The present article is an attempt to study Imam Khomeini's views concerning this issue with reference to a new definition of democracy. Moreover, it is argued that though in Imam khomeini's view the form and patterns of popular democracy is absent, it possesses the components and main elements of democracy.

Since there are many discussions on the role of morality in jurisprudence and law, the author tries to make a comparison between jurisprudence and law with reference to their conceptual and judgmental origins so that to explore the relation between jurisprudence and law synoptically. The issues pertaining to the philosophy of law including the place of morality in laws or their relation have always been the matter of discussion. This article will deal with this issue in brief. There are differences of views among people concerning the morality and this standards. Yet these differences pertains to practical field rather than the nature of principles and moral norms.

This article is an attempt to study briefly the views of western thinkers including the Marxists in comparison with Muslim thinkers concerning the role of personality in history with reference to the views of Imam Khomeini concerning politics and social changes. The main question raised by this article is that whether personalities or heroes play the main role in historical changes or social conditions can change their fate with relying on heroes or both of them together can change the historical conditions. The question is that by which theory can we explain the advent of the great Islamic revolution in Iran and its peerless leadership and the outbreak of certain conditions at global level.

In the epistemology of social science, the method of the analysis of discourse enjoys a special place today and a great deal of social phenomenon are viewed from the perspectives of the analysis of discourse. The author of this article tries to study the concept of discourse and its analysis in postmodern views particularly in Foucault's views and analysis Islamic Revolution on the bases of this method. The assumption of this discourse is that the revolutionary movement of the people of Iran as a text was not the outcome of a particular discourse but in the process of this movement various discourses are involved. As a result Islamic Revolution has many common points with a postmodern movement.

Islamic views concerning international law in spite of being reflected in practical life of the prophet and its historical background as recorded in certain books unfortunately have not been treated in main fiqhi books befittingly. What made this issue necessary more than anything pertains to the important fiqhi effects of the titles of dar al-Islam and dar al-kufr. It is clear that these effects will be subject matter if such concepts become clear. So the author of this article tries to work out a rule or law in order to recognize dar al-Islam and dar al-kufr and their distinction from the point of views of jurisprudents.

The author of this article tries to make a comparative study of silence from the perspectives of Wittgenstein and Imam Khomeini. This article contains three parts as follows: First a synopsis of Wittgenstein have been treated to show that how did Wittgenstein start his work as a logician in the course of which he distinguished the meaningful and meaningless matters. And transferred it from the narrow scope of logic to other fields. Second, with reference to certain Hadith the views of Islamic thinkers concerning silence have been discussed. At the end it is concluded that whether or not there is any similarity between these two views.

Generally speaking, those groups who share the common culture and structure and enjoy the same language, and tradition and live in a given place, are called a nation. People is a general name given to. a group of human society and is a historical and natural phenomena as well. There are differences of view concerning the concept of nation and nationalism.In Imam khomeini's view, the mast important factor behind the realization of nationalism is a value system based on a world view. Given to such approach Imam khomeini is of the view that in realization and establishment of Islamic nations. Value system based on a world view plays the important role. In this approach nationalism an today's sense in disapproved. Accordingly, the efficiency of nation in Imam khomeini's view is intertwined with divine motivation and such nation is deserved to. be served. In other words, Imam khomeini considered himself as the servant of such people and believed in the management of the hearts as a duty. Naturally such management which is based on a divine motivation depends on the convergence of the administrators with people in various methods. Some of these methods are as follows: to prevent the dissatisfaction of people in the organizations, to act upon Islamic criterion, to have a compromising approach with people, to share them in affairs. The leader of the Revolution materized these paints after putting them forward.
