The variety of uses of the word knowledge has complicated the meaning of the term. Consequently, there is no agreed understanding and definition of the term knowledge management. Just as there is disagreement over why knowledge management. This character, in a descriptive-analytical way, tries to explain the meaning of knowledge by examining the applications of knowledge, and what happens to knowledge management that makes it necessary to do so? After examining the nature of knowledge in the subjective and objective realm and its applications, it has studied knowledge management, which is an interdisciplinary subject, from different angles. And why knowledge management, based on standard strategies and solutions, and in summary, emphasizes the quality of knowledge management and dynamic management and scientific Ijtihad.

One of the words that has become common in the field of marital problems in recent years is the emotional divorce. In an emotional divorce, although the couple is legally married, in reality the hearts are separated and usually, there are high hatred, and discord between the couple. Emotional divorce, which is caused by specific personal, social, economic and cultural causes, itself result in other problems such as family disputes, psychological pressures, trauma and litigation, and formal and legal divorce. This study sought to find out whether emotional divorce is mentioned in jurisprudential sources or not. In this article with a study conducted in jurisprudential sources revealed that the word emotional divorce and in other words emotional separation, although is not in jurisprudential sources, in different jurisprudential chapters related to divorce and separation of couples can be finded words related to divorce. These words are: hatred in the relationship of the couple (including hatred of the husband from the wife, hatred of the wife from the husband or hatred of each spouse with the other), incontinence, schism, malice and the concern of jurisprudence in all these cases is to correct the existing relations in emotional divorce. The research method is library in terms of collection and descriptiveanalytical in terms of research method.

Belief in Mahdism is an Islamic belief and has always been considered since the time of the Holy Prophet. And it has been emphasized by His Majesty and religious leaders. This statement is confirmed by many narrations that Islamic sects and religions have quoted from the Prophet of Islam in connection with this belief. In those narrations, various terms and characteristics have been specified for Mahdism and the person of Imam Mahdi; Such as: Traditions that say: Hazrat Mahdi is one of the children of the Prophet and Fatima and from Atrat and he is absent. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is one of the Ahlul Bayt of the Prophet and from his family; Jesus comes at the time of the advent of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and prays behind him; With his emergence, justice will be spread on earth and. . . Recognition of these terms and their classification is one of the most important achievements of this article, which has been done in a descriptive and analytical manner, using Sunni hadith sources and texts. Therefore, explaining the system of Mahdavi terms and their classification from the perspective of Sunni narrations is one of the most important goals pursued in this article and this can be considered as the innovation of this research in the field of Mahdavi studies with emphasis on knowledge management.

One of the important topics in the philosophy of jurisprudence is the structure of the science of jurisprudence. The theory that this article seeks to prove is that the late jurists (15th lunar century) were influenced by the science of law and, moreover, suggested jurisprudential structures governing law. Some structures are jurisprudential structures that are embedded on the relationship between the two sciences and are behavior-based. So far, these structures have not been evaluated and their advantages and disadvantages have not been examined. The achievement of the discussion of these structures is to depict the new approach of jurists to the science of law and the type of use and interaction of jurisprudence with law in the structure of jurisprudence and shows the approximation of the structure of jurisprudence to the structure of law; Something never seen before. In this research, by analytical and critical method, three of the most important jurisprudential structures related to jurisprudence are examined and criticized, which are the structure of Shahid Sadr, the structure of Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi, and the structure of Ayatollah Araki.

The aim of the research was to estimate the effects of acquiring, storing, sharing and applying knowledge on religion-based knowledge management in the first step and to design a model for the religionbased knowledge management process using structural equation modeling method, at least partial squares in the second step. The research method was survey and the type of correlation schemes was path analysis and structural equation modeling. The research was performed using Delphi technique. The statistical population of the study consisted of religious experts and experts. Sampling was in purposeful method. 10 religious experts were selected as the main sample. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling (SEM), partial least squares (Smart PLS 3. 3) was used to create the measurement model and draw the structural relationship model. In this section were used the extracted mean variance, Cronbach’ s alpha, combined reliability, divergent validity, convergent validity, differential validity, R2, Q2 and GOF indices. The results of the partial least squares test indicated that the research hypotheses were confirmed and based on this, the measurement model and the structural model were statistically appropriate. The results showed that the process of knowledge management of religion foundation includes acquiring, storing, sharing and applying knowledge and this process had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Islamic knowledge management on the development of human capital by considering the mediating role of Islamic work ethic among faculty members of Ilam public universities. The research method is descriptive and also in terms of purpose is in the category of applied research. The statistical population of the study includes all members of the faculty of Ilam public universities, which is a total of 502 people. The statistical sample of the study was 215 people using simple Morgan table. Standard and researcher-made questionnaires have been used to collect information that the reliability of which has been confirmed. In order to document the results of statistical analysis and provide final solutions, the researcher has analyzed the questions using the statistical method using SPSS software and the hypotheses have been tested using correlation and regression indices. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between different dimensions of Islamic knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge documentation, knowledge storage and knowledge sharing) and human capital development considering the mediating role of Islamic work ethic in Ilam public universities.
