Abstract

The BALANCED SCORECARD approach is a common and successful method for the implementation of strategies in organizations. This approach input is strategies and the output strategies are action plans. The proposed model in this article aided in the selection of suitable strategies for an organization (as a BALANCED SCORECARD input), according to a set of criteria in an uncertain environment, by use of a conflation concept, such as; operation research, FUZZY SET COVERING, strategic planning and the BALANCED SCORECARD approach. In the proposed model, the membership function is described by a certain real number at a -cut level and the problem modeling as a NONLINEAR INTEGER PROGRAMMING problem, which is easily solvable with the modern software, Lingo. Finally, an example s shown to high light the procedure of the proposed method at the end of this paper.
