Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' SELF-ESTEEM and JOB SATISFACTION of employees in the ports and maritime organizations. The statistical population of this research is all managers and employees of the Northern ports of the country's ports and marinas. In this research, two standard questionnaires have been used. The present study has a main hypothesis and five sub-hypotheses. Pearson test was used for their analysis. In other words, managers can improve their JOB SATISFACTION by improving their SELF-ESTEEM.
