Abstract

Every year 2-4-D HERBICIDE is used against WEED at WHEAT dry land farms in Alashtar County and this causes many WEED to develop at farms. Consideringly, an experiment was conducted in randomized complete block design with four Replications to evaluate new HERBICIDEs for controlling broadleaf WEEDs in 2009-2010.The best HERBICIDEs to control WEEDs included tribenuron+2-4-D, sulfosulfuron+mesosulfuron and Tribenuron that caused 98, 91 and 91 percent successively. The highest amount of WEEDs dry weight was for the treatment of Sulfosulfuron and 2-4-D that was 23.5 and 19.3 g/m2 in turn; moreover Logeran extera and Bromocide HERBICIDEs did not have good performance in WEED control. Cerastium sp. and Vaccaria sp. WEEDs were effected well by mix (tribenuron+2-4-D) and Total HERBICIDE and they had more than 98 percent damage but these two WEEDs were not controled by Bromocide, 2-4-D and Logeran Extera HERBICIDEs and their density in these treatments, with 8 plant/m2, decreased the yield of WHEAT to less than 0.9 t/ha therefore had significant difference with the control treatment in (P<%5).
