explains 38% and 21% of changes of customer purchasing behavior and customer loyalty.

Abstract: 

The contextual changes of the present age have altered the former order of personal and social relations in such a way that the creation of a new order is accompanied by an epistemic crisis; the crisis of knowledge of new relationships has rendered past valuations inefficient and invalid. In this regard, Katler considers authenticity as the most influential element in this era of achieving sustainable development and customer trust. And since the production of university knowledge is the key to sustainable development and today it is faced with quality issues, this study aims to investigate the effect of two marketing, namely authentic marketing and pragmatic marketing through paradigm shifts as a solution to the epistemic crisis of brand authenticity. The research method is quantitative and descriptive-survey. The statistical population is Iranian students of Azad universities, stratified random sampling and sample size based on Morgan table were 385 people. Data are collected and distributed by questionnaire. Structural equation modeling technique with partial least squares approach and SmartPLS2 software are used for data analysis. The findings indicate that both authentic and pragmatic marketing are more effective on brand authenticity through paradigm shift.
