Abstract

A new approach to HR issues in ACCOUNTING knowledge as one of the most productive agents in the creation of institutions. The aim of this study was to investigate the reasons for the lack of human resource ACCOUNTING in the General Directorate of Ports and Maritime province and how they have been so effective. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using AHP to prioritize factors were discussed. Results have shown that the different actors lack of ACCOUNTING systems, HUMAN RESOURCES, lack of training ACCOUNTING system with a rating of 0.253, the highest impact and the lack of awareness of the benefits system with a rating of 0.232, 0.205 ranking system using standard was, Lack of qualified personnel with the rank of 0.203, 0.107 rated the absence of proper reporting are the next priorities. The end result was that managers and practitioners of human resource ACCOUNTING in order to establish appropriate systems should pay more attention to what matters.
