Abstract: 

Today, unity and cooperation in international relations are of great importance due to the extensive communication between countries and the globalization process. The Caspian Sea is very important in maritime transport. The seabed network is located between its major ports, and each of these paths is of particular communication and economic importance to the countries of the sonnet Securing shipping lines is one of the naval tasks of any country that may be carried out in the form of military cooperation between the countries of the sea. The purpose of this natural research is the cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran with its neighbors. Military Interaction Practiced in Securing Shipping Lines in the Fields of TerrorismThe data of this study were analyzed at both qualitative and quantitative levels. Abstract: 

Climate in all human activities, including military activities has a major impact. Climate factors that military plans, tactics and doctrines, command, select troops, military equipment, clothing, logistics, maintenance, development and support will be affected. In this study, to evaluate the climatic comfort of troops in west Azerbaijan province was used as an index of physiological equivalent temperature. Purpose of the stations in the region, which has 7 stations throughout the period of over 25years (1985-2009) were selected. The data on climatic parameters including air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, cloud and vapor pressure during the day and hourly were received. Heat and cold stress conditions, climate and comfort in the days and months of the year were assessed by using the PET. The results showed that in the Highlands parts of Province (western and south-east), with the exception of June, July, August and September there are cold stress for the activities of the armed forces. If the Low height areas (eastern parts) between the months of April to November, there are favorable conditions for the activities of the armed forces, But in the months of November to April due to cold stress state conditions are not favorable for troops. Thermal stresses in the province has been very limited and happening only during the months of July and August in Low height areas.

Abstract: 

Awareness of military and security strategies against foreign threats has been taken into consideration since the beginning of the formation of civilizations. military geography has been a leading and decisive science in all scenes, conflicts and international conflicts, and some of the conquerors of the commanders have called geography warlords. Today, military geomorphology has emerged as a modern science of merit and applicability in political and international crises, and a close connection has been made between geopolitical knowledge, military science and geomorphology. In this research, using the information, statistics, maps, satellite images, the role of geomorphology in the formulation of military, defense and security strategies was evaluated. According to the study, it was determined that any military, defense and security strategy implementation without geomorphologic analysis is condemned to failure. Therefore, using digital and high-altitude (DEM) models, military geomorphologic maps, geographic information system (GIS) ), Remote sensing (RS), Route optimization, and Site Selection, the View Shed design is mandatory for any offensive and defensive operations.

Abstract: 

The high yield, cost-effectiveness and living nature of biological agents that Biological Threats of the American Occupation of the Quds Regime and Providing an Appropriate Solution to these Threats in Iran. cause dispersal and proliferation in the contaminated area and area are among the features that make countries more attractive to these agents. In this paper, we have tried to explain the threats and their consequences by using library resources in the first step of bioterrorism and in the next step to provide appropriate solutions in order to prepare for national threats and internal security. The statistical population includes all the available documents and has been studied in full. The purpose of this study is applied research and descriptive-analytical research method and systematic analysis. Therefore, defense against the potentially debilitating effects of an attack requires awareness of the epidemiological principles of biological warfare, and fuller awareness of all aspects of these weapons is needed to ensure the security of the nation.

Abstract: 

With the growing of various technologies, traditional warfare has gradually become a full-fledged war in which economic, biological, technical, demographic, and so on capacities are under unified management, command and control. Evolutionary theories of the war have one common thing; they study and consider the role of command in the evolution of warfare through a developmental process based on milestones in the history of human civilization. As the complexities of today's world make phenomena complex and multifaceted, so too is war because of its fundamental nature and character, and today's hybrid warfare has become the focus of scholars on the role of C4I in modern military and strategic literature. The researches are ongoing. Therefore, explaining the basics, principles, characteristics, and objectives of the hybrid warfare and their type of command and control (the purpose of the research) as instances of future wars (in terms of importance and necessity) is one of the requirements that can be prioritized in major military policy. This paper, with an ontological approach, examines the characteristics of generations of war from the command's point of view, and concludes that combined warfare is a sophisticated and sophisticated form of warfare on a national scale due to new threats and the complexity of their nature; Command and control at various levels and strategies for implementing them in these areas is essential and that is why the management and guidance of resources under these conditions requires command and control at the national level.

Abstract: 

Due to the importance of flight safety, recognizing the factors affecting the occurrence of accidents and incidents is one of the major goals of the aeronautical industry. In considering the causes of the occurrence of air affairs on the role of human factors is highly emphasized, among the factors that are involved in the occurrence of air accidents can be the stress and psychological pressures of various industry experts, including flight care. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between hardiness and occupational stress among flight care personnel. For this purpose, the study population of this study was a working flight control staff in the province of Tehran, from which 50 people were selected through random sampling. Data were collected from the Flip Job Stress Questionnaire and the Kobasa Hardship Questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between job stress and hardiness between the two variables. Using the step-by-step model, the relationship between control components, challenges and commitment separately was investigated with job stress.

Abstract: 

The Internet of Things (IoT) is undeniably transforming the way that organizations communicate and organize everyday businesses and industrial procedures. Its adoption has proven well suited for sectors that manage a large number of assets and coordinate complex and distributed processes. This survey analyzes the great potential for applying IoT technologies (i. e., data-driven applications or embedded automation and intelligent adaptive systems) to revolutionize modern warfare and provide benefits similar to those in industry. It identifies scenarios where Defense and Public Safety (PS) could leverage better commercial IoT capabilities to deliver greater survivability to the warfighter or first responders, while reducing costs and increasing operation efficiency and effectiveness. This article reviews the main tactical requirements and the architecture, examining gaps and shortcomings in existing IoT systems across the military field and mission-critical scenarios. The review characterizes the open challenges for a broad deployment and presents a research roadmap for enabling an affordable IoT for defense and PS. There are also suggestions for implementing a remote-controlled power supply disconnect device for use in military and combat environments using electronic relays. The main objective of this article is to help identify the technology of the Internet of Things and use it in various parts of the military and combat environments.
