Abstract

 The most important obstacles in the cultivation of this plant, salinity is a stress salinity led down the product is. After a month of birth and length of cultivation percent callus callus was measured. In order to measure the amount of CHLOROPHYLL and PROLINE hydroponics system we have attempted to (Hoagland medium). The results of investigation show that the combined GAMMA RADIATION and salinity increase GERMINATION percentage, shoot length, percentage of callus regeneration, callus reduced length and increased the amount of CHLOROPHYLL and PROLINE are.
