Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of search and rescue operations in order to improve airborne assistance at the 4th Air Base of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, it is purposeful, applied and in terms of type, method and descriptive nature / case. The statistical population includes all the pilots and the Rescue Team of the 4th Airborne Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with 30 people (in total). Interviews, questionnaires and library studies were used as a tool for data collection. The findings of the research confirm that the use of different methods of search and rescue and the equipping of helicopters with new equipment will have a significant impact on improving the performance of airborne assistance at this base. The results of the quantitative analysis indicate that 76% of the sample population believe that each of the indicators of the use of optic and thermometric methods to improve the performance of aids in the 4th Air Base of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran Iran are effective. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the performance of the 4th Air Force Base Airborne Aid in the direction of the search and rescue, the rescue helicopters should be equipped with optical and thermometer cameras and, which the way of use will be at the end of the article.

Abstract: 

Combat power is the power of fighting, which is the hardware, software and supreme factors that make up its dimensions. Nonlinear warfare has recently entered military literature and war is far from its subcategory. Which indicates imbalance in the martial power of the parties involved and has a hard, complex, and uncertain operational environment. Fighting software is not a little bit intangible, but it is one of the most influential and determining factors in the fate of each war. In the forthcoming research, the intent and intention of the researchers is to elaborate the elements of martial law-making capabilities and prioritize them in an uneasy war. Therefore, the main question of the research that the researchers are trying to answer is the following: What are the priorities of the software for combat power in an uneven war? The general purpose of this research is to explain the priority of combat power software software in an unpleasant war. The type of applied research and its method is descriptive with mixed approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of commanders and successors of Nazaja and regional military units. Data collection was done through documents, interviews and questionnaires. The ranking of the elements of the martial law-fighting software was used to compare the data and to use SPSS software. The results of the research showed that its upper limit was related to education with a mean of 4. 49 and its lowest level Relative to partial assistance with an average of 3. 53.

Abstract: 

This research with title “ Civil liability due to air crashes of Military flights” seeks to investigate and explain the Criminal liability of the military pilots and their responsibility for the occurrence of air accidents and the entry of injury to the people and their facilities. Due to the inadequacy of the general rules of criminal liability in this area, the researcher tried to draw up a specific system of liability in this area inspired by the conventions relating to air accident rights, such as the Warsaw Convention, to protect these rules and support the people who receive injuries. The mythology of research was qualitative and use from thematic analysis. The statistical population included books and documents that sample were also considered to be similar to the community. The study said that, in the event of an air crash and the occurrence of injuries to third parties, the government, as the flight operations employer, and the pilots, have criminal liability as drivers of aircraft vehicles. Although the government's responsibility for such injuries is not due to the government's fault but criminal liability of the pilots will be subject to their own fault. In addition, pilots can be prosecuted if they commit one of the criminal blame under the Islamic Penal Code such as causing personal injury through. Abstract: 

Through the history and after more than 58 years, the use of outer space for military purpose has always been the first priority for many countries during the beginning of the space age to achieve space science and technology. Today, these activities have led to the militarization and weaponization of outer Space and have set severe security challenges to countries. Islamic Republic of Iran due to different reasons is facing these threats increasingly. Therefore, this study aimed to address assess I. R. Iran's military security threats and there solutions with futures studies approach. In this regard, we have extracted the 14 threats and 16 solutions in two dimensions of space active defensive and space deterrence using by studying the literature and doing exploratory deep interview. Then the impact of the threats and solutions on I. R. Iran's military security was calculated by questionnaire. The results showed that the threats of Identify vital and strategic military areas and signal intelligence collection with 4. 05 and 3. 90 weighted means and the solutions of utilizing other strategic areas and the development of military doctrine for the acquisition and development of defense space technology with 4. 10 and 4. 00 weighted means have the highest impact in I. R. Iran's military security. This results should be considered in planning and policymaking of I. R. Iran's defense system in medium-term future.

Abstract: 

The making of modern radar systems using advanced radar techniques and the simultaneous implementation of modern and effective electronic protection capabilities is a serious threat to the electronic attack systems. The most effective used tracking technique is the monopulse tracking technique that most radar systems, including S-300, S-400, Patriot and etc. are currently using this method. The inherent properties of this kind of tracking technique, along with electronic protection techniques such as ARGPO, phase array, frequency agility, etc., have made it a major challenge for electronic attack systems. This has led to a number of electronic warfare articles and articles that cover various types of electronic attack techniques affecting monopulse radar and various analyzes. Each of these electronic attack techniques is based on structural radar weaknesses or by inspiration from physical phenomena such as glint and multi-paths. In this paper, a variety of tracking techniques are introduced first and then the monopulse tracking technique is investigated. Further, with regard to the strengths and weaknesses of the monopulse radar detector, various types of electronic attack techniques that can affect the performance of the monopulse radar are expressed. First, the technique of cross-polarization jamming, and then expandable and towed decoys are introduced and, at the end of the cross-eye jamming technique, is introduced. In each section, after the electronic attack technique is described, advantages and disadvantages are also presented. It should be noted that the implementation and application of the exact and appropriate technique will affect the outcome very much.

Abstract: 

Development of human resources is a process that can provide the conditions for the needs and strategic orientations of organizations and by applying the necessary measures and measures that will activate the competences and potential of human resources, and then serve the achievement of the goals and implement the programs of the organizations. Today, according to the orders of the Supreme Leader, defense is a priority, air defense units should be given special attention, so the empowerment of officers is of particular importance. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of explaining the factors affecting the ability of officers of the Army Ground Force Army Air Defense Battalions. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of aerial combat battalion officers on the basis of a hybrid approach. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The hypothesis test was analyzed using SPSS software and ki2 correlation test. The results showed that individual factors such as level of education, control center, self-esteem, management style on the ability of the Army Ground Force air defense battalion officers have great influence, group factors, group effectiveness, group's importance, intrapersonal trust, group perception of their influence on managers on the ability of officers The Air Force air defense battalions have a lot of influence. Organizational factors Ambiguity in the role, access to resources, place of person in the organizational hierarchy has a significant influence on the ability of officers of the Ground Force air defense battalions.

Abstract: 

Identity and cultural identity are among the major issues in cultural studies and cultural sociology in all societies, especially Communities are in transition. Today, the major social thinkers in the world, in the light of the rapid and flourishing developments of the modern age, have been discussing the problem or identity issue in their literature, and, in particular, the place of culture has spoken in offensive and defensive strife. One way to address this issue in Iran, the effective and strategic thinking intellectual, cultural, social and political space of Iranian society. Understanding Islamic Reading-As one of the main currents after the Islamic Revolution, which became the hegemonic force from its cultural identity and its opposites, it can provide a suitable platform for policymakers, administrators and strategic guards of the model of cultural lines in defense discourse. This article, using the method of discourse analysis and selecting the thought of Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei as the chosen speaker, seeks to explain the pattern of cultural identity and its main repercussions it is assumed that cultural identity, as a defense discourse, seeks to overcome rival currents.
