Abstract

 This study investigated the Attitudes and BEHAVIORs of farmers to Apply INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT by using the Developed Theory of Planned BEHAVIOR (TPB).The present research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research methodology is descriptive-correlation in terms of collecting field data. The population of this study consisted of 104 agricultural who participated in the INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT cucumber training. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Alpha value was 68%. Data were analyzed using the software SPSSversion20.The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between History of farming, distance of the agricultural land to housing, income and number of sessions in training classes and TEND to use INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. Also the results showed a significant negative relationship between family size and the BEHAVIOR to use INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. There was a significant relationship between number of sessions in training classes and BEHAVIOR to use INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. Also, Hierarchical Regression Analysis showed that attitude, subjective norms and moral norms predict 49.5 percent of variable TEND to use INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. Furthermore, Hierarchical Regression analysis showed that past BEHAVIOR can predict 43.6 percent of variable BEHAVIOR to use INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT.
