Political Islam as one of the important political currents had important impact upon the world particularly upon the Islamic countries. This article is an attempt to explore the backgrounds of the origination of the concept of political Islam as a conceptual category with reference to the views of three thinkers in this field. It does not mean that they share the same views. The author of the article tries to depict the preliminary backgrounds that paved the way for the advent of the theoretical and practical possibility of political Islam.

The issue of the responsibilities of the physicians has been the matter of debate since long ago and different views have been offered by the Jurisprudents and lawyers in this regard. The aim of the present article is to deal with opposing views with special reference to Imam Khomeini is views and find out a logical solution to be compatible with the requirements of time and society and protect the rights and interests of the patients and physicians. Therefore, first the concept and conditions of the realization of the responsibilities of a physician was treated then the civil and penal responsibilities of the physicians in Islamic penal code was explored and finally Imam Khomeini and other Jurisprudent's views was studied.

The institutions of wilayat (guardianship) and wisayah (legatee) are among the important issues of Shiah Jurisprudence that pertain to those people who are under guardianship and the lawgiver twies to support them under the guardianship of the others. Saghir (minor) majnun (insane) and Safih (fool) are among the people who are under guardianship and they should enjoy their right financially through their parents. Qahri guardianship enjoys more authorities and can delegate a part of it to his legatee.

The issue of expediency and basing the real rules on expediencies and corruptions enjoy a special place in Ilm al-Usul in a way it's acceptance or rejection will effect on Figh and Islamic law particularly if we believe in Imam khomeini's views who holds that expediencies and corruptions are accessible in the field of transactions. The issues of zanun (conjectures) and amarat (signs) pertain to faitah (dead) expediencies which constitute the main concern of Usuli scholars. In this regard Shaych Ansari developed his theory of Sulukiyyah to solve that problem which some were in agreement with him and some others did not agree with him. Imam Khomeini as an Usuli scholar presented his own view to solve this problem. This article is an attempt to study this issue with reference to Imam Khomeini's ideas.

Mojahedin Khalg organization was created in 1965. This group was among the political groups that tlaged campaign against both Shah's regime and the Islamic republic of Iran. This article is an attempt to depict the activity of the organization after the eruption of the Islamic revolution in Iran and their confrontation with Imam Khomeini's stances and explain the reasons behind their armed struggle against the Islamic Republic. It also referred to Banisadr and his parallelism in politics with the organization. Finally, it studied the activities of the organization till the end of Iraq-Iran war.

The present article is an atempt to carry out a comparative study of reason from the perspectives of Imam Khomeini and Ghazzali, for they are the anthropological sources of political thought. This work tries to prove that while political thought of Ghazzali is analysable within the traditional paradigm of political thought, Imam Khomeini's view transcends the tradational political thought.

In the field of social relation in order to attain a right which is rooted in the free will of people, the notion of contract will come into being. It goes without saying that in this regard certain elements such as gasd (intention) rida (consent), iradah (will), ijab (offer) and gabul (acceptance) play the main role. In this line other stages such as tasawwur (concept), tasdig bi faideh Gudgement) etc. should be passed and reach to the stage of consent and work out its content by the will which is called qasdi insha which takes place with inner intension, and inner intension can have a legal effect if it is associated with an external evidence and declared with inner intension. This article is an attempt to study Imam Khomeini's views in this regard.

The anthropological study of the Islamic Revolution of Iran by the American anthropologist, Michael Fischer, is one of the examples of cultural approach towards the study of the revolutions, and the present article under takes to study his views about the Islamic Revolution of Iran. First his questions about the revolution are viewed, then his method and outlook about Iran before the Revolution and also his views about Imam Khomeini and the outcomes of the Revolution are studied. At the end of the article Fischer's views are studied critically.
