The main purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting on success of dairy farmers cooperatives in Kouhdasht Township, Iran. Statistical population was 600 members of the cooperatives dairy farmers in Kouhdasht Township, that 234 person were selected as a sample by using Krejcie and Morgan Table and with cluster sampling. The research instrument was researcher made questionnaire that was validated and confirmed by a panel of faculty members at Tarbiat Modares University, Department of agricultural extension and education and its reliability was gained using the Cronbach's alpha test. The reliability score was confirmed higher than 0. 76 for all parts of the questionnaire. A factor analysis was used for measuring the success of dairy farmer’ s cooperatives. The results showed the most important factors influencing the success of dairy farmers cooperative included five components; Knowledge-motivational, Supportive, Economic capabilities, communication and Educational Factors, The amount of cumulative variance explained by the five factors was 55. 84.

The purpose of this study was to identify the students’ attitude toward components and barriers to establish the Entrepreneurship College at Shiraz University. The study carried out among undergraduate students of the College of Agriculture at Shiraz University. A multi-stage stratified random sampling was used to collect data from 191 students using questionnaire. The Face Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by agricultural extension and education experts. The results showed that there were significant differences between the members and non-members of cooperative in components of an entrepreneurship college, so that cooperative members showed components integrated entrepreneurial activity, college social entrepreneurial environment, identify and create opportunities and entrepreneurial culture of college was more important to create Entrepreneur College. According to Borich model, identifying and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs was an important component in creating Entrepreneurship College. Science and technology parks and incubators were suggested to support the students and teachers in order to the improvement of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activities. Providing counseling services centers in entrepreneurship education for students were suggested as well.

The main purpose of this descriptive-correlational research was to identify the factors influencing on Managerial ability of administrators and board of directors of agricultural production cooperatives. The statistical population consisted of all administrators and board of directors of agricultural production cooperatives in Harsin Township (N=444). Samples were selected using stratified sampling technique (n= 206). Based on findings, the managerial ability of respondents was at moderate level. The locus of control of the majority was internal. It means that they attribute their successes and failures to themselves. Based on exploratory factor analysis the main managerial styles of participants were regulated, inefficient and participatory. The most important factors affecting on managerial ability were locus of control, educational level, goal of cooperation and sustainability and participatory management style.

The present study has done with the purpose of feasibility of establishing water association cooperatives in Guilan province using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP). The research method was descriptive and the data were collected by survey technique using purposive sampling method. Considering the background of participatory organization and systems three of them; traditional system, production cooperative and rural cooperative were used as competitor options using library research and paying attention to data analysis technique and selecting the best option for participatory irrigation systems, three main criteria were recognized as social, economic and attitudinal of exploiters. In addition, four sub-criteria were recognized for each of mentioned criteria. After that the hierarchical structure of the research was drawn and according to that three types of questionnaire were complied. In the next step, a list of experts and connoisseurs (connoisseur and harbinger experts) who had educations or occupational experience related to the research topic was made and among them 22 people were selected for filling out the questionnaire. Finally the results analysis was done by Super Decision software. The results showed that due to all of the studied criteria and sub-criteria in the research production cooperative system with the final weight of 0. 421 had the highest priority so was considered as the best option for planning of the participatory irrigation system in order to form water association. Next to that traditional system with the final weight of 0. 306 had the second priority and rural cooperative with the final weight of 0. 273 had the 3rd priority. On the other hand, social sub-criteria had the most effect on traditional system and economic and attitudinal sub-criteria had the most effect on production cooperative.

This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting sustainable development of agricultural production from the viewpoints of Naghadeh Township cooperative members. A survey method was used to conduct this research. This research was a descriptive-correlational study. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the population included members of agricultural production cooperatives of Naghadeh Township (N=778). The sampling method was stratified random sampling 260 selected members. The validity of the questionnaire was gained througha panel of experts in the department of agricultural extension and education at Tarbiat Modares University. Furthermore, in order to assess the reliability of the research tool, Cronbach's Alpha test was used. The value of Cronbach's Alpha test for different parts of the questionnaire was between 0. 78 and 0. 82. Statistical tests used in this study were, Spearman, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of correlation analysis showed that age, location, historical membership, education and socio-cultural, personality, educational-extensional, managerial, economic, politics, and environmental factors had significant relationship with the dependent variables. The results of multiple-regressionrevealed that between variousvariables, five variables such as: personality, Managerial, age, social-cultural and economic had greatest impact on sustainable development of agricultural productioninNaghadeh Township cooperatives. Collectively 52. 6 percent of dependent variable was explained.

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the effective economic factors in entrepreneurship development of agricultural corporations in Tehran province. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The population included 260 members of agricultural cooperatives in Tehran province. A sample of 260 individuals was selected by using Cochran formula. The main research tool was a questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by measuring the Cronbach alpha α =0. 92. The research dependent variable was entrepreneurship development of agricultural cooperatives. The results of the study showed that the majority of the respondents (40. 4%) believed that the effect economic factors in entrepreneurship development of agricultural cooperatives was at a high range and the most important economic factor in developing entrepreneurship of agricultural cooperatives included transparent economical activities and appropriate tax regulations.
