Abstract: 

The future of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran with Saudi Arabia and its possible dimensions is an issue that is very important for both the analysts and the political agents of both countries and effective other countries in western Asia. in this research we analyzed the future of these relations at the 2030 s time horizon. in this research we have obtained the probable scenarios in relations between the two countries with a combination of futures. in response to this question, what would be possible scenarios in the relations between iran and saudi arabia on the horizon of 2030? we have reached the top three scenarios: the end of the doubts, " constructive chaos " and " stand-up ", which depicts possible relations between the two countries. The increasing advance of the resistance axis ( the manufacturer 's chaos scenario ) or two fronts-with-a-hand scenario will be the highest possible in 2030. These scenarios do not include wild cards in the parties ' relations. we also investigated the possibility of implementation and the desirability of any scenario, as well as the scenarios with the current policy of the islamic republic of iran.

Abstract: 

The ability of a time management based futures research is one of the motivating factors in the education process of in-service education for organizations such as the Islamic Republic of Iran's military. In this regard, the present study has investigated the relationship between future-time based on time management and in-service training of employees. The type of applied research is descriptive-correlation method and the statistical population of the army personnel who are responsible for the training of employees and are engaged in the activities. Data were collected using a combination of questionnaire with reliability coefficient of 0. 77 and data analysis method at descriptive and inferential level using SPSS software. The findings of the research show that the ability of a forward-thinking study based on time management in the component of conceptual understanding, 3. 32, computational ability, 3. 53, perspective's morale 3. 44 and methodology 3. 49, Also, futures are based on employee time management of 3. 93, which are moderately higher. Coefficient of correlation is a combination of in-service training and conceptual understanding, computational ability, perspectives and methodology. Considering the importance of the personnel's role in the combat armament of the army and in accordance with the results of this research, it is possible to strengthen the use of the future-based ability of time-based education in the process of training in-service personnel of the army to promote the effectiveness and effectiveness of the educational objectives of the army. To improve and improve combat readiness, combat power and defense and deterrence of the army.

Abstract: 

In this present work, the approach of industries and research center of Armed-Force Islamic Republic of Iran and other countries in all over the world at the design and production of a variety of military equipment, related to ground motor vehicles, have been studied. Data collection and analysis were performed with comparative studies and descriptive statistics method (percent frequency), respectively. The results show that the Iran’ s qualitative approach in this area compared to its global approach and the developing countries of the world, has a good fit and a higher position, respectively. The main approach of Armed-Force Islamic Republic of Iran is to get the vision of improvement and updating of fire power of vehicle and the usage of this vision in design procedure and production of main battle tanks, armor personal carriers, and self-propelled guns. Abstract: 

In the futures century, it's impossible to imagine a world without air travel. every day airlines bring millions of passengers and goods between different countries and cities. in this process, the safety of flying airplanes has particular importance. different countries require advanced detection systems to identify their aerospace care for all flight targets. In many countries, the discovery process takes place using a variety of radars, and the identification process is carried out in a number of different ways, mainly by individuals specializing in spatial control centers, the main drawback of the current methods is the probability of occurrence of human decision making errors. therefore, it seems that considering the predictions and the increasing trend of air traffic, it is necessary to design fuzzy decision making and artificial intelligence software systems that can be used as decision makers in decision making in this area. accordingly, in this paper, using existing data as training, testing, validation and training information in the environment of the Tacachi-Sugeno interface fuzzy algorithm in MATLAB software environment, an optimal model for detection and identification processes is presented by the proposed system. the most important result of this study is to improve the detection and proper action of the flight targets by approximately 20%. given that the proposed algorithm has the ability to learn and predict trends due to the use of the knowledge base, it will be wider to apply in future missions.

Abstract: 

A spatial data infrastructure (SDI) is the technology, policies, standards and related activities necessary to acquire, distribute, use and preserve spatial data. An SDI is a coordinated series of agreements on technology standards, institutional arrangements, and policies that enable the discovery and use of geospatial information by users and for purposes other than those it was created for. Modeling and simulation can facilitate the development of SDI system in different level. This study aims to model the development of local SDI in defensive organization using the system dynamics technique. In this regard, the spatial data management parameters were identified and then three indicators; data security, spatial data standardization and participation units were determined. The indicators were simulated by Vensim software and model validation tests were done using by three categories of model Validation: Structural, structural-oriented behavior and behavior pattern tests. These models can be analyzing the system behavior in different conditions. The results show that the priority of the indicators for planning and policy-making are data security, participation units and then defensive spatial data standardization. At the end the important scenarios for each index and strategies to improve them were presented in the defensive organization in the medium term future.

Abstract: 

The rapid growth of military technology has had a dramatic impact on the shortening of the life cycle of defense products to deal with them, in the meantime, having the benefits of operational sustainability, autonomy, low cost, flexible design and keeping people away from danger, will have uavs as a solution to many future air challenges, which is why the world's armed forces are constantly struggling to keep their defense capabilities up to date with their equipment and weapons. On the other hand, there is an upward trend in the purchase and development of uavs, both armed and unarmed for most troops in the world. Given that this research is aimed at facilitating executive operations and also solving long-term challenges, the type of research has been combined in terms of its functional and cross-cutting purpose and the quantity and quality of research data collected simultaneously. In this research, anti-defense techniques with a futuristic approach have been used, and the importance of prioritization has been used as one of the future active methods of the future. Therefore, Based On the robust prioritization method and the use of experts' comments, The research identifies and evaluates current and future threats from uavs and lists 11 anti-drone products that are more effective against drone threats.
