Abstract

Some morphological characters under WATER DEFICIT STRESS between two hybrids (Azargol and Alstar) of SUNFLOWER were studied. An experiment was conducted in university of Tehran, college of Abouraihan research farm. The results showed that there were no significant differences in leaf produce process but there were significant differences between two hybrids for their height and STEM DIAMETER increasing process under low WATER DEFICIT STRESS and intense WATER DEFICIT STRESS. Azargol SUNFLOWER hybrid had optimum morphological characteristic to cultivation under Varamin region condition.
