Abstract

Fasciolosis is one of the most important zooeonotic diseases throughout the world. It was estimated that 2.4 to 17 million individual in the world are infected and 180 millions are at risk of this infection in addition to public health problems common this infection give rise to some serious economical loss in meat industrial products and animal breeding. In Iran fasciolosis is prevalent mostly in Gilan, Mazandaran, Isfahan and Fars provinces. Because of lack of knowledge about the biochemical and immunological characterizes of metaercaria in Iran, It's decided to mak a plan to preaper the metacercaria from Fasciola spices prevelant in Chalus, Mazandaran province, The protein profile's of metacercaria was demonstrated compare with adult Fasciola Eggs were collected and miracidia were exposed to snails of the area (Lymnea auricularia). When the emerged cercaria from the snails have changed to metacercaria, A hemogenous metacercaria as well as adult fasciola were prepared and their proteins were determined by louri test, the hemogenous then were and by SDS-PAGE method. In compare of the protein profiles a 12- band protein for adult Fasciola against 6- band protein for metacercaria was seen, two band (26-62 kd) were similler whight between the samples.
