Abstract

 The ASPARAGUS L. (Asparagaceae) is include 160-300 species in the world that occur 5 species in IRAN. Of these: A. khorasanensis, A. verticillatus, A. persicus, A. officinalis, A. Breslerianus. the micromophological characters of the genus ASPARAGUS in IRAN is discussed. The results obtained confirm the usefulness of FRUIT and SEED ornamentation surface characters for the identification of most of the species studied as has been traditionally recognized for distance between species.The result of this studies show that our studies SEM ornamentation of SEED can be considered used to separation between species this genus.
