Abstract

 Pond Gold fish is more important for being native to Iran and being the most current fish in the houses, in AQUARIUMs, specially being a symbol for the fish on Haft-Sin. More importantly, new Infection and illnesses are transmitted to ornamental farms and AQUARIUMs and other farms for fish reproduction and breeding hereupon new fish entrance. The purpose was to investigate the parasite Infections of Gold fish circumstances and also to determine the level of its outbreak (percentage) and its insensitivity in the AQUARIUMs. In the present investigation, 300 Gold fish have gone under experiment and studied in AQUARIUMs in Spring Season in 2011. The samples are transferred to the laboratory alive and were experimented according to current methods of autopsy for providing moist hyoid. Then the parasite were identified using valid recognization keys (Jalali, 1998 & Payghan, 2001 & Mokhayer, 2010). In this investigation the following parasites in AQUARIUMs were identified which include a few kinds of single-celled Microsporidia sp., Trichodina sp., I.multifiliis and filled cells including: Dactylogyrus sp. (1), Dactylogyrus sp. (2), Gyrodactylus sp. Among the mentioned parasites, the level of Gyrodactylus sp. infection was more than other parasites (%18), then Trichodina sp. parasite (%15), Dactylogyrus sp. (1) parasite (%10), Dactylogyrus sp. (2) parasite (%8), I.multifiliis parasite (%4), Microsporidia sp. parasite (%3).
