Abstract: 

In order to study the properties of pattern quality canola seeds, seeds harvested in the Central Analytical Laboratory research institute registration and seed certification and seed germination seedling Karaj under test were the standard indicators. Daily rate of germination, seedling dry weight and seedling vigour index (seedling dry weight × viability) were calculated. The results showed that all features were affected by planting pattern, so that maximum germination percentage, mean germination daily, thousand seed weight, seeds from the pattern obtained three row also biological yield, harvest index, and economic performance in pattern was more.

Abstract: 

The most important obstacles in the cultivation of this plant, salinity is a stress salinity led down the product is. Use ionized poster electromagnetic including gamma enhances the product and increase resistance to stress in different plants are in the influence of three Radiation doses 300 and 100 200 with Gary salinity concentration (NaCl) (0, 5, 15 and 25) mm in mouse Hashemi Tarom rice varieties in MS medium was evaluated after 5 days of germination, and after a weeks shoot were measured. After a month of birth and length of cultivation percent callus callus was measured. In order to measure the amount of chlorophyll and proline hydroponics system we have attempted to (Hoagland medium). The results of investigation show that the combined gamma radiation and salinity increase germination percentage, shoot length, percentage of callus regeneration, callus reduced length and increased the amount of chlorophyll and proline are.

Abstract: 

Measure the relative chlorophyll content criteria of reform plans to increase the rate of leaf photosynthesis is considered. 10 wheat genotypes under different levels of that pot irrigation index for assessing relationships between chlorophyll content and growth performance under drought stress conditions found. A pot of food substance containing nitrogen was sufficient. The pattern of relative chlorophyll content decreased under drought stress conditions for different cultivars and genotypes studied them separately categorized in 3 groups. Aging in the second group in a specific timing during grain filling began, and then continued the process more quickly. The group performance under drought stress conditions did not significantly decrease. The relative chlorophyll content measured in many stages during grain filling, and a significant positive correlation with yield and its components in different irrigation regimes found.

Abstract: 

In order to evaluate the effects of methanol and drought stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll and relative water content in sugar beet, a study was conducted in 2008 in Iran. Aqueous solutions 0 (control), 7, 14, 21, 28, 35% (v/v) methanol and each solution contained 0.2% glycine and second factor was drought stress (irrigation after 70% depletion of available water) and normal irrigation (irrigation after 40% depletion of available water). These solutions were sprayed over head 3 times in two week intervals on foliage parts of sugar beet. Results of this experiment indicated that there was not significant difference between levels of solutions on minimum chlorophyll fluorescence (f0), fluorescence variable (Fv) and maximum chlorophyll fluorescence (fm), but there was significant difference between levels of solutions on photochemical capacity of photosystem 2 (Fv/fm) at 5% probability level.

Abstract: 

Some morphological characters under water deficit stress between two hybrids (Azargol and Alstar) of sunflower were studied. An experiment was conducted in university of Tehran, college of Abouraihan research farm. The results showed that there were no significant differences in leaf produce process but there were significant differences between two hybrids for their height and stem diameter increasing process under low water deficit stress and intense water deficit stress. Azargol sunflower hybrid had optimum morphological characteristic to cultivation under Varamin region condition.

Abstract: 

This experiment was carried out in field season 2009 in research farm of Bu-Ali Sina University. The experiment design was a split plot in completely randomized block design with three replication. Main factor include three water regimes (7,11,15) as the main plot and substances salicylic acid  and paclobutrazol as sub-plot. The results showed interaction between 7 days interval and SA maximum leaf area index, maximum crop growth rate and total dry weight. Interaction between11, 15 days interval and SA, significantly increased maximum leaf area index, Maximum crop growth rate and total dry weight.Interaction between7 days interval and PBZ significantly decreased maximum leaf area index, maximum crop growth rate and total dry weighty 5/31%, 10.13%, 8/6% compared to untreated plant, respectively. Conversely Interaction between 11, 15 days interval and PBZ significantly increased three growth indexes compared to untreated plant. Yield of Grain significantly difference fewer than three irrigation regime and using anti transpiration substances.

Abstract: 

This experiment was conducted during 2005 – 2006 in Agriculture Research centre of Jiroft and Kahnouj to determine the effect of water stress on morphological characters of alfalfa cultivars. Using a split plot design based on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. The three levels of water stress (A1=severely stressed, A2=moderately stressed and A3=least stressed) was main plot factor and five cultivars of alfalfa (B1=Yazdi, B2=Nikshahri, B3=Rangar, B4=Bami and B5=Baghdadi) were arranged in sub plots. In each cut, total fresh and dry forage weight, number of stem, LAI, number of internode, plant height, leaf stem ratio, leaf number, internode length and protein were measured. The results showed that the effect of water deficit stress for morphological characters especially internode length were significant. By inreasing water stress the fresh and hay forage, plant height, numbers of stem, LAI, internode length and number of node by increasing water stress were decreased.

Abstract: 

In this study examined the impact of electric fields and different exposure time in the yield component and some physical treatments canola seeds (Brassica napus L.) of SLM046 cultivar. Experiments were done in agriculture Engineering research Farm of Aboureihan Campus-Pakdasht, University of Tehran during 2007-2008. This experiment was split plot based on completely randomized block design (RCB) with 3 replications and 25 treatments. The main factor different exposure time (0, 15, 45, 80, 150 sec) and the second factor electric field strength (at 0, 2, 4, 9, and 14 kV/cm). This research is focused on the number of pods in plant, number of grain in pod, biological yield and oil percentage the comparison is done under the condition of electric field and non electric field. The results of this study showed that the effect of the electric field treatments on the canola seed were more significant under field conditions.
