Abstract: 

The dairy industry in Iran is one of the most important markets with high diversity of innovation, as well as the scientific advancements in this highly competitive and full of turbulence environment, So for each company to enter the dairy market and its continuous longevity, it is necessary to develop a series of indicators such as innovation identifying opportunities and threats of the company, innovation in customer satisfaction, risk management, innovation in product presentation, service and product quality, flexibility ability to structure and refine processes and organize and enhance the productivity of human resources, business intelligence, innovation in the market and the analysis of the status of competitors, in order to easily adapt to environmental changes. Certainly identifying the dimensions and components of organizational innovation in these companies can be a guarantee for the fulfillment of the above cases. For this purpose, in this research, for identifying the dimensions and components of organizational innovation in active dairy cooperative companies with using a qualitative method based on library studies and the predecessor of the research and survey of experts, through the provision and distribution of a questionnaire and performing a fuzzy Delphi test, 32 components Organizational innovation was identified. After completing the phase of fuzzy Delphi, 23 components were selected which earned a score above 7. 71, and ranked in four dimensions of product innovation, administrative innovation, process innovation, and marketing innovation. Finally, the status of the components of the research variables was verified aspect of being normal, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of extension agronomic techniques using the societal experimentation evaluation model in the Peyvand rural production cooperative in the Aqqala Township in the Golestan province. The population included N=345 of farmers who were members in the cooperative as well as N=1104 of farmers who were not members. The sampling method was multi-stage random sampling, in which n=220 of farmers’ member in cooperative and n=200 of farmers’ non-member in cooperative were selected as the sample of the study. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha for attitude and skill dimensions 0. 92 and 0. 84, respectively. The results showed that extension agronomic techniques improved the attitude of farmers’ member in land preparation and planting, growing and crop harvest and increased their knowledge and skills in this field. The results of the mean comparison showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups of farmers’ member and farmers’ non-member in cooperative in terms of knowledge, attitude and skill in land preparation and planting, growing and harvesting of agricultural products and in addition, extension agronomic techniques could improve farmers’ attitudes about land preparation and planting operations, and also could improve their knowledge and skills. The results of Friedman test showed that extension agronomic techniques had the most effect on knowledge and had the least impact on the field of land preparation and planting, growing and harvesting operations, on farmers’ member in cooperative.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the acquisition of competitive advantage of cooperative companies in Khuzestan province for the development of cooperative markets. The statistical population of this research was all managers of companies and employees of production cooperatives in Khuzestan province. Using Morgan table and random sampling method, 267 samples were estimated. After distributing the questionnaire and reviewing the returned questionnaires, 147 questionnaires could be used. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using structural equation modeling tests by partial least squares method. The results of this research show that, on one hand, factors of the effectiveness of HRM, organizational reputation, technology status, and quality are the most important factors of competitive advantage of production cooperatives. On the other hand, advertising, customer orientation, and innovation did not have a role in creating the competitive edge. A review of the side effects of the research showed that sales was one of the main challenges of the production cooperatives, which was highly influenced by the competitive advantage factors discussed in this study and the success in which can be affect business sustainability. Therefore, having a competitive advantage could have a significant effect on this important and functional variable.

Abstract: 

Today, the common belief is that farmers must be organized in a variety of local and regional groups to achieve food security and the development of local communities. But this requires changing the attitude of some farmers towards membership in cooperatives, creating and strengthening their motivation and satisfying some of their needs through agricultural cooperatives. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the Barriers to membership of wheat farmers of Ilam Province to join agricultural production cooperatives by investigating the Participants' Minds using Q Methodology. The philosophical framework of this research is a kind of interpretive – positivism paradigm. Participants of study included 12 distinguished farmers, specialist and experts with knowledge in agricultural production cooperative matters. The Concourse of study was compiled from two main sources of literature review and in-depth interviews. Forty-nine Phrases were selected as Q Phrase. The distribution analysis showed that six distinct mental patterns can be identified among the participants which explains (86. 08) percent of the total variance. The most explained variance was related to the first mental pattern with score (19. 73). Barriers of the willingness of wheat farmers to join agricultural production cooperatives were identified and prioritized according to six distinct mental patterns. Finally, the mental models were named and interpreted metaphorically and, respectively, with the titles believers in the absence of infrastructure-politics (19. 73), believers in economic-motivational challenges (18. 99), believers in the absence of educational-cultural structures (18. 44), believers in the lack of entrepreneurial spirit in agricultural cooperatives (10. 81), believers in the absence of management – supportive structures (9. 049) " and believers in individual parameters (personality) (9. 046).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was comparison power of theories of planned behavior and norm-activation model in predicting palm owners’ behavior in Dashtestan Township and determination of factors affecting on water conservation. In this research, data have been collected with questionnaire and through survey research. Validity was gained by a panel of expert approved and its reliability was confirmed through coefficient (Cronbach’ s) alpha (0. 70-0. 86). Population consisted of palm owners’ who were Dashtestan Township by using multistage random sampling technique, 300 individuals palm owners’ were selected Dashtestan Township. The findings showed that the variables normactivation theory with predicting 24 percent of palm owners’ behavior in relation to water conservation than the variables planned behavior theory with predicting 45 percent of palm owners’ behavior in relation to water conservation was less powerful.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate the performance and to understand the effects of the formation of this system on the economic and social characteristics in the Township of Kiyar in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This study included 28 cooperative companies and 126 operators. The study objective was applied and research method is descriptive – analytical. Singlesample T-test, Chi-square and Pearson correlation. The required information has collected on the basis of documentary methods and field study. results showed fragmentation of agricultural land was one of the most important problems in our case study and all of the 28 agricultural cooperatives companies have divided lands between their beneficiaries (The average area of land was 3 hectares and its distribution was 5 points). Water resources productivity was not favorable for cooperatives, and only 15% of cooperatives used modern irrigation practices. In terms of economic satisfaction, the indicators of employment improvement, land quality, satisfaction with water distribution and land division satisfaction were higher than average (2. 5). On the contrary, in terms of optimal use of water resources, satisfaction of incomes and expenses, damages and, responses were less than the average (2. 5). In the social context, the performance of cooperatives was relatively appropriate, so that the indicators of land acquisition by qualified individuals, increasing social solidarity, preventing immigration and were higher than the average (2. 5) And female employment indicators, financial participation of cooperative members was close to the average. In physical indicators, such as distance from cooperatives to village, co-location locator, access satisfaction and were well-evaluated and responses were higher than the average (2. 5). In total, the average of social indicators is 3. 2, the average of economic indicators was 2. 3 and the average physical indicators were 1. 3.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the performance of rural cooperatives in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces. Research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature, descriptive-analytical. The population consisted of all members of rural production cooperatives in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province (N=7644). To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and based on this, the sample size was (n=365). A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was determined through a panel of experts including the faculty members of the Agricultural Management Department of Gachsaran branch. The reliability of the Coranbach Alpha test was estimated to be (0. 88). In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, mean, median, mode and percent frequency were used. In the inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov test, Pearson correlation test and multivariate regression were used. The results of correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant relationship between social responsibility variables, social solidarity at the level of 99% and the variables of social participation, social trust at 95% level. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between the soil management variables at the level of 99% and the variables of water management and management of chemical inputs at the 95% level. The results of multivariate regression test showed that the components of social factors, social responsibility, social solidarity, social participation, social trust, soil management, water management and management of chemical inputs in total 66 percent of changes in dependent variable of research.
