Abstract

This study is conducted to identify desirable EXTENSION CONSTRUCTs in AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVEs and developing an appropriate structure for them from the view point of members and managers of AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVEs of TEHRAN province. The method of research is descriptive/correlation and the research population included all members of AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVEs in TEHRAN province which consisted of 5094 members. The research instrument was questionnaire and171questionnaires gathered from the members of cooperatives. Also 27 t questionnaires were completed by the managers of cooperatives.The results indicated that access to extension service, number of GENERAL ASSEMBLY, emphasize on the opinion of members in GENERAL ASSEMBLY, access of members to loans and financial credits had impact on participation of members in management of cooperatives.
