This study was conducted in order to assess agricultural applied-scientific modules skills of rural women's cooperatives in Tehran province. The research was descriptive and was implemented through a survey. Using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) Table a stratified random sampling method was used to select 150 rural women of cooperatives. Due to the limited number of experts, all of 30 experts participated in this study. This study was carried out in two steps. In the first step, women’ s educational needs were identified from their own perspectives by the use of Borich-based questionnaire. Results of this step indicated that 17 educational needs had the highest priority “ computer and internet” , “ modern ways of packaging” , and “ entrepreneurship and self-employment” . In the second step in order to determine the congruence level of women and experts regarding the women's educational needs, Quadrant model was used. Results indicated that majority of needs are matched from the women and experts perspectives. In order to make educational program effective, it is necessary to pay attention to women and experts' perspectives, and this can be achieved possible by using Borich and Quadrants model of educational needs assessment.

This research aimed to study the effect of social support and quality of work life on the mental empowerment of staff in Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare in Kerman. For data collection, library and field study method were both employed, So that in the library method with studying accurate and updated resources, and in the field study method with referring directly to studied population, questionnaires were distributed among the subjects and the data were collected and analyzed. The population consisted of all employees in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare in Kerman. A data collection tool in this study was a standard questionnaire. To check the reliability, Cronbach’ s alpha coefficients were used. Based on the purpose of the study a descriptive – correlational research method was used. The model has been studied using structural equation modeling and lisrel software. The findings showed that social support had significant positive influence on quality of work life and psychological empowerment of the employees. Also, social support through the mediating role of quality of working life had a significant positive effect on their mental empowerment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze hierarchy process in prioritized ranking of factors affecting the success of rural cooperatives and cooperatives ranking in the province based on various factors. The population included 110 rural cooperatives Lorestan Province. The research method used in this study was a quantitative survey method. Data were collected through check lists, also, questionnaires and interviews with managers of rural Lorestan cooperatives were implemented. Selected respondents for targeted, class and took quota and data analyze the information by Expert Choice software, Excel and SPSS (V20) were performed. The results of external and internal measures of pair-wise comparison showed that among the External and internal factors the variables regulations, professional features, finance, relationships with other organizations-and the use of funds, human capital, competition, individual attributes, physical capital and cooperative experience had the greatest impact on the success of the cooperative the province.

The present study was carried out to examine the role of agricultural cooperatives in the alleviation of rural poverty in Ilam Province. Statistical population was composed of the members of agricultural cooperatives who lived in rural areas of Ilam Province (N = 2976). Sample size was estimated to be 196 subjects using Cochran’ s formula. Sampling was carried out by stratified random sampling method. The main research instrument was a questionnaire which validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and the reliability was estimated by Cronbach's alpha as to be 0. 70. It was found that the services provided by agricultural cooperatives (credit, production inputs supply, agricultural marketing and education-extension) had significant relationship with rural poverty alleviation. As regression model revealed, credit services, production inputs supply, agricultural marketing services and educationextension services as well as age and length of membership in agricultural cooperatives accounted for 80. 9% of the dependent variable of rural poverty alleviation. Furthermore, among model’ s variables, agricultural marketing services were the main contributor to total variance of the dependent variable.

Knowledge of what farmers do in response to these events can broaden adaptation options and improve resilience within the sector, Among other dimensions it is assumed that psychological issues play an important role in predicting farmers’ intentions and actual responses, In this context, a study was carried out to identify the most prominent drivers of, and impediments to, drought adaptation, using social cognitive theory, A sample of 233 farmers who were members of agriculture cooperative in Dehloran, Illam was selected through a multi-stage random sampling method, The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of experts, The reliability of the main scales of the questionnaires’ was examined by Cronbach Alpha coefficients, which ranged from 0, 65 to 0, 83, indicated the instrument was reliable, Findings revealed that farmers’ intention to responses of drought was predicted mainly by self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, extrinsic perceived behavioral control and behavior of other friends, Moreover, outcome expectancy and intention were the determinant of farmers’ actual responses to drought, These findings provided recommendations on factors important to adaptation with drought among farmers in Iran,

Transaction costs of agricultural enterprises are an affective factor on product cost price, net exchange price and farmer’ s participation in market. The aim of this survey research was to examine the role of agricultural cooperatives in reducing the transaction costs of Potato production enterprises in Qurveh Township. The sample size (351) was obtained by Bartlet Table and the sampling method was Multistage Cluster. For data collection questioners have been used which its validity was verified by viewpoints of panel of experts and reliability by Tests-Retest. The results showed that farmers cooperative members are facing with lower transaction costs(41%) and their participation in markets outside the province have increased significantly. the variable of membership in the cooperatives could be entered in the Probit model to estimate the farmers participation in relevant market. On the other hand, transaction costs included the cost of information and measurement, significantly entered in the Logit model to estimate the membership of farmers in the cooperatives. Also, index of relations network, cost price and transaction volume were entered into the model.

The purpose of this study is to specific financing cooperatives to attend in private-public contribution. The research method was qualitative and phenomenological method. The population of the study was senior managers in cooperative section that 10 people were selected by using principle of saturation and semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed by coding and the reliability and validity was calculated by three criteria of acceptability, confidence and confirmatory. Discussion was about negative and positive of the new financing methods including profit cooperative securities, finance, and collective and mortgage financing. The findings showed that the best financing methods were profit cooperative securities and collective financing which had the most positive points and the leas negative points.
