Human Trafficking has weakened health, safety and security all nations that are affected and causes many people with physical and psychological problems. The nurses are first line the recognition, leadership and management of victims. Therefore, this review study aimed to investigate the role and function of nurses in dealing with victims of human trafficking. In this review article, published 17 articles were reviewed between years (2000-2018). Electronic search in two languages: Persian and English with keywords (human trafficking, human trafficking nursing, human health trafficking, Health provider role in human trafficking, nursing care and human trafficking, healthcare and human trafficking) were conducted on internal databases (SID, Magira, Iranmedex) and abroad (pubmed, proquest, Google Scholar, Scopus). In the face of victims of human trafficking, the medical staff is involved in three broad areas of support, identification and treatment and demonstrates its effective functioning. In addition to identifying the victims, they should be able to ask for proper and correct questions and to provide care and examination of any immediate need, including the treatment of physical lesions, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy diagnosis, and suicidal thoughts. Solving this challenge requires an interdisciplinary team work (health system, judicial system, executive system, and legislatures). Its application in preventive services, identification, support and treatment of victims, which has a positive impact on the health of the community. It is suggested that the tripartite forces of the country look at this issue and work together to solve the problems of this phenomenon.

Self-harm is one of the strongest predictions of suicide attempts which is categorized into different types. Non-suicidal self-injury attempts is a part of this division, which has become a common phenomenon in schools and universities, but the extent of understanding its process requires more investigations. Since various studies have been conducted in different parts of Iran, more detailed review on this subject and final conclusion in this regard is necessary. In this review, keywords including adolescent, young, self-injury behavior, non-suicidal selfinjury, self-mutilation, deliberate self-harm and prevalence were searched through SID, Magiran, Google Scholar and PubMed sources in English and Persian languages. In this way, 6 English and 10 Persian articles were obtained. Finally, 3 English and 3 Persian articles were used. The results of various relevant studies indicated that the prevalence of non suicidal self-injury was 4. 3% to 40. 5% in Iran.

Sour Tea is an herb that is widely used today. In the past, the plant was used to treat a wide range of disorders, including kidney and bladder stones, sexual stimulants, disinfectants, and reduced complications of diabetes and hypertension. So far, numerous human and animal studies have been conducted on the effect of sour tea on blood lipid profile. This article is based on the findings from PubMed, Scopus, ISI and Google Scholar databases. In this review study, studies on the effects of sour tea on blood lipid profile have been investigated. According to more studies in this field, this substance can probably improve blood lipid patterns, especially in diabetics. Sour tea also plays an important role in reducing the blood lipid profiles due to its antioxidant activity and the activity of antioxidant enzymes.

The quantitative and qualitative improvement of medical education requires managers aware of and qualified with the necessary skill and knowledge to lead a large number of faculty members, students, managers and staff at medical universities. Undoubtedly, university leaders have a high priority to improve the quality of education. The aim of the present study is to determine the role of visionary leadership as an effective strategy for improving the quality of the Iranian higher health education system. Therefore, developing leadership training programs and focusing on the development of visionary leadership skills in medical education and health systems are necessary. Data collection was done using articles published in the Google Scholar, Scopus, Sciences Direct, Magiran, SID databases. In this overview, the most important effective factors and the components of visionary leadership and the quality of health higher education in the books and related articles between 2000 and 2019 were applied using the key word in the title of visionary leadership, Educational Quality, University of Medical Sciences, and Higher Education. 55 out of 345 searched papers that had credible and reliable information were reviewed. The findings have shown that the increase of complexity in health service systems highly requires effective medical leaders to make decisions in the organization, but few doctors have been trained to work as effective leaders. Considering the emphasis of the faculty members and students on the effectiveness of a medical leader, as well as the need for faculty members and medical students to be familiar with the concepts of leadership and training them as effective leaders, it seems the effective presentation of leadership and management courses for the purpose of improving the educational quality during a medical education course or continuous educational courses is indispensable and leads to empowerment.

Nowadays, the problem of aging and its complications is very important, because for many years this group of people experiences a significant increase. The major problems of this cortex are psychological and depression from loneliness and lack of good leisure has caused many psychological problems in the elderly. Therefore, the aim of this review study is to investigate the issue of leisure time in the elderly and its impact on depression. In this overview, articles published in domestic and foreign journals in the Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, ISI (Web of Science), Iran Medex, Scopus, Shahbalaghi databases, years 1990 to 2018. Searching for articles was mainly done using the keywords of the elderly and the aging, leisure, depression and the equivalent of their English, Elderly and aging, Leisure, Depression. At the end of the search, 100 articles were obtained and finally 9 articles were included in the review. The stroke criterion was used to evaluate the quality of the articles. In this review study, 9 articles were investigated. In these articles, at first leisure time and its activities were examined and a complete definition of this variable was introduced. Then, considering the factors influencing the creation of better conditions for leisure time, its impact on depression in the elderly was discussed and the experiences of the elderly in this period were expressed to relieve depression. The results showed that the first issue faced by the elderly is the issue of passing old age. Because they have a lot of empty time ahead. So the theme of leisure is very important to them. Various methods have been developed to cover this period, according to the results of this study, the selection of new social responsibilities, the sharing of their experiences with others, narrative therapy, physical activity and regular exercise, the use of capabilities, the creation of activity New ones are the ones that fill the vacuum caused by leisure and reduce psychological problems and depression in this valuable community.
