Background and Aim: Today, new information and communication technologies in the field of cyberspace have become an important factor in mobilizing collective action and protest movements around the world. The telegraph messaging network is one of the most influential technologies. Considering the ethnic diversity in Iranian society and the positive and negative functions that followed, this research attempts to investigate the relationship between the telegram's messenger network and ethnic insurgents in Kermanshah province from the viewpoint of security police experts. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study was Kermanshah Provincial Public Information and Security Police (KPI) experts. The sample size was estimated to be 170 according to Krejcie and Morgan tables. Data were gathered by a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha = 0. 95) and analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation test. Findings and Results: The study showed that from the perspective of security police experts, four components of highlighting social and ethnic problems, ethnic cleavages, virtual campaigns and untrue information plans in relation to the Kurdish people through the telegraphic messenger by creating The tribal disturbances in Kermanshah Province have been reported. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt preventive and countermeasures to neutralize and manage this messenger.
