Abstract: 

Urban identity is one of the major challenges of new towns, the lack of which leads to a lack of solidarity and social participation of citizens to achieve urban development plans. Ignorance of subcultures and geographical location and climatic characteristics and diminishing attention to the dimensions of urban identity and urban social life based on original values and indigenous identity, especially in the process of preparing development plans and the resulting inconsistency and uniformity in new towns, not only appearance. It has created an unfavorable and unfamiliar environment for the residents, but it has affected all aspects of social, economic and environmental life in urban communities. On the other hand, urban spaces in these cities do not evoke an identity for their residents due to the incompatibility of its functions with human needs and the lack of human needs according to the demands, desires and preferences different from other cities. This leads to discontinuation or basically no formation of the roots of the connection and connection of residents with the environment and as a result with each other, as well as the occurrence of adverse effects such as insecurity, irresponsibility, boredom and indifference. Hence, new towns that are not very old and whose inhabitants are generally born elsewhere and have different cultures from each other, to create dynamism and vitality and to avoid becoming a dormitory city, dry and barren. The spirit and context for social solidarity and the production of memories in a collective environment must be able to draw their own distinct identities. Therefore, recognizing the identity factors of new towns, the extent to which these cities have relevant factors and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing each of these areas can have a significant impact on preventing the identity crisis in new towns. The present study was carried out in order to achieve the above goals and with an analytical-explanatory approach. In this regard, 70 indicators for measuring and evaluating urban identity in the new town of Hashtgerd were extracted by extensive analysis of global and domestic studies and special local conditions of the new town of Hashtgerd. And has been documented. The data collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 516 people and distributed by cluster sampling in 12 districts of the city, using factor analysis to determine the final factors explaining the identity of the new town of Hashtgerd And the ranking of the studied areas has been analyzed based on their desirability in relation to urban identity factors. The results show that 12 factors in total explain about 60% of the identity of the new town of Hashtgerd. The most important of these factors is the factor of «memory and feeling of dependence on place» with an explanation of about 8%. Also, 4-5 districts of Mehr housing areas and 1-4 districts with historical backgrounds in the city have the worst and best status of identity desirability among the districts of Hashtgerd new town, respectively. Finally, the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats of identification in the new town of Hashtgerd have been analyzed and summarized through strategic environmental analysis. Research findings show that physical qualities are only one dimension of the experience of place and the importance of social communication that takes place in places should not be neglected. So that attachment to the place can be considered based on the participation of people in the place, the level of employment in social networks and cultural interactions. As the establishment of social interactions in urban spaces, it is possible for the individual to make sense of it. Thus, attachment to the place develops with the growth of positive interaction of people and their social adaptation in the place, and how the person is present in the place with others is a strong factor in the person› s decision to stay in it. In this regard, people may even be looking for places where people with similar characteristics in terms of class, ethnicity, religion, economic group, lifestyle, education, income, how to raise children and the same race. But while homogeneity encourages meetings and increased interaction with physical and social places and thus promotes attachment to that place, heterogeneous social places are also an opportunity for people to experience togetherness and rich and free social interactions. On the other hand, the research findings show that in the study of urban identity, knowing the place is not enough, and this is an emotional state that arises from important events in one› s life and the context of creating and developing the process of identification with a particular place. Also, people develop their attachment to the place based on their expectations, which are based on their previous experiences of similar places and their cognitive process, on which their satisfaction with the place depends. Satisfaction in place also depends on this knowledge and factors such as facilities, place fit with performance and context, stability, visual characteristics, management, economic value of the place, residents› perception of similar units and the social context of the place. The presence of people in the process of creating a place also makes them feel better about that place. This leads to attachment to the place, development of social connections, preservation of historical roots, feeling of peace and security in the place.

Abstract: 

Today, the increasing realities that have occupied architects in other fields related to architecture, have caused the designer› s attention to deviate from the theoretical thinking that was considered at the beginning of the design process. Architectural software has expanded the visual dimensions of the human mind and created the conditions for the designer› s thinking to be limited to imaginative forms. Although innovation can be considered the main feature of products obtained from software that go beyond the drawings and in order to create cyberspace, but the product of all of them can not be considered creative works. Because creativity manifests itself with a concept called meaning and theoretical thinking, with designers focusing on the use of computer facilities, although facilitating and accelerating the visualization and visualization of ideas; But this early embodiment is also a threat to the idea and meaning of the truth underlying the work. Therefore, recognizing the process of cognition and creation in architecture is a necessity that must have evolved from idea to form in order to always be able to reveal the damage that has been done to the systemic structure of architectural design today. From the moment an architect decides to create a work until his design is ready for the execution stages, at the heart of his movement is the creative production of an idea and its transformation into a concept and ultimately an architectural product, and in this regard as « The whole problem-solving «is raised. In other words, the architect is on the path of identifying the problem until finding a solution. The main problem in architectural design is the «idea» that all creative processes try to achieve this concept, and on the other hand, interaction in the design problem and its solution shows that analyzing the problem and recognizing its various dimensions is the designer› s mental ability and thought. Strengthens the basis for the solution, the «concept». An architectural work results from the understanding and creation formed by the creator as the agent as a result of their worldview. As the architect› s paradigm, this worldview plays an essential role in directing the ultimate cause, namely idea; formal cause, namely concept; and material cause, namely the architectural work. The important thing, however, is the hierarchy of the senses and the way an idea transforms into a form in the paradigm of the architect. This study seeks to extract the semantic identity of the idea and concept (theme) from western, Islamic, and philosophical paradigms in order to clarify the process of understanding and creating architectural works through the «four causes» and contrast creation of architecture works in the local (Islamic) and non-local (western) paradigms. The goal is to introduce the direction that the concept takes through the transformation of an idea into an architectural work.

Abstract: 

Islamic texts have significant capacities in various fields of human knowledge. Among the issues raised in these religious texts is architecture and its features that on this basis, till now, some researches have been done on the Islamic architecture. One of the main problems which have been considered during recent decades (especially in the field of urban development) is development pattern which can be classified into two main patterns: horizontal development pattern and vertical development pattern. But due to various problems, in recent decades, in most cities especially in metropolises, vertical development pattern has spread increasingly. According to the above descriptions, in this research this problem is studied from the perspective of Islamic teachings (especially Shiite jurisprudence) and so, the main problem that is investigated in this article is desirability or non-desirability of residential buildings vertical development in Islamic city. The research method which is used in this article is a compound method. In this way, according to the features of the various stages of this research, for gathering data, archival research method is used meanwhile logical-argumentative research and qualitative content analysis in analysis step and judgment of data has been used. In this way, propositions (especially the jurisprudential hadiths) that directly or indirectly are related to the problem of this research have been extensively investigated using qualitative content analysis method and then, using the resultant of propositions analysis by logical-argumentative method, the research findings are concluded. According to these findings, because of various Islamic reasons (such as visual dominance and some of Imams traditions like star sightings and etc. ) apartment and vertical development pattern is not desirable in Islamic cities especially for residential buildings.

Abstract: 

The Holy Quran, as the guiding book of mankind, contains a collection of divine verses in which there are innumerable truths and mysteries, and is the greatest manifestation of the emergence of a truth in the material body. So that the truth of heaven appears in the material form and the architecture of the garden. Contrary to the simple appearance of Persian garden, the structural and semantic complexities resulted from the combination of four elements in the Persian garden are in accordance with the Paradise; in fact, the influence of water element as the main existential factor in the pattern of Persian garden and its sanctity in Iranian thoughts are evident and more important. So that water is a vital element in preserving the dignity of heaven in the manifestation and appearance of it in the Persian garden. An interpretative research methodology is adopted in this study, which is based on the analysis of contents of Quran verses. This study seeks to find out the manifestation of the water elemente in the physical and functional system of the Persian garden with its image in the Paradise. A comparison of Persian garden and the Paradise from the perspective of Holy Quran and the interpretations of Al-Imran Surah show that the functional system of Persian garden corresponds with the names of the Paradise, which are proportional to its rank and place, and the element of water in the physical system of Persian garden corresponds to different faces of water in the functions of the Paradise.

Abstract: 

اثر معماری محصول فرآیند شناخت و آفرینشی است که خالق اثر به عنوان علت فاعلی، بهواسطه جهان بینی خود آن را رقم زده است. این جهان بینی به عنوان پارادایم معمار نقش اساسی در جهتدهی علت غایی یعنی ایده، علت صوری یعنی کانسپت و در نهایت علت مادی یا بنا دارد. اما آنچه که از اهمیت برخوردار است؛ سلسله مراتب ادراکات و نحوه تبدیل ایده به فرم در چارچوب پارادایم معمار می باشد. پژوهش حاضر همواره در تلاش است با استخراج ماهیت معنایی واژه های ایده وکانسپت (طرح مایه) در پارادایم های غربی، اسلامی و فلسفی، فرایند شناخت و خلق معماری را در قالب علل اربعه مورد تبیین قرار داده تا بتواند تفاوت های سیر روند آفرینش اثر را در دو پارادایم بومی (اسلامی) و غیربومی (غربی) مورد مداقه قرار دهد؛ و در این راستا نوع جهتگیری کانسپت از ایده را در نیل به فرم معرفی نماید.

Abstract: 

بازنگری و تحوّل در آموزش معماری، اول، بهصورت دوره ای، و دوم، در شرایط کنونی کشور، یک ضرورت می باشد؛ چراکه برنامه و سرفصل رشته کنونی، در دو بخش نقص دارد. در «عرصه نظری»، تأثیر «آموزه های اسلامی» بر مبانی آموزش کمرنگ بوده؛ و برنامه نیز پس از تدوین اولیه، متناسب با «نیازهای بومی کشور» بصورت پویا و هوشمند، مورد بازنگری، تغییر و اصلاح قرار نگرفته است. یعنی نه با آرمان ها و ارزش های انقلاب، و نه با واقعیت های کشور و نیازهای مردم، هم آهنگ نیست. در «عرصه عملی»، سازوکار اجرای آموزش معماری، یک سامانه هدفمند نمی باشد؛ و بهصورت یک کل یکپارچه در راستای پرورش همه جانبه معماران شایسته عمل نمی کند. نتیجه آنکه فارغ التحصیلان این رشته پس از طی دوره آموزشی، نه به رشد متعادل قوای فردی انسانی می رسند (حُسن فاعلی)؛ و نه از کارآیی حرفه ای معمارانه لازم برای برآوردن نیازهای جامعه برخوردارند (حُسن فعلی). سطح پایین کیفیت معماری امروز کشور، چه از جنبه علمی و فنّی و چه از بُعد هنری و چه برخورداری آثار از اصالت و هویت های خودی، شاهدی بر این مدعاست. حل این مشکل، نیازمند تأمل و بازنگری در برنامه و سرفصل رشته معماری است. در همین راستا «شورای تحول علوم انسانی و هنر» چهار رویکرد «روزآمدی، بومی سازی، کارآمدی و اسلامی سازی» را بهعنوان مبنای بازنگری و تحوّل به وزارت علوم ابلاغ کرد؛ و مقرر شد برنامه و سرفصل رشته معماری مبتنی بر این رویکردها بازنگری شود. هدف تحقیق پیشِ رو، جستجوی راهکارهای عملی برای اثربخشی این چهار رویکرد بر آموزش معماری است. پرسش تحقیق آن است که چه راهکارهایی برای نیل به این هدف وجود دارد؟ به همین منظور با انتخاب دروس مقدمات طراحی معماری، و با روش تحقیق ترکیبی استدلال منطقی و موردپژوهی تمرین هایی طراحی گردید؛ و تلاش شد از جامعیت نسبی برخوردار باشند؛ سپس با مشارکت دانشجویان اجرا شد و با تکنیک «تحلیل محتوای» آثار، پاسخ پرسش مکشوف گردید. نمونه های بررسی شده، از میان سه گروه از دانشجویان درس مقدمات طراحی معماری 1، 2، و 3 در دانشگاه تربیت دبیر شهیدرجایی(ره) است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تحول اساسی برای نیل به هدف مذکور باید در سه رُکن اصلی درس یعنی «هدف، محتوا و روش تدریس» ایجاد شود. بر این اساس با طراحی «تمرین های غنی سازی شده» می توان ضمن رشد سه مهارت «درک، خلق و بیان معماری» در دانشجو (حُسن فاعلی) زمینه جهت گیری این مهارت ها در راستای چهار رویکرد یادشده را فراهم نمود؛ و مهندسانی «روزآمد و کارآمد» و اهل خدمت به مردم برای «ایران اسلامی» تربیت کرد (حُسن فعلی).

Abstract: 

هویت شهری یکی از چالش های مهم شهرهای جدید است؛ چنان که ناهماهنگی، یکنواختی و عدم انطباق کارکردهای فضاهای شهری شهرهای جدید با نیازها، خواسته ها و تمایلات ساکنان، منجر به انقطاع ریشه های اتصال و ارتباط ساکنین با محیط و در نتیجه با یکدیگر و همچنین بروز آثار سوئی چون ناامنی، مسئولیت گریزی، دلزدگی و بی تفاوتی شده است. لذا، شناخت عوامل هویت بخش شهرهای جدید، میزان برخورداری این شهرها از عوامل مربوطه و نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای رویاروی هر یک از نواحی این شهرها می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در جلوگیری از بحران هویتی در شهرهای جدید داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر در جهت تحقق اهداف فوق و با رویکردی تحلیلی-تبیینی صورت پذیرفته است و 70 شاخص سنجش و ارزیابی هویت شهری، با واکاوی و بررسی گسترده مطالعات جهانی و داخلی و توجه به شرایط بومی خاص شهر جدید هشتگرد استخراج و مستندسازی گردیده است. داده های گردآوری شده از طریق پرسش نامه-که با حجم نمونه 516 نفری و با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای در نواحی 12 گانه این شهر توزیع شده است-با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی جهت تعیین عوامل نهایی تبیین کننده هویت شهر جدید هشتگرد و رتبه بندی نواحی مورد مطالعه بر اساس وضعیت مطلوبیت آنها در ارتباط با عوامل هویت شهری تحلیل شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که 12 عامل در مجموع در حدود 60% موضوع هویت بخش شهر جدید هشتگرد را تبیین می کنند. مهم ترین این عوامل، عامل «خاطره انگیزی و احساس وابستگی به مکان» با تبیین حدود 8 درصد است. همچنین ناحیه 45 از نواحی مسکن مهر و ناحیه 41 از نواحی با سابقه در شهر به ترتیب، بدترین و بهترین وضعیت مطلوبیت هویتی را در میان نواحی شهر جدید هشتگرد دارند. در نهایت، نقاط قوت و ضعف و فرصت ها و تهدیدهای هویت بخشی در شهر جدید هشتگرد از طریق تحلیل استراتژیک محیطی تحلیل و جمع بندی گردیده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که کیفیات کالبدی تنها یک بعد از تجربه مکان هستند و اهمیت ارتباطات اجتماعی که در مکان ها اتفاق می افتد نباید مورد غفلت قرار گیرد. به طوری که دلبستگی به مکان را می توان مبتنی برمشارکت مردم در مکان، میزان اشتغال به شبکه های اجتماعی و تعاملات فرهنگی، دانست. همچنین در مطالعه هویت شهری، شناخت مکان، کافی نیست؛ و افراد دلبستگی خود را با مکان براساس انتظارات خود که مبتنی بر تجارب قبلی از آنها از مکان های مشابه و فرایند شناختی آنهاست توسعه می دهند که رضایتمندی آنها از مکان به این شناخت بستگی دارد.

Abstract: 

Identifying ideal user is a basic function of theoretical debates of urban design. Here, the situation of the concept of” Ideal user” is enquired in three main categories of social theories used in urban design discourses (i. e. socialistic theories, ecologistic ones and performance-based theories) and it is shown that none of them is of enough relevance to Islamic model of socio-spatial relations and there is critical conflicts for their simbiosis. The negation of middle-scaled groups of cultural society (i. e. the family and neighbourhood) in socialistic theories as well as the anti-idealistic and individualistic assumptions in the ecologistic theories make them unreliable for Islamic aims. The performance based theory in its turn bases its debate on non-honest relation from ethical pont of view and has not proper basics for Islamic view. So a new theory based on Quran and Ahadith is proposed for socio-urban interactions that can be summarized as: In Islamic view the out-of-home environment is a place for relations of the kind of the limited home-like ones that emerges from duties and rights that Islam puts on members of Islamic society. So it can be said that urban space is an expansion of the home inner space. And in this model the society is not seen as a unit composed of individualized persons whose individuality emerges by exiting home; but the community emerges from expansion of family nodes and sharing of borders of fields arranged around such centers and so the urban space is formed-in its turn-upon nucleous made in developing homes. It is not made from summing up personal spaces and not by connection of them by in-between spaces. Here the definition of urban space as none-residential space or third place in which people look for none-residential relations is cicked out. In other words, in searching for Ideal User for Islamic theory of town design we do not look for “ Islamic Fleneur” but we search for a human for whom Islam has made duties to become an ideal person and the responsibility of the urban space is aiding him to depart from existing condition to ideal one.

Abstract: 

Our land, Islamic Iran, which is the mother of all our history, tradition and culture and has always remained steadfast in its historical mazes and upheavals, has not been in good condition for a long time. In such a situation, it is necessary for all those who have somehow risen from this land and have their own identity, to commit themselves to this situation in a committed and compassionate manner and to achieve the desired situation, and to follow its path for the benefit of the future generation and the children of this motherland to reach the true goal of the substantiation of the new Islamic civilization. Therefore, compiling the countrychr('39')s development documents is a complete necessity, especially the compilation of the spatial management and planning document which according to its scope and effectiveness, is the most fundamental developmental document and the most coherent for all planning documents essential to the countrychr('39')s progress. The above process will have, and as a comprehensive document, it can be the pact of all those involved as a favorable feature of the planning of the optimal spatial organization for the countrychr('39')s development, with providing a comprehensive and integrated approach. To this end, this article seeks to provide an entry to explain the fundamental dimensions of modern Islamic civilization in the compilation of documents for the country’ s development. In particular it concentrates on the spatial planning documentation. The present article is in line with the problem, objectives, and nature of research in the field of basic research, in which the method of content analysis and the use of documentary studies and the analysis of secondary data have been used. The research results show that "the nine fundamental dimensions of justice, health, security, knowledge, spirituality, freedom, wealth, power and dignity" as well as comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development from the Islamic perspective must be considered in compiling the countrychr('39')s development documents as three key components in the substantiation of the new Islamic civilization.
