Abstract

Determining an optimum RATION for DAIRY CATTLE in Torbat-Jam's farm corpoRATION is the main purpose of this research. Data were collected by filling up questionnaires and interview with animal husbandry specialists and also by referring to nutrient requirements of DAIRY CATTLE published by US National Research Council. Then, the optimum combinations of RATIONs were determined applying FUZZY PROGRAMMING approach to these data. The results indicated that preparing RATIONs based on FUZZY PROGRAMMING could feed costs reduction in all groups with exception of dry cows.
